一、不打無準備之仗
我很贊同某些教育培訓機構的老師提倡的，在考試的時候就要做好面試的準備。當然這是針對考公務員或者事業(yè)單位所說的，在整個錄取國家工作人員過程當中通常筆試成績占50%，面試成績占50%，而如果去公司，那么面試的成績就直接決定應聘者的去與留，所以光考試成績好還不夠，必須做好面試的準備工作。
(一)“硬件”上的準備
首先，收集資料。以公司為例，包括應聘單位的概況，比如其歷史發(fā)展、人員組成和組織機構，如果能夠了解的夠多，就可以總結公司發(fā)展存在的問題，并且提出自己的意見和建議，這樣會讓公司覺得你是可用之才。其次，了解應聘的部門和崗位，知道該部門的職責和工作內容，明確所應聘的崗位需要具備什么樣的專業(yè)技能和素質，找出自己從事這方面工作所具有的優(yōu)勢，這樣才能在眾多的求職者當中脫穎而出。記得在《職來職往》的一期節(jié)目中，選手說了一個所要應聘的職位，然后嘉賓說在中國根本就沒有這樣的一個專業(yè)崗位，鬧了一個很大的笑話。第三，針對搜集到的資料和專業(yè)知識進行學習。對于任何人來說加強專業(yè)知識學習都是十分必要的，哪怕是臨時抱佛腳，如果對考官提出的問題不能用專業(yè)知識的角度進行回答，答非所問甚至不懂，那失敗的幾率就很高。其實學習的重要性不僅體現在面試中，更體現在工作中是否能夠更好的成長起來，學習是影響一個人在單位長遠發(fā)展的重要因素。所以一個好的公司都會有自己的培訓部門或專業(yè)的培訓人員，定期、不定期地做員工的培訓。
(二)“軟件”上的準備。在自己的能力范圍之內，準備一套職業(yè)正裝，因為無論是面試或者工作，都需要穿，還有襯衫和領帶。相比較那些穿著隨便的人來說，這能為自己贏得很好的第一印象分。
二、細節(jié)決定成敗
面試是一個系統的工程，即使再微小的錯誤都可能導致千里之堤毀于蟻穴。所以進入面試后，要想好每一個環(huán)節(jié)，防止出現紕漏。
1.當進入面試地點后，就要時刻提醒自己已經開始面試，因為說不定在某個角落就有一雙眼睛在盯著自己，所以不要暴露自己的不良癖好(抽煙不算)或者行為習慣，比如哆嗦腿，往椅子上一仰。
2.觀察面試地點周圍的環(huán)境，比如樓宇文化、名人名言，這可能給自己帶來意外的收獲。
3.對待任何人要有禮貌，展現個人的素質和修養(yǎng)。
4.要敲門進入屋內，然后向老師鞠躬打招呼，得到就座的表示后，說謝謝落座，挪椅子要輕搬輕放，不要拖拉。
5.回答問題要注視著主考官，同時也要與其他的考官有眼神的交流，但是不要死盯著考官的眼睛看
6.回答問題要不溫不火、不急不緩，音量適中，口齒清晰，有條理、思路清晰，可以適當帶有手部動作，但是不要過大、過于夸張和不禮貌。
7.對于面試官提的問題要實事求是，知之為知之，不知為不知，不要漫天胡扯，對于不太確定的問題，盡量不要說，以免給考官留下不懂裝懂的印象。
8.如果要問到為什么會跳槽這一問題，不要回避客觀情況，比如薪金，但是主要說所應聘單位具有某些優(yōu)勢，并且相信貴單位可以給自己更好的發(fā)展空間和平臺，切忌說以前的單位不好。
9.回答完問題后要說“回答完畢，謝謝”。
10.幽默、詼諧的語言可以營造良好的面試氛圍，加分項。
11.男生不要留長頭發(fā)，長指甲和染發(fā)，尤其是應聘國家機關或者事業(yè)單位，女生不要化濃妝，長頭發(fā)要梳起來。
12.男女生都不要穿走起路來發(fā)出特別大聲響的皮鞋，女生衣著不要過于暴露。
13.男生要細心選擇襯衫和領帶的搭配，要有一定的著裝品味，公司會愿意選擇一個能夠體現公司形象的員工。
14.面試完畢后，起身致謝離開。
三、整裝待發(fā)，再上新路
對于大多數的'人來說，誰都經歷過失敗，所以不要氣餒，這次失敗必定是下次成功的開始，而對于成功的人來說，就要做好準備接受領導和工作上的壓力了。當然創(chuàng)造良好的工作業(yè)績需要運用正確的工作方法，記得馬云曾給他的員工做過一次精彩演講，最后一段話是“看看你公司里每天最早來最晚走，一天像發(fā)條一樣忙個不停的人，他是不是工資最低的?那個每天游手好閑，沒事就發(fā)呆的家伙，是不是工資最高?據說還有不少公司的股票呢!”所以工作不能瞎忙，要學會聰明的懶，學會運用智慧開展工作。
在眾多的競爭者當中，具備良好的專業(yè)素質、溝通表達能力以及樹立良好的個人形象是十分重要的。所以在日常生活中就要注意積累，酒是陳釀的香，通過專業(yè)知識的學習和生活、工作經驗的積淀，帶有歷史厚重感的男人才能搏得更大的成功。
其實，人生每天都在面試，現代社會是人與人交流的社會，一個人的談吐、行為、愛好等等外在表現都會被人給與各種各樣的評價，做的好就會贏得別人肯定的評價，贏得更多人的尊重，而有的時候生活的太過于自我，自己很開心，但是卻失去了社會、周圍人對自身的一個正確的認識，導致被領導不認可，被同事疏遠，所以有的時候，做自己喜歡的事情要比做自己不喜歡做的事情難，因為做不喜歡的事情只有來自個人單方面的壓力，而做自己喜歡的事情就有可能要面對“千夫指”。所以如何正確處理矛與盾的關系，是人一生的哲學。
