　　大會進行第三項：由班長代表文旭發(fā)言，大家歡迎!

　　點評：班長是公司與生產(chǎn)員工的主要溝通橋梁，屬于兵頭將尾。公司班組長的管理好壞，將直接影響公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)進度和產(chǎn)品質量，他們責任重大，希望在工作中能夠得到大家始終如一的支持。

　　大會進行第四項，有周友志同志發(fā)表關于改善的.建議，大家歡迎!

　　點評：周友志的發(fā)言很精彩，是的，改善無處不在，如果大家都參與改善活動，每天進步一點點，那么我們的公司一定會更加美好。大會進行第五項，由朱經(jīng)理代表生產(chǎn)部做3月份工作總結和4月份工作計劃，大家歡迎!
