  上午好!

  今天有幸在這里和大家共同交流教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),我感到萬(wàn)分的榮幸,感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我工作的肯定和鼓勵(lì),也感謝各位老師對(duì)我的支持和理解,還有英語(yǔ)備課組組長(zhǎng)彭雪萍老師對(duì)我的指教和幫助,使我能夠不斷的進(jìn)步和成熟。不過(guò)我真的感到很慚愧,我知道自己還做的不夠完美,教學(xué)效果離我自己預(yù)想的目標(biāo)還有一定的差距。以下是我在教學(xué)中的一些做法和感悟,不能稱之為經(jīng)驗(yàn),算作是與老師們的探討和交流吧。

  第一、充分利用好英語(yǔ)早自習(xí)

  在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,我深深地感覺(jué)到利用好英語(yǔ)早自習(xí)對(duì)學(xué)生起到事半功倍的作用。我還記得高一時(shí)汪澤海老師曾肯定的告訴我“書(shū)讀百遍,其義自現(xiàn)。作為語(yǔ)言類學(xué)科,英語(yǔ)和語(yǔ)文都要讓學(xué)生自主的讀”,F(xiàn)在想來(lái)確實(shí)如此,語(yǔ)感的形成,英語(yǔ)的運(yùn)用都離不開(kāi)朗讀。不僅要讀,而且聲音要大,李陽(yáng)瘋狂英語(yǔ)中說(shuō),大聲朗讀能刺激大腦神經(jīng)和口腔肌肉,只有大聲的讀才能讓眼,耳,心,嘴都利用起來(lái),以達(dá)到全身心的投入,精力才能集中起來(lái)。

  有時(shí)為了增進(jìn)對(duì)課文或知識(shí)點(diǎn)的理解,學(xué)生讀的同時(shí),我也讀。因?yàn)閷W(xué)生比我更年輕,聲音理當(dāng)比我的宏亮,所以當(dāng)我發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)別學(xué)生只見(jiàn)其口形不聞其聲時(shí),我便開(kāi)玩笑說(shuō)他“裝斯文,有勁不使”。久而久之,學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了大聲早讀的習(xí)慣,當(dāng)讀書(shū)聲變小時(shí),只要我拿書(shū)開(kāi)始讀,他們便條件反射般聲音大起來(lái)了。

  第二、強(qiáng)化詞匯、句型、語(yǔ)篇教學(xué)

  記住英語(yǔ)單詞是學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的前提條件,在詞匯教學(xué)方面,我喜歡把重點(diǎn)放在英語(yǔ)詞匯的習(xí)慣用法、短語(yǔ)固定搭配、慣用句型上,并要求學(xué)生熟練掌握構(gòu)詞規(guī)律。我主張學(xué)生把單詞放在句子中去記憶,這樣不僅對(duì)單詞的印象更深刻,而且知道怎么靈活運(yùn)用新單詞。在課文教學(xué)方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)句型和語(yǔ)篇的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,要求學(xué)生以句子為單位,有選擇地背一些重要句型,這樣既可減輕學(xué)生過(guò)重的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān),又可達(dá)到提高書(shū)面表達(dá)能力的效果。

  第三、巧抓閱讀,促進(jìn)寫(xiě)作

  閱讀既是一種能力,又是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的一種重要方法。從某種意義上說(shuō),閱讀能力的強(qiáng)弱直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生高考筆試成績(jī)的高低。我堅(jiān)持指導(dǎo)課余或課堂上給予部分時(shí)間每天做1至2篇閱讀題。上課之前或下課前10分鐘我會(huì)有意識(shí)的帶著學(xué)生一起閱讀《英語(yǔ)輔導(dǎo)報(bào)》的彩頁(yè)閱讀版本,這不僅使學(xué)生也使我自己更加了解英美國(guó)家的文化背景,開(kāi)闊視野的同時(shí)豐富了語(yǔ)言知識(shí),擴(kuò)大了詞匯量。上好閱讀課,對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)常用句型、寫(xiě)好英語(yǔ)短文大有裨益。因此,我常鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生盡量根據(jù)上下文猜測(cè)詞義,使之逐漸提高閱讀速度,獲得獨(dú)立閱讀的能力,更好地配合課堂教學(xué),鞏固教學(xué)成果。完形填空、閱讀理解、簡(jiǎn)答題和閱讀填空每周堅(jiān)持交替練習(xí)。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生每天勤查字典,養(yǎng)成充分利用工具書(shū)的好習(xí)慣。重視學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、良好答題習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成的培養(yǎng)。

