國際私法上的意思自治原則
摘 要
意思自治原則是國際私法的基本原則。在本文中，文章對該原則在國際私法中的基本理論，即內(nèi)涵、歷史發(fā)展及其規(guī)律作了較為深刻的分析，從而揭示了其本質(zhì)。另外，對意思自治的'適用領(lǐng)域及其運用實施的情況進(jìn)行了介紹，尤其對意思自治原則在我國私法實踐中存在的問題的提出及完善建議是值得進(jìn)1步探討的。

Abstract
Principle of the autonomy of will is the basic principle in International Private Law. The article mainly deals with the fundamental meaning and development of the principle, and uncovers its essence.This article only makes some brief remarks about the applicability of the party autonomy in the International Private Law,especially deals with application and limits of the principle and the legislation and its perfection in china.
