I am supposed to graduate from Bussniess School of HuBei Uniersity of Tcchnology in international economy and trade in July 2011. The three -year education endowed me with a general knowledge and good command of professional knowledge，as well as basic computer knowledge. I have passed all the courses and achieved excellent grade. Outside classroom， I was very active and took part in different extracurricular activities. I have been doing many part-time jobs such as sales and others that you can see in my resume. All these experiences contributed much to the development and promotion of my organization and communication ability.
I am a woman who has a strong and creative mind， plus flexibility of cooperation， public relations skills and so on. 英文求職自薦書寫作須知
1.語言表達(dá)要簡潔明了，避免使用太多的專業(yè)術(shù)語和過分復(fù)雜的句子。一方面用人單位不會在一份簡歷上花費(fèi)太多的時間;另外一個方面，簡潔的語言表述也能體現(xiàn)出你珍惜他人的時間。
2.在求職自薦書的第一個段落當(dāng)中應(yīng)該明確地告訴對方你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘職位的名稱，例如Your advertisement for (職位名稱)a Network Maintenance Engineer in (媒體名稱)the April 10 Student Daily interested me。這樣有助于對方了解招聘信息的.有效傳播途徑。
3.語言客觀實(shí)際。英文求職自薦書中應(yīng)避免自己的主觀判斷性的語言和評論性的話語，不要過分渲染自我尤其不要說出與事實(shí)不符的能力或特性來。為了避免過多的主觀性描述，你可以在自己的簡歷當(dāng)中用客觀的數(shù)字和引述別人的話語來描述自己的實(shí)際情況。例如：I have passed CET-6 with a high mark of 96.
4.重視開頭、結(jié)尾。在求職自薦書的結(jié)尾，我們通常要提及關(guān)于希望得到面試的事情。因此，結(jié)尾一樣要引起重視。在表達(dá)自己的這樣的意愿的時候，切忌軟弱、羞怯的表達(dá)方式，例如：If you think I can fill the position after you have read my letter, I shall be glad to talk with you。
5.表現(xiàn)個人特色。求職的信件要具個人特色、親切且能體現(xiàn)出專業(yè)水平。切不可過于隨意，也不能拘泥于格式——商業(yè)信函應(yīng)該是一種既正式、又非正式的文體。句子結(jié)構(gòu)和長度應(yīng)富于變化，使閱信人總保持興趣。內(nèi)容、語氣、用詞的選擇和對希望的表達(dá)要積極，應(yīng)該充分顯示出你是一個樂觀、有責(zé)任心、有創(chuàng)造力和通情達(dá)理的人。
另外，還有一些內(nèi)容雖然不屬于求職自薦書的一部分，但是也不能忽視，比如紙張的選用，一般采用品質(zhì)優(yōu)良的A4打印紙，正文用打印機(jī)打印出來。信件的結(jié)尾處簽名必須是自己的手寫簽名。