  第四、真誠(chéng)待人,因材施教

  我國(guó)著名教育家陶行如先生說(shuō)過(guò):“教育是心心相映的'活動(dòng),唯獨(dú)從心里發(fā)出來(lái)的,才能打到心的深處!币恢币詠(lái)我都用一顆真誠(chéng)的心對(duì)待學(xué)生,在課堂上我會(huì)直言不諱,一針見(jiàn)血的大叫某個(gè)有小動(dòng)作的學(xué)生的名字,一開(kāi)始的時(shí)候弄得女生面紅耳赤,男生顏面喪盡。但是他們都知道了我的性格,我就是一“心是口是”的直人,唯一讓他們心服口服的可能就是我能一如既往的一視同仁,在我的眼中無(wú)所謂成績(jī)好與差的學(xué)生,只要是坐在教室內(nèi)的學(xué)生我都會(huì)盡力去幫助他,鼓勵(lì)他。以前我總希望每個(gè)學(xué)生都能掌握我教的東西,但現(xiàn)在知道那只能讓成績(jī)差的學(xué)生學(xué)的痛苦,讓我教的更痛苦,所以我現(xiàn)在能用平和的心態(tài)因材施教。

  As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.

  65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.

  In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth.

  He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

  When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

  Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

  20xx—20xx年任教高一126、128班的英語(yǔ)課;20xx—20xx年任教高三17班、20班的英語(yǔ)課;20xx—20xx年任教高三16、19班的英語(yǔ)課;20xx—20xx年任教高一196、202班的英語(yǔ)課。僅在這八年的時(shí)間里,我送出了四屆畢業(yè)班,走過(guò)的路上灑滿了我的汗水、艱辛,經(jīng)歷了我奉獻(xiàn)于教育的步伐,F(xiàn)小結(jié)一下這八年來(lái)的心得體會(huì)。

  (一)溝通感情,勉勵(lì)關(guān)懷

  學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,要想使之發(fā)揮積極主動(dòng)性,需走進(jìn)他們的內(nèi)心,激發(fā)他們學(xué)習(xí)的熱情。針對(duì)學(xué)生不同的情況,我鼓勵(lì)他們發(fā)奮圖強(qiáng),力爭(zhēng)三年后跨入自己理想的大學(xué)。高三補(bǔ)習(xí)班的學(xué)生,有的喪失了自信心,深感前途迷茫,有的則破罐破摔。通過(guò)我不斷接觸和仔細(xì)觀察,綜合各方面的信息,給予他們指導(dǎo),力所能及地打動(dòng)他們學(xué)習(xí)的欲望!坝H其師,信其道”,學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)科、對(duì)老師的好惡等非智力因素對(duì)學(xué)生的'學(xué)習(xí)有著很大的影響。漸漸地,很多學(xué)生開(kāi)始喜歡我授課,無(wú)數(shù)次的心靈交流,使我們的情誼日漸深厚。

  從第一次的測(cè)試中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分同學(xué)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)的基本功很不扎實(shí),需加強(qiáng)“雙基”訓(xùn)練。同學(xué)們?yōu)g覽新教材后,也感到他們即將面臨一個(gè)新的“學(xué)習(xí)高源”。

  備課中,我參考教參及一些“雙基”教輔材料,結(jié)合所教學(xué)生實(shí)際,采用一些獨(dú)特的做法。

  1、變考前集中復(fù)習(xí)為課上天天復(fù)習(xí)

  高中英語(yǔ)知識(shí)總量較之初中英語(yǔ)成倍增加,課時(shí)卻相對(duì)較緊。我所教的學(xué)生中,中差生居多。如把復(fù)習(xí)集中在期中或期末考前進(jìn)行,勢(shì)必?cái)D占平時(shí)教學(xué)課時(shí),影響課文的透徹講解。因此,我對(duì)教材中的每一個(gè)重要語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)都盡可能做到:以新帶舊,深入淺出。課堂習(xí)題濃縮精選,先放低要求,待務(wù)實(shí)鞏固后,再循序漸進(jìn),逐步拔高。這樣就變課前集中復(fù)習(xí)為課上天天復(fù)習(xí)。

  2、強(qiáng)化詞匯、句型、語(yǔ)篇教學(xué)

