　　“請參加初一50米的運(yùn)動員到檢錄處檢錄”隨著這句話的響起，所有人都知道運(yùn)動會在這一刻開始了，一下子，寂靜的操場立刻沸騰起來，加油聲傳遍了整個操場，而我，作為運(yùn)動會一名播音員，既可以俯視運(yùn)動會的全過程，也可以第一時間得到運(yùn)動員們的比賽消息，然后把它播出去，這當(dāng)然也是我最樂意做的事。

　　“曾經(jīng)的失落，將化為今天的動力，運(yùn)動員們繼續(xù)加油吧!”今天( 9月26日)的比賽又開始了，新的一天，新的`開始，大家都精神抖擻地準(zhǔn)備著比賽，我今天有四個項目，所以就不用去播音了，開始不久的男子50米決賽和到后來的男子400米決賽，男子圓周接力……都獲得了不錯的成績，我班2位運(yùn)動員還分別破了校記錄，只是女生的現(xiàn)狀還不是很好，于是，在這方面我們明顯感覺到與對手的競爭力，但只要自己真的盡全力了，大家都會支持的。一直到下午，只剩最后一個比賽項目迎面接力了，雖然是友誼賽，大家還是懷著必勝的信心出場，第一局剛開始，和我們一起比賽的初三(1)班掉棒了，這看起來似乎鎖定了勝局，但還沒我們班居然也掉棒，這次掉棒竟然導(dǎo)致我們兩個班在第二局也頻頻掉棒，于是我們班就以第六名的成績慘敗告終，大家都失落地回到觀眾席，歇了一會兒，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我們班有同學(xué)在哭，后來又聽說班主任也哭了，我急忙跑到教室去看，才知道都是被感動的在哭呢，我才放了心。原來，我們班男士說今年最后一屆的比賽想拿冠軍，因為掉棒女生也哭了，大家都不想發(fā)生這樣的事!于是，我自告奮勇，去播音室播了一則消息:在呼喊聲和加油聲中運(yùn)動會即將結(jié)束了，初三(五)班的同學(xué)們，不管你們的成績?nèi)绾危灰獨(dú)怵H，賈老師永遠(yuǎn)愛你們!終于，起到了激勵的作用，同學(xué)們都路出了笑容。

　　今天上午，我們3—6年級的所有同學(xué)相約南京師范大學(xué)，相約小操場，共同迎來了瑯小一年一度的運(yùn)動會。

　　首先，眾校長致開幕詞。之后我們就展開了激烈的.比賽。第一場，就是我們?nèi)昙壍募w項目——繞物接力了。比賽人數(shù)為10女10男，我也在當(dāng)中，是第四棒。

　　隨著裁判員一聲吶喊：“各就各位——預(yù)備——跑！”我方隊員就像箭一般“彈”了出去。拉拉隊同學(xué)們的喝彩聲和歡呼聲也隨即響了起來，一陣一陣的，這兒的聲音剛停下，那兒的聲音就響了起來，真可以說是此起彼伏。前面跑得還不錯，可是過了一會兒，我的好心情突然被一聲清脆的“啪”打斷了。完了！掉棒了！我方頓時鴉雀無聲。哎！就因為這個，我們班才從前幾名一下子滑落到了后三名。

　　雖然我們這次沒有成功，但我也很高興，因為我們班在200米和60米中都拿到了第1名，這兩個好成績彌補(bǔ)了我們集體項目里的空缺。

　　連續(xù)3天的我院第八次運(yùn)動會終于在緊張，激烈的氛圍中結(jié)束了。此次運(yùn)動會是我在進(jìn)大學(xué)來第一次參加的運(yùn)動會，去年由于外訓(xùn)沒有參加，連會場都沒有進(jìn)過，所以連是怎樣的氣氛也沒有感受過。

　　此次運(yùn)動會讓我深刻體會到什么是真正的緊張，激烈。我不知道去年我們工學(xué)院是怎樣的一個場景和成績，但是我想說的是此次運(yùn)動會我們工學(xué)院很成功，無論是運(yùn)動員的努力還是沒有坐在觀眾席上拉拉隊的氛圍都是整個寧職院最好的，這點不論是哪個學(xué)院包括人數(shù)最多的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院都是沒有辦法和我們相比的。當(dāng)一個商學(xué)院的干部對我說"你們工學(xué)院那么強(qiáng)，人那么少，吶喊聲那么大！佩服！"雖然人家說的只是一句很普通的話，但是我卻感覺很舒服，因為他是在夸我們學(xué)院。沒錯，我們學(xué)院的確是整個寧職院人數(shù)最少的一個分院，而且運(yùn)動員也是最少的，得的分?jǐn)?shù)最少的，不過盡管我們輸了分?jǐn)?shù)，但是我們贏了氣勢。我想不管任何比賽，比賽的結(jié)果其實不重要，重要的是在這個過程中大家的一種團(tuán)結(jié)，互助精神的培養(yǎng)和體現(xiàn)！

