1.Tell me about yourself.
這是一個(gè)面試問題中的經(jīng)典頭道開胃菜。
這個(gè)問題主要考察求職者的個(gè)性是否符合酒店的企業(yè)文化，
所以回答的時(shí)候要盡量貼近這個(gè)酒店的情況來推銷自己的特點(diǎn)。
比如酒店行業(yè)，那么你就該回答：
I really like the hotel industry,
I think the hotel is my best friend.
總之是要找到自己跟這個(gè)酒店的一個(gè)切合點(diǎn)，讓面試官了解你充分適合這個(gè)環(huán)境。
2.What are your three greatest
strengths?
回答這個(gè)問題的`時(shí)候不可以含混不清，不可以只是簡單回答“I’m really organized, punctual and
get along well with others.”
簡潔、精煉，找到這個(gè)酒店所看重的特長，是回答這個(gè)問題的關(guān)鍵。
但是如果應(yīng)聘者是一個(gè)銷售精英，可以說：
“I think my strongest strengths are
aggressive, hard working and
communicative.”

for our hotel?
這個(gè)問題主要考察應(yīng)聘者是否對(duì)這個(gè)工作進(jìn)行了了解，
或者是否真正有興趣，所以需要圍繞整個(gè)酒店的具體情況，讓面試官知道你很清楚這個(gè)酒店的運(yùn)營模式，以及對(duì)這項(xiàng)工作非常積極。
因此不要以“It seemed like a good career move”為開始。
如果能有一些實(shí)際問題回答的話，就會(huì)更大程度地得分，可以這樣回答：“I read an article in the newspaper
and was very impressed by……”但是前提是你必須真的對(duì)這家酒店作了研究，同時(shí)也要注意，不要讓面試官覺得你是為了討好面試官而言過其實(shí)，這樣只會(huì)適得其反。
5.If we hire you, how long will you stay
with us?
這個(gè)問題是要老板想知道你會(huì)不會(huì)像離開上一份工作那樣很快的也離開這里，你可以這樣回答：
“As long as my position here allows me
to learn and to advance at a pace
with my abilities.”
這樣就告訴老板，你是希望同酒店一起成長，不會(huì)輕易離開。
6.Do you have any questions for me?自我介紹
這也是一個(gè)面試中經(jīng)典的結(jié)束問題，測(cè)試應(yīng)聘者是否真正對(duì)這份工作真正有興趣與熱愛，此時(shí)應(yīng)該詢問具體的問題以顯示應(yīng)聘者非常了解該酒店，對(duì)未來的工作有很多的期待和好主意，充分表示熱情。
應(yīng)聘者一定要提前準(zhǔn)備很多有關(guān)這個(gè)酒店具體情況的問題，最好能
夠涉及到他們業(yè)務(wù)上取得的成績，比如說：“I learned that your hotel has seen
tremendous growth in recent years.
