In the past 3 years,I spent most of my time on English studying and practise. I have a good command of both spoken and written English and past CET-4 with a ease. Skilled in use of Office 2003, excel. My graduate school training combined with my cadet teacher should qualify me for this particular job.
Although perhaps I’m not the best among the candidates, but with my strong knowledge background and full enthusiasm for education, I am sure I will satisfy you well.
As a college student, I concentrated on studying modern teaching technology. I have acquired enough essential and fundamental knowledge of English teaching in the past three years. Since September 2005, with great interest, I have been doing student cadre for almost each semester and formed good team-work spirits. It also kindly provided me crucial guidance to analyze interpersonal relationship. My teachers and classmates describe me as a reliable and considerate person. Other than my major study, I have master a great skills in computer operation.
One month as cadet teacher in the March of 2008, not only did i obtain enough first hand experience in my field but also gradually realized that the career I have chosen is sacred and significant. Therefore, I am determined to become a diligent, hardworking, and responsible educator.

General Introduction
I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.
At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of excellent Graduation Thesis.
Research eXPerience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and eXPerience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

面試在求職過程中，可以說是壓力最大的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。面對(duì)外國(guó)老板連珠炮似的提問，如果能回答得從容不迫、簡(jiǎn)明扼要，恰當(dāng)中肯，而且合乎老外的口味，那么肯定會(huì)大大增加你的錄取機(jī)會(huì)。
事先3項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備
■對(duì)目標(biāo)公司所在地、規(guī)模、在全球的活動(dòng)概況等要事先有所了解，包括總公司在國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)立分公司的時(shí)間、業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模，以及今后打算開展的業(yè)務(wù)等，若能得到業(yè)界的評(píng)價(jià)更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設(shè)法從該公司或其他同業(yè)中獲得情報(bào)。
■面試時(shí)自我介紹內(nèi)容應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)征的動(dòng)機(jī)以及想應(yīng)征的崗位，因此收集好相關(guān)崗位的情報(bào)，自我介紹時(shí)才能胸有成竹，切合主題。

圍繞3方面表現(xiàn)
回答問題時(shí)口齒要清晰、語調(diào)適中。內(nèi)容要有條理、避免重復(fù)。介紹工作經(jīng)歷采用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，著重強(qiáng)調(diào)有利于新工作的職務(wù)經(jīng)歷。最好能說明曾擔(dān)任何種職務(wù)、實(shí)際成績(jī)、業(yè)績(jī)等，以及自己的工作對(duì)原來公司的影響。凡和此次應(yīng)征不相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
能力當(dāng)你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時(shí)，首先把自己的專長(zhǎng)講足說夠，然后順理成章地得出結(jié)論：I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。)用這樣的句式，讓面試人認(rèn)為你是站在他們的立場(chǎng)上說話，在替他們的發(fā)展考慮問題，于是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時(shí)，可以這么開頭：I’mqualifiedforthejobbe鄄cause……(我能勝任這項(xiàng)工作，是因?yàn)?hellip;…)接著陳述理由。當(dāng)面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時(shí)，參照的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不再是他心目中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，而是你列舉的理由。
業(yè)績(jī)外國(guó)公司面試喜歡用事實(shí)說話，為了證明你的能力，你可以把過去的經(jīng)歷聯(lián)系起來，說明你曾經(jīng)為以前的公司解決過跟現(xiàn)在雇主所面臨的類似問題:IexploredShanghaimarketandsold50,000setsinoneyear.(我開發(fā)了上海市場(chǎng)，一年銷售出去5萬套。)