  在詞匯教學(xué)方面,堅(jiān)持分單元集中講授,適度擴(kuò)展,并要求學(xué)生熟練掌握構(gòu)詞規(guī)律。在課文教學(xué)方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)句型和語(yǔ)篇的有機(jī)聯(lián)系,要求學(xué)生以句子為單位,有選擇地背一些重要句型,這樣既可減輕學(xué)生過(guò)重的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān),又可達(dá)到提高書(shū)面表達(dá)能力的效果。上閱讀理解課時(shí),經(jīng)常圍繞中心大意,常用句型和篇章結(jié)構(gòu)等幾個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)展開(kāi)。精讀、泛讀相結(jié)合,對(duì)不同的閱讀課文采用點(diǎn)撥、啟發(fā)、提問(wèn)、講解、展開(kāi)和深繹等教法。

  上語(yǔ)法分析課時(shí),我從不摳語(yǔ)法,而是把重點(diǎn)放在英語(yǔ)詞匯的習(xí)慣用法、短語(yǔ)固定搭配、慣用句型和中英文表達(dá)方式的差異上,讓學(xué)生充分掌握借助語(yǔ)法,提高實(shí)際運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的本領(lǐng)。

  上書(shū)面表達(dá)課時(shí),著重講明常見(jiàn)體裁的寫(xiě)作要求和技巧。要求學(xué)生注意格式、詞語(yǔ)的固定搭配、人稱、數(shù)、時(shí)態(tài)及英語(yǔ)習(xí)慣用法,學(xué)會(huì)用適當(dāng)?shù)木湫秃蛯W(xué)過(guò)的基本詞匯來(lái)表達(dá)復(fù)雜的意思。

  3、巧抓閱讀,促進(jìn)寫(xiě)作

  到了高中階段,在進(jìn)一步提高聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力的同時(shí),要側(cè)重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀理解能力。閱讀既是一種能力,又是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的一種重要方法。廣泛閱讀可以幫助學(xué)生理解和吸收書(shū)面信息,鞏固記憶,有助于擴(kuò)大詞匯量,豐富語(yǔ)言知識(shí)。從某種意義上說(shuō),閱讀能力的強(qiáng)弱直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生高考筆試成績(jī)的高低。上好閱讀課,對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)常用句型、寫(xiě)好英語(yǔ)短文大有裨益。因此,我常鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生盡量根據(jù)上下文猜測(cè)詞義,使之逐漸提高閱讀速度,獲得獨(dú)立閱讀的能力,更好地配合課堂教學(xué),鞏固教學(xué)成果。

  (三)指點(diǎn)學(xué)法,重點(diǎn)突破

  針對(duì)弱項(xiàng),對(duì)癥下藥

  每次大小測(cè)驗(yàn)之后,我總要將學(xué)生們的成績(jī)進(jìn)行分析,找出他們的弱項(xiàng),以便在今后的教學(xué)中作為重點(diǎn)加以突破,為全面提高學(xué)生的應(yīng)試能力奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)平時(shí)的教學(xué)觀察,我發(fā)現(xiàn)他們丟分多是因?yàn)檎Z(yǔ)感不強(qiáng),詞匯量普遍較少,閱讀理解能力不強(qiáng)。

  短文改錯(cuò)主要是不注意語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象。想要提高改能力,有賴于平時(shí)足量的練習(xí)和實(shí)踐。短文改錯(cuò)設(shè)計(jì)靈活,壓分度高,綜合性強(qiáng),學(xué)生往往辨認(rèn)不出行文邏輯的錯(cuò)誤。解題時(shí)遵循三部曲:首先通讀全文,初選錯(cuò)誤;然后二次閱讀,攻克難關(guān);最后重讀全文,仔細(xì)核對(duì)。

  大家好!很榮幸今天能在這里和大家進(jìn)行交流學(xué)習(xí)。說(shuō)實(shí)在,從接到這項(xiàng)任務(wù)的那一刻起,我心中一直充滿了忐忑不安。畢竟臺(tái)下在座的有很多老師都是我的前輩,比我的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)要豐富的多,還輪不到我這個(gè)小輩來(lái)大談教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以在此我想從備課、課堂教學(xué)以及課后落實(shí)這三個(gè)方面來(lái)談?wù)勎业囊恍┳龇ê腕w會(huì)。

