　　good morning, my name is , it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing xx

　　several packaging exhibition hold in beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i wont give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

　　有點(diǎn)類似傳銷和直銷的概念，這是在中國這種特殊國情下產(chǎn)生的現(xiàn)象。這很大的區(qū)別是，前者是外企的員工，后者是大部分國內(nèi)企業(yè)的員工，在醫(yī)藥行業(yè)潛規(guī)則的影響下，多數(shù)的外企為了脫淤泥而不染，選擇了前者，也是明確了員工的'職責(zé)是，和醫(yī)生做好學(xué)術(shù)溝通，指導(dǎo)醫(yī)生用藥，并反饋客戶用藥情況，以及藥品的臨床反饋。

　　如果讓你去做你打算怎么去拜訪醫(yī)生怎么提高藥品銷售量

　　拜訪前的信息了解，客戶的分類，制定不同的客戶安排的時間精力，了解客戶的需求，以及用藥的情況和原因。做好自己及客情關(guān)系。

　　如何處理加班問題?

　　做銷售，主要是看業(yè)績，當(dāng)然業(yè)績越好，自己在工作的發(fā)展以及薪水就越好，我愿意為了去得更好的業(yè)績而偶爾加班，但是我也會讓自己享受工作閑余的快樂，因?yàn)檫@樣會讓自己一直保持充沛的經(jīng)歷以及良好的心態(tài)。

　　(回答學(xué)術(shù)重要)通過關(guān)系更好的把學(xué)術(shù)交流做好，但是學(xué)術(shù)是第一位，因?yàn)橹挥泻玫漠a(chǎn)品，才是企業(yè)發(fā)展的根本。
