推薦信的注意事項：
1． 推薦人的選擇：申請本科，班主任推薦是必須的，除了班主任之外，需要提供兩位老師的推薦（一個為文科老師，一個為理科老師，一般選擇英語和數(shù)學(xué)老師）。注意問題：如果有實習(xí)等經(jīng)歷可以提供實習(xí)單位推薦，但是一定要有內(nèi)容可寫的，如果只是認(rèn)識一些名校的校友之類的就不需要提供了。
2． 推薦信的具體內(nèi)容注意事項：A. 一定要從老師的角度出發(fā)，來考慮這些問題。B. 提供實際的事例。比如：你上課喜歡問問題，那這種方式是否促進(jìn)了班級學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，輔助老師更好地教學(xué)增強了學(xué)習(xí)效率呢？有沒有印象特別深刻的問題，體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生那方面的能力？課下是如何和老師聯(lián)系，探討了哪些問題，讓老師感受到了你怎么樣的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)展以及學(xué)習(xí)成果？成績是班上最好的，除了學(xué)術(shù)成績以外，你還有什么特別的優(yōu)勢或者素質(zhì)呢？作為班上成績最好的學(xué)生，你為老師，為同學(xué)，為班集體做了什么貢獻(xiàn)，比如以你自己的方式影響了同學(xué)，提高了他們的學(xué)習(xí)積極性或者對課程本身的理解，是通過哪些特殊的事情體現(xiàn)出來的`？
3． 老師個人信息的提供：必須提供老師的電話（最好為辦公電話）、郵箱（最好是學(xué)校官方郵箱），教授的科目、認(rèn)識多長時間等信息，網(wǎng)申的時候必填的內(nèi)容。
4． 推薦信的提交：推薦信的提交一般分兩種：紙質(zhì)提交（打印出來，簽字，封到封口處簽字的信封里，給學(xué)校郵寄走）和網(wǎng)上提交（申請表填寫老師郵箱，學(xué)校給老師發(fā)賬號和密碼，老師網(wǎng)上提交）。越來越多的學(xué)校選擇后者，所以建議學(xué)生提前把這兩種跟老師說好，如果是紙質(zhì)的到時候讓老師簽字或者咱們代簽就行，如果是網(wǎng)上提交，建議讓老師到時候把鏈接賬號和密碼轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給我們，我們來提交。

自薦信要求
1、求真務(wù)實。寫自薦信務(wù)必本著實事求是的態(tài)度，切不可弄虛作假。有些畢業(yè)生為了增加自己在人才市場的競爭力，弄虛作假，自欺欺人，涂改自己的學(xué)習(xí)成績，夸大自己的特長，在是否當(dāng)學(xué)生干部一欄自封幾個頭銜，在獎懲一欄憑空捏造幾項榮譽，這些錯誤思想和做法都很不足取。
推薦信顧名思義，主要是作為推薦之用，主要為了說明被推薦人的優(yōu)秀以及推薦原因，所以要在推薦信中概括被推薦人的在校表現(xiàn)及先進(jìn)事跡或者獎勵經(jīng)歷等內(nèi)容，比如“在校表現(xiàn)良好，尊敬師長，團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)，曾獲得XXX獎”等等，但是要注意的是，千萬不要太過夸大其詞，要盡量根據(jù)自己的情況切合實際。
2、突出個性，巧妙包裝。
3、掌握分寸，措詞得體。
4、有的放矢。寫自薦信應(yīng)講究分寸。

5、言簡意賅。自薦信的內(nèi)容控制在兩頁之內(nèi)。文字要反復(fù)推敲，意思是否表達(dá)清楚，用語是否得當(dāng)，文法及標(biāo)點力求準(zhǔn)確無誤。
如果你是應(yīng)屆本科生畢業(yè)，那么寫推薦信的人應(yīng)該是任課的教授，一個專業(yè)課老師，一個基礎(chǔ)課老師。這樣，一個在專業(yè)上突出你的長處和學(xué)習(xí)能力，另一個則體現(xiàn)你的基礎(chǔ)素質(zhì)等方面。而對于在職的人來說，寫推薦信的人可以是公司的直接上司和有學(xué)術(shù)專長的教授。
推薦信要突出個人亮點。在推薦信中，并不是把這個人的優(yōu)點寫得面面俱到就是好推薦信，因為這樣并沒有突出申請者與眾不同的亮點。同時，在國外的院校里，他們每天要收到很多封推薦信，有亮點的信自然會吸引人的注意。一封推薦信中有一個主要的閃光點并有具體例子佐證你的優(yōu)點即可，這樣會給招生人員留下較為深刻的印象。
注意事項一
常常有學(xué)生把準(zhǔn)備好了的推薦信拿來讓翻譯，寫的比個人陳述還長，其實這樣完全沒有必要。浪費時間還費力不討好。推薦人只要就學(xué)生的特質(zhì)著重突出兩到三點即可。至于其它，一語帶過。這樣看起來有主有次，輕重分明。
注意事項二
推薦人一般都是請老師來充當(dāng)。這種情況下，不用太多地提及學(xué)生平時是怎么做義工，從幾歲開始會彈琴，課下有多么發(fā)奮圖強爭分奪秒地學(xué)習(xí)等等。因為大學(xué)老師基本都比較忙，更有很多是身兼數(shù)職的，他們根本沒那么多時間去跟一個學(xué)生接觸，并且去那么全面深入地了解學(xué)生。老師就是教課，更多的是從課堂上跟學(xué)生交流互動，所以建議從這里入手。一個從教多年的老師，會很快看出一個學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度和熱情，在那些方面有優(yōu)勢劣勢。作為推薦人，所陳述的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該是很有針對性地去評價學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)，對于學(xué)生的優(yōu)點長處給予熱情的肯定并進(jìn)行推薦，而不是平平淡淡地把學(xué)生方方面面都夸一遍。
注意事項三
f.個人成就:在學(xué)校、工作或家庭中的特殊表現(xiàn)。如曾經(jīng)獲得某種獎學(xué)金、工作中表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀等。g.特殊才能:語言、藝術(shù)、體育等方面的特殊能力。
有些推薦人也會是輔導(dǎo)員或者單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。對于輔導(dǎo)員，平時會跟學(xué)生見面較多，對于學(xué)生的生活，學(xué)習(xí)，心里等方面也比較清楚。那么在推薦時，就可以針對學(xué)生的性格，為人，或者學(xué)習(xí)工作的態(tài)度、方法從去說明學(xué)生的潛質(zhì)和能力，從而進(jìn)行推薦。而作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，肯定要從工作表現(xiàn)去說。比如創(chuàng)新，比如勤奮虛心好學(xué)等。但同時，也可以對學(xué)生在處理人際關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行贊揚。因為畢竟在社會上，除了努力工作以外，與人相處也大有學(xué)問的，而出國又意味著要面對世界各國的陌生人。
(3)結(jié)論部分。解釋為什么申請人的申請計劃是適合他本人的，并且說明推薦人認(rèn)為該申請人在未來會對這個被申請的學(xué)校做出什么樣的貢獻(xiàn)。較后可以再次強調(diào)推薦人對推薦該申請者充滿信心，為能夠推薦他到更好的院校進(jìn)行深造感到十分自豪，同時表示學(xué)校在審核材料的過程中可以隨時聯(lián)系推薦人，不要忘記附上推薦人的聯(lián)系方式。