  一、備課

  我們都知道一節(jié)課能否上的好,很大程度上取決于教師的備課!芭_(tái)上一分鐘,臺(tái)下十年功”也可算是對(duì)教師備課的真實(shí)寫(xiě)照。我記得剛工作那年,剛好遇到新課改的第一年,對(duì)于教材不熟悉又沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以當(dāng)時(shí)急急忙忙跑到新華書(shū)店買了一本教學(xué)參考書(shū),把參考書(shū)里面的內(nèi)容一一寫(xiě)在備課本上,書(shū)本上密密麻麻的寫(xiě)了很多,在課堂上又急于想把所有內(nèi)容都交給學(xué)生。結(jié)果可想而知,學(xué)生一開(kāi)始還會(huì)認(rèn)真記筆記,后來(lái)就漸漸不想記了,或者有記沒(méi)記得隨便寫(xiě)點(diǎn),課堂氣氛也變得死氣沉沉。于是我及時(shí)剎車,靜下心來(lái)反思,也查閱了相關(guān)知識(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)這也是我們新教師的一種通病,備課備了很多,面面俱到,上課的時(shí)候總希望把備課的內(nèi)容全部交給學(xué)生,滿堂灌,總覺(jué)得在課堂上講的多,學(xué)生就能學(xué)的多,結(jié)果一堂課下來(lái)自己講的累,但學(xué)生還是不知道這堂課講了些什么,講的過(guò)多容易引起學(xué)生消化不良。

  那么,如何備好一堂課呢?我覺(jué)得首先要充分了解教材,學(xué)會(huì)鉆研,只有在教材的探討上達(dá)到一定的深度和廣度,把握教材,吃透教材,才能在應(yīng)用教材實(shí)施課堂教學(xué)的時(shí)候游刃有余、指點(diǎn)有方。而且在上課之前最好自己先試講一兩次,上課的時(shí)候盡量做到脫稿。比如我在講到強(qiáng)調(diào)句的時(shí)候,可以順便提到一般疑問(wèn)句和特殊疑問(wèn)句的強(qiáng)調(diào)句式,并拓展not

  until的強(qiáng)調(diào)句式以及把強(qiáng)調(diào)句和省略句,定語(yǔ)從句聯(lián)系在一起,所有的這些都脫離書(shū)本直接講出來(lái)(包括例句),這樣上課的時(shí)候與學(xué)生眼神交流,心與心交流的機(jī)會(huì)就多了,自我感覺(jué)好,上課可以更好的發(fā)揮,學(xué)生對(duì)老師也產(chǎn)生一種崇拜之情,對(duì)老師的話也會(huì)很要聽(tīng)了,所以一定程度上也收服了學(xué)生。而且我對(duì)自己也一再提醒,即使我是剛畢業(yè)沒(méi)幾年的新教師,我也要讓我的學(xué)生感覺(jué)我是經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的老教師。

  其次,備課要突出重點(diǎn),比如這堂課主要是學(xué)習(xí)這個(gè)單元的詞匯,那么在備完詞匯內(nèi)容后多準(zhǔn)備一些習(xí)題給學(xué)生機(jī)會(huì)去練習(xí),可以采取填空、造句、選擇題,默寫(xiě)等方式讓學(xué)生去熟悉新的詞匯,反反復(fù)復(fù)操練。其他內(nèi)容可以不涉及。這也有助于老師在下堂課回顧上一堂的內(nèi)容是學(xué)生馬上給出反饋。如果上堂課備的內(nèi)容既有詞匯又有課文內(nèi)容,學(xué)生首先消化不了這么多內(nèi)容,另外在第二堂課的時(shí)候回憶不出來(lái)。我記得這次假期補(bǔ)課期間,我們英語(yǔ)組第一天的課時(shí)安排學(xué)生摸底考試。第二天分析試卷,我前一天備課的內(nèi)容是試卷上的15道選擇題,這15道題目中非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞出現(xiàn)了好幾遍,所以我就把備課的重點(diǎn)放在了非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞上,而且非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞是我們高中階段的重難點(diǎn)部分。碰巧后來(lái)的作業(yè)中又陸陸續(xù)續(xù)碰到了好多非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的練習(xí),那么我就會(huì)講,同學(xué)們,還記得在第二堂課上老師講的非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞啊。學(xué)生往往印象深刻,因?yàn)槟翘谜n我只講了一個(gè)重點(diǎn),那就是非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞。所以備課的時(shí)候一定要突出重點(diǎn),而且不用多,一兩個(gè)就夠了。畢竟我們的學(xué)生腸胃不好,吃多了會(huì)消化不良,還不如少吃多餐,細(xì)嚼慢咽,慢慢消化。

