　　一、英文簡(jiǎn)歷的種類

　　1、中式英文簡(jiǎn)歷

　　中式簡(jiǎn)歷中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡(jiǎn)歷一起遞交，建議中文簡(jiǎn)歷中不寫政治面貌。因?yàn)槿绻�去外企工作，背景中的政治色彩越少越好，起碼沒有必要讓老外知道。性格是主觀的東西，有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的招聘人員從來不相信任何人寫自己的性格，因?yàn)樗�不是硬性的東西，不象學(xué)歷、技能。有些人如果認(rèn)為公司要招聘一個(gè)比較活躍一點(diǎn)的，便會(huì)在簡(jiǎn)歷中寫性格開朗。有的`是真的相信自己性格開朗，有的是覺得寫上更好，其實(shí)沒必要。

　　二、簡(jiǎn)歷要領(lǐng)

　　1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡(jiǎn)歷？
