這里包含兩個方面的原因，一是離開現(xiàn)職的原因，二是申請新職位的原因，如：

秘笈4證明能力
這部分非重重要，因為這體現(xiàn)你究竟能為公司做些什么，直接關(guān)系到求職的成功率，但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達(dá)最多的意思。還是那句話，和所應(yīng)聘職位無關(guān)的能力(包括證書、資格等)，也應(yīng)該堅決予以剔除，如：

秘笈5關(guān)于薪水
這是個比較敏感的問題，如果一定要在信中提及的話，也是可以應(yīng)付的，如：
(1)I am willing to serve on trial(試用)for some months at a low salary.
(2)I should require a salary of2,000RMB a month to begin with.
秘笈6當(dāng)心結(jié)尾
成功的求職信決不是虎頭蛇尾的，往往會在此提及關(guān)于希望得到面試的.事情。因此，結(jié)尾一樣要引起重視，如：

秘笈7注意附件
這個部分視具體情況而定，如果有詳細(xì)的簡歷，或者是用人單位需要的材料，附在求職信中時，需要注明，如：
(1)Enclosed please find a resume,a photo and an autobiography.
(2)A copy of my transcript is enclosed.
另外還有一些內(nèi)容雖然不屬于求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般采用A4幅面的紙張，正文用打印機(jī)打印出來，信末必須親筆簽名。打印字體不宜過大，這樣會增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添麻煩。字體不要采用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒有特殊情況，盡量少用彩色。總之簡潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過于花哨。