  最后是要備學(xué)生。我們的學(xué)生英語(yǔ)水平普遍不是很好,而且一個(gè)老師的兩個(gè)班級(jí)學(xué)生之間水平也參差不齊,往往備的課在重點(diǎn)班上還好,而在普通班上學(xué)生就接受不了了。所以備課的時(shí)候要根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際情況。那么如何了解學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況呢?可以從學(xué)生在課上的表現(xiàn):課下完成作業(yè)的情況中了解。如果你備課的內(nèi)容在重點(diǎn)班學(xué)生都不是很適應(yīng),那么在普通班最好就別在用了,否則就是在浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。另外準(zhǔn)備的作業(yè)也要有彈性。不能兩個(gè)班每個(gè)班一張?jiān)嚲砭涂梢粤恕N乙话愣际呛命c(diǎn)的班級(jí)一張?jiān)嚲砣孔觯胀ò嚅喿x或者完型先不做。這部分不做的題目我會(huì)放在課堂上讓普通班學(xué)生當(dāng)堂完成。因?yàn)槠胀ò鄬W(xué)生基礎(chǔ)和自覺(jué)性總是比重點(diǎn)班要差。很多學(xué)生科恩給你文章都看不懂,一開(kāi)始可能還會(huì)去查字典,但久而久之懶了,就不去查字典而是去問(wèn)別人抄。所以我寧可讓他們?cè)谡n堂上當(dāng)堂做完,不會(huì)的查字典或者請(qǐng)教老師。

  二、課堂教學(xué)

  首先,上課要精神飽滿。其實(shí)我們每個(gè)老師都會(huì)有自己特有的風(fēng)格和性格,像xxx老師和xxx老師的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),xxx老師和xxx老師的幽默,xxx老師和xxx老師的溫和,xxx老師和xxx老師的熱情等等,他們都能夠充分貼切的講自己的性格融匯到課堂教學(xué)中,形成了自己特有的教學(xué)風(fēng)格,而一個(gè)有個(gè)性、與眾不同的老師往往能夠吸引學(xué)生和帶動(dòng)學(xué)生。就我本人而言,我是一個(gè)性格比較開(kāi)朗的人,大學(xué)時(shí)也學(xué)過(guò)健美操,所以我習(xí)慣將課堂作為一個(gè)表演的舞臺(tái),只要走進(jìn)教室,就會(huì)顯得精神飽滿,充滿熱情,教學(xué)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)一般都設(shè)計(jì)的非常緊湊,教學(xué)過(guò)程中,我會(huì)不時(shí)的隨機(jī)點(diǎn)學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題,迫使學(xué)生注意力集中。而且聽(tīng)過(guò)我課的老師和學(xué)生都說(shuō)我上課的時(shí)候肢體語(yǔ)言非常豐富。其實(shí)這是一種自然而然地行為。比如說(shuō)講到對(duì)于剛剛內(nèi)容的回顧,我會(huì)突然書(shū)本一合,然后舉起我的右手說(shuō),來(lái),同學(xué)們,現(xiàn)在跟老師一起來(lái)回顧一下剛剛我們學(xué)過(guò)的內(nèi)容。這也無(wú)形當(dāng)中調(diào)動(dòng)了課堂氣氛,激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。學(xué)生畢竟還未成熟,很多學(xué)生因?yàn)檎n堂好玩,老師上課有趣才去學(xué)這門(mén)課。所以說(shuō)興趣是最好的老師。

  其次,始終堅(jiān)持扎實(shí)課本,背記內(nèi)容盡量在課堂上完成。我們學(xué)生每天要上的課很多,要背記得內(nèi)容頁(yè)很多,語(yǔ)文要背,數(shù)學(xué)公式要背,政史要背,理化生也要背。而英語(yǔ)更是非背不可,英語(yǔ)單詞如果不背,單項(xiàng)題目看不懂,閱讀完型內(nèi)容看不懂,作文不會(huì)寫(xiě)。所以在所有科目中有其特殊性,背記內(nèi)容特別多,單詞要背,課文要背,天天都有背的任務(wù),如果“背”成為學(xué)生害怕和頭疼的事,那很難讓學(xué)生保持對(duì)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。因此,我盡量將要背的內(nèi)容在課堂上完成,在新課完成后,留出一定的時(shí)間趁熱打鐵,讓學(xué)生背誦。只將少部分的留到課后去背。學(xué)生能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)根據(jù)板書(shū)的提示信息背出當(dāng)天新學(xué)內(nèi)容時(shí),背誦不僅不會(huì)成為負(fù)擔(dān),相反這種成就感能夠激勵(lì)學(xué)生提高上課效率更專注于課堂。