　　在此次運(yùn)動會中我真正看到了我們工學(xué)院同學(xué)們那種團(tuán)結(jié)的精神，這是我在基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院時沒有看到過的，我們暫且不說運(yùn)動員的精神，我們來說觀眾席上的那些同學(xué)，我們安排的每個時間段觀看比賽的班級的同學(xué)，大家都很積極，很堅持地坐在觀眾席上，而且很努力地喊著："運(yùn)動員加油！工學(xué)院加油！"雖然下雨了，刮風(fēng)，天很冷，但是同學(xué)們都堅持著，一直到最后。這樣的場景認(rèn)為能夠所有的人看了都會感動。更值得一提的是當(dāng)我們的學(xué)生干部喉嚨嘶啞時，同學(xué)們居然能主動地拿起話筒幫我們一起帶頭喊加油。每一場比賽，每一輪，只要有我們學(xué)院運(yùn)動員的，他們就站起來吶喊。此時他們不再分班級，不再分男女，大家心中只有一個概念"這是我們學(xué)院的運(yùn)動員"，在這里我們能夠清楚地知道什么叫"團(tuán)結(jié)精神"。

　　我們在這次運(yùn)動會中所有的負(fù)責(zé)人都是我們剛剛選舉產(chǎn)生的第五屆學(xué)生干部，大家雖然以前沒有做過干部，但是在這次運(yùn)動會中每個干部都很努力，不論哪個部門，不論是否是自己的負(fù)責(zé)的范圍，大家在努力做好自己的本職工作時還不忘問一下其他部門是否需要幫忙，學(xué)生會本身就是一個大家庭，要的就是這樣的團(tuán)隊。如果一個團(tuán)隊每個人都很散，大家都只顧自己的事情，不去過問別人，那永遠(yuǎn)不成一個團(tuán)隊，它只能是一個小分隊，永遠(yuǎn)做不好事情，永遠(yuǎn)不可能將活動提高到更高的檔次。每個部長都做的比較好，在將干事的工作都安排到位的.同時，都能在工作中都能夠做到以身作則，積極主動地帶頭做事，這樣又促進(jìn)了干事的工作積極性。這一點在以后的工作中應(yīng)該繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)。

　　在這次運(yùn)動會過程中，我覺得每個部門的工作做的都比較好，例如：宣傳部做的很到位，能夠及時地將運(yùn)動員的信息通知給運(yùn)動員和各位同學(xué)；生活部能夠及時地為運(yùn)動員提供水等，并能夠及時安排人員去接長跑的運(yùn)動員；體育部能夠及時通知運(yùn)動員到位等等。每個部門都很積極努力。這是大家有目共睹的。

　　當(dāng)然好的方面我們要表揚(yáng)，差的方面我們更要正視的，發(fā)揚(yáng)好的，改正差的我們才能進(jìn)步。在此次運(yùn)動會我們也還存在著一些不足，這些我們在以后的活動中都是要避免再次出現(xiàn)的。比如：在運(yùn)動會的第一天上午，我們沒能及時安排好各班的觀眾席位置，同學(xué)們?nèi)逡蝗旱貋y坐，以致于學(xué)習(xí)部在點名時沒有辦法找全各班到席的同學(xué)。但是在上午結(jié)束后，學(xué)習(xí)部的干部就能及時補(bǔ)救，從而使下午的秩序很穩(wěn)定。另外，在第一天時因為沒有通知各班班長注意衛(wèi)生，導(dǎo)致在會后我們的場地很臟，但是生活部也及時地采取措施，使后來的幾天里，各班同學(xué)在結(jié)束后，各班的班干部都能自覺地留下來帶走本班留下的垃圾。拉拉隊在起先的時候雖然很積極，但是沒有組織性，很亂，但后來經(jīng)過調(diào)整，后來的拉拉隊簡直可以說是成為了一道風(fēng)景線！在每一次會后我們都能及時地總結(jié)討論我們所犯的錯誤，及時采取方法改正補(bǔ)救。我覺得這是我們以后不管搞什么活動都必需的一道程序。

　　錯誤犯了不怕，只要我們能知錯而改，那我們就一定會進(jìn)步。在不斷地吸取錯誤教訓(xùn)的同時，我們要及時改正錯誤，保證不再犯同樣的錯，同時我們要發(fā)動群眾的力量，多聽取同學(xué)的建議，把同學(xué)的積極性帶動起來，讓所有人都參與進(jìn)來，那我們的活動一定會很成功，而且我們也能不斷地成長，壯大！
