有簡歷為何還要自我介紹?
一個(gè)常規(guī)的面試，寒暄之后面試官提出的第一個(gè)問題幾乎千篇一律：“請您簡單地做一下自我介紹”。有些被面試者都會(huì)問：簡歷中情況已經(jīng)寫得很清楚了，這是否多此一舉?
要回答這個(gè)問題，首先搞清楚為什么面試官要請你做自我介紹?面試官通過自我介紹想考察被面試者什么?只有了解面試官的目的，被面試者才能做好自我介紹。
面試官通過被面試者自我介紹要考察以下五方面內(nèi)容：
第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和遞交簡歷內(nèi)容是否相沖突?如果簡歷是真實(shí)的，口述自我介紹就不會(huì)有明顯出入。如果簡歷有假，自我介紹階段一般就會(huì)漏馬腳。如被面試者反問：“我的.經(jīng)歷在簡歷里都寫了”，面試官會(huì)認(rèn)為這人個(gè)色，印象分一下子降為負(fù)數(shù)。
第二，考察被面試者基本的邏輯思維能力、語言表達(dá)能力，總結(jié)提煉概括能力。
第三，考察被面試者是否聚焦，是否簡練和精干，現(xiàn)場的感知能力與把控能力。
第四，考察被面試者初步的自我認(rèn)知能力和價(jià)值取向。因?yàn)楸幻嬖囌咭獢⑹雎殬I(yè)切換關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)處的原因，尤其要考察最近職業(yè)變動(dòng)的原因。
第五，考察被面試者是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時(shí)間的掌控能力。有時(shí)面試官給出的問題是“請您用3到5分鐘做一自我介紹”，被面試者有時(shí)一介紹就超過10分鐘，甚至20分鐘，逼得面試官不得不多次提醒引導(dǎo)。
所以說，自我介紹是被面試者在紙面之外最能夠呈現(xiàn)能力的一個(gè)地方。一般情況下，也是被面試者在整個(gè)面試過程中惟一一次主動(dòng)展示自我的機(jī)會(huì)。如果還有一次，那就是面試官最后一個(gè)問題：“您還有什么問我的?”但這個(gè)問題通常只是面試官認(rèn)為被面試者基本靠譜了，才會(huì)留下這個(gè)問題。
自我介紹和簡歷有何區(qū)別?
面試和簡歷還有兩個(gè)重要區(qū)別：第一，面試是一個(gè)雙向互動(dòng)的過程，簡歷是單方向呈現(xiàn)。有些人可能工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很豐富，專業(yè)能力很突出，但是面試的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，所以面對面試官敘述吞吞吐吐，抓不住要點(diǎn)。
第二，簡歷介紹應(yīng)是倒敘為好，但面試正相反。當(dāng)你面向面試官時(shí)，應(yīng)按照時(shí)間的順序從前往后講，先講你上大學(xué)的教育經(jīng)歷，之后從你參加工作，一直講到現(xiàn)在，因?yàn)槊嬖嚬僖牭侥阏麄�(gè)成長的經(jīng)歷。否則，面試官會(huì)有一種很錯(cuò)亂的感覺。