  最后適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)課堂氣氛。英語(yǔ)是一門(mén)語(yǔ)言科目,不僅要求學(xué)生能靜得下來(lái),更需要學(xué)生能動(dòng)起來(lái)。如果課堂氣氛過(guò)于嚴(yán)肅,那么當(dāng)老師需要他們活躍時(shí),學(xué)生會(huì)顯得沒(méi)有熱情配合,設(shè)計(jì)的活動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié)也會(huì)顯得生硬不自然。所以,我上課時(shí),會(huì)偶爾跟學(xué)生開(kāi)開(kāi)玩笑。我記得有一次,還是我大肚子的時(shí)候,那天下午的英語(yǔ)課上,給學(xué)生放聽(tīng)力,下午的課,學(xué)生有些昏昏欲睡,注意力不是很集中。我放了一遍聽(tīng)力,一篇小對(duì)話很簡(jiǎn)短的,讓學(xué)生把大概的意思告訴給我聽(tīng)。問(wèn)了半天居然沒(méi)人反應(yīng),當(dāng)時(shí)真想狠狠的批評(píng)他們一頓。忽然,我寶寶在肚子里面踢了我兩次。我就借題發(fā)揮,我說(shuō),同學(xué)們啊,你們看,我寶寶都聽(tīng)懂了這篇對(duì)話,在肚子里給了我反映,你們難道連個(gè)小毛頭都不如嗎?學(xué)生聽(tīng)完哈哈大笑,瞌睡蟲(chóng)也被趕走了。我就說(shuō)再放一遍,這遍要仔細(xì)聽(tīng)了哦。第二遍放好后,基本上學(xué)生們都能把大概意思給講出來(lái)了。這個(gè)玩笑即間接地起到批評(píng)鞭策的作用,又能讓學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。效果肯定要比狠狠批評(píng)他們一通要好得多。另外我還很喜歡跟學(xué)生就話題內(nèi)容穿插一些我的'大學(xué)生活,比如參加各種各樣的社團(tuán),晚會(huì)啊等等,讓他們憧憬一下美好的大學(xué)生活,然后我會(huì)話題一轉(zhuǎn),說(shuō)到,要想實(shí)現(xiàn)那個(gè)美好的大學(xué)夢(mèng)想,想在就要好好學(xué)習(xí)吧,再苦也是值得的哦。不僅調(diào)動(dòng)了課堂氣氛,也起到了一定的教育作用。

  三、課后落實(shí)。

  首先,作業(yè)批改要及時(shí)有效。老師的作業(yè)一定要自己批改,而且在批改作業(yè)的時(shí)候應(yīng)該要留意那些錯(cuò)誤率高的題目,可以把題號(hào)記錄下來(lái)在第二天的課上著重進(jìn)行分析。或者也可以把錯(cuò)題進(jìn)行歸類。比如說(shuō)主要是錯(cuò)在定語(yǔ)從句這塊語(yǔ)法上面,那么有可能在課上沒(méi)有講透,學(xué)生還不理解。下一堂課可以針對(duì)這個(gè)語(yǔ)法再講一遍。另外,有時(shí)候是課堂上聽(tīng)未必能聽(tīng)懂。那么可以把這些同學(xué)單獨(dú)叫過(guò)來(lái)面對(duì)面幫他們分析,等在課堂上分析的時(shí)候他們相當(dāng)于是聽(tīng)第二遍,那就不至于像聽(tīng)天書(shū)一樣了。此外在與這些基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生交流中還可以發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),鼓勵(lì)他們多來(lái)問(wèn)問(wèn)題,幫助他們樹(shù)立信心,從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。當(dāng)然老師作業(yè)改得及時(shí)認(rèn)真也能杜絕那些抄作業(yè)現(xiàn)象。

  其次,針對(duì)學(xué)生的作文,以往我都是把學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤句子劃出來(lái),第二天的課上把學(xué)生普遍犯的錯(cuò)誤講一下,錯(cuò)句修改一下,然后范本抄在黑板上讓學(xué)生回去去背誦。但漸漸地我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生即使這次的范本背會(huì)了自己寫(xiě)作文的時(shí)候錯(cuò)誤還是在出現(xiàn),而且這些錯(cuò)誤都是他們學(xué)英語(yǔ)以來(lái)一直在犯的老毛病。原來(lái),我們老師辛辛苦苦每篇文章幫他們劃出錯(cuò)誤,而他們壓根就視而不見(jiàn),這篇文章犯的錯(cuò)誤下次照樣還會(huì)再犯。我就在想,如果學(xué)生自己的毛病沒(méi)有根治,再多的新鮮血液輸入進(jìn)去也是沒(méi)有用的。治標(biāo)要治本,所以后來(lái)我就要求學(xué)生把每次發(fā)下去的作文劃線部分訂正好當(dāng)天交上來(lái),如果不會(huì)訂正可以問(wèn)同學(xué)或者向老師請(qǐng)教,至于那些作文分?jǐn)?shù)在及格分以下的肯定錯(cuò)誤很多,我則要求他們面批,自己抽時(shí)間來(lái)找我。這樣一來(lái),很多學(xué)生如果不會(huì)訂正就會(huì)主動(dòng)來(lái)請(qǐng)教老師,從而真正理解地把自己的錯(cuò)誤給糾正過(guò)來(lái)了,也就避免在考試作文中不必要的失分。

  最后,落實(shí)背誦和默寫(xiě)。英語(yǔ)學(xué)科,即使老師課堂教學(xué)再出色,單詞課文的背記如果不落實(shí),還是很難出成績(jī),這一點(diǎn)是我們所有英語(yǔ)老師的共識(shí),也是最辛苦和讓人無(wú)奈的事。背誦我喜歡親力親為。雖然比較累,但學(xué)生在背的時(shí)候我可以及時(shí)幫他糾正發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤,或者隨時(shí)抽出幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)短語(yǔ)句子讓他回顧,從而檢測(cè)學(xué)生有沒(méi)有真正理解著背。另外學(xué)生來(lái)背誦其實(shí)也是一次師生交流互動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì)。比如說(shuō)有個(gè)學(xué)生前兩天在課堂上睡著了,而當(dāng)時(shí)我又忘記把他叫過(guò)來(lái)面談了,趁著他來(lái)背書(shū)的機(jī)會(huì)剛好提醒我,背完后也就可以跟他面對(duì)面交流了。除了背誦,默寫(xiě)也很重要。我?guī)缀趺刻於加心瑢?xiě)內(nèi)同,有時(shí)候是默寫(xiě)單詞,有時(shí)候是默寫(xiě)句子,甚至于默寫(xiě)課文。有些學(xué)生光會(huì)背不會(huì)寫(xiě),這在作文中很吃虧的,所以默寫(xiě)也很重要。默寫(xiě)不過(guò)關(guān)一般都要求第二天來(lái)重默出,從而不影響下次的默寫(xiě)。至于那些基礎(chǔ)很差,連單詞都不會(huì)讀的學(xué)生,我一般先教他們音標(biāo),這在高一可以嘗試。我記得我?guī)У牡谝粚,高一一開(kāi)始就是先教音標(biāo),每個(gè)人都要過(guò)關(guān)。因?yàn)槿绻魳?biāo)會(huì)了,單詞就會(huì)讀,而且很多單詞是根據(jù)讀音拼出來(lái)的。高二高三就可以省下很多麻煩。

  statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life ncialproblems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults nowsuffering students in the university , we are also under our special e study , having to take various tests and submit a project against adeadline may put a great pressure on us the things make us felt stressedmay be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach r ,when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us nk we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and howwe can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

  the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress leusually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress ’sunwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary image a world where stressdoes not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way isthis kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? without stress , they mayfeel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover newthings much result in nothing except a countermarch of the society ress , no development a certain amount of stress is good canstimulate us and increase our level of alertness .

  Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different lifestage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reachin the sky,but like most mariners,we can chart our course by them. With thedream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.With thedream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

  I have a dream: To be a doctor.,because doctor may relieve the pain ofpatients. May let the human change the health. At the same time, I believedthat, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. Therefore, I hopedin the near future ,I might be a doctor.
