“教無定法,教學是一門遺憾的藝術”。一堂課不會十全十美。我們自己每上一節(jié)課,都要進行深入的剖析、反思,對每一個教學環(huán)節(jié)預設與實際吻合、學生學習狀況、教師調(diào)控狀況、課堂生成狀況等方面認真進行總結(jié),找出有《數(shù)學課程標準》要求學生學有價值的知識,有實用性的知識,促使學生的發(fā)展,提高課堂教學的有效性。高效課堂可以歸納為高效果、高效率、高效益。“有效的課堂”是我們教育實踐者的不懈追求。通過一些學習,我對課堂教學的有效性展開了思索,在此談談自己的體會。
一、高效課堂重視課前的備課
。1)認真確定課堂教學目標。
教師在備課前,應當認真閱讀教材、教師用書,對所教授內(nèi)容的三維目標、教材編寫特點等要了然于胸,并結(jié)合學生的實際制定切實可行的課堂教學目標。所擬定的教學目標要具體、可操作,如果目標過高或過低,都容易使學生失去興趣,而應當處于學生的“最近發(fā)展區(qū)”,即“跳一跳能摘到果子”。

首先感謝學校領導和老師們給了我這樣一次機會,讓我能夠在這里和大家共同交換教學工作中的一些得失。非常榮幸,但引見經(jīng)驗談不上,只是在英語教學實踐中的一些做法和感悟,有不當之處,請各位多批評指正。
回顧自己將近20年來在英語教學中的點點滴滴,感覺并沒有什么特別絕對行之有效的“錦囊奇策”,有的只是嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ髁,靈活的教學方法。總之一句話,有付出就有收獲,成績和平時心血的付出成正比。其實我一直感覺教師與教師之間的常識水平并沒有太大的差距,重點是在教學進程中怎樣去表現(xiàn)自己,鼓動學生,對上好一節(jié)課有無去想辦法,有無時刻給自己提綱求,有無經(jīng)常深思自己的教學方法,下面是我在教學中會經(jīng)常注意的一些地方。
一、師生關系
良好的師生關系是保證完成教學任務的重要條件,要做一名學生喜歡的英語老師。學生親其師,方能信其道,樂其道,才能積極的接受教師傳授的知識,提高研究興趣。每個老師都是為了學生好,可是有時學生真的是不領情,那么為什么學生就不明白我們的良苦用心呢?所以建立良好的師生關系顯得尤為重要,要想方設法讓學生對老師佩服,信服,并且樂于和你交流,愿意聽你的話。這就要求我們在各個方面都要加以注意,比如:知識豐富全面,教學敬業(yè),關愛關注學生,風趣幽默,了解孩子的心理,懂得他們的愛好興趣,尊重信任學生。
二、熱情
教師要有飽滿的熱情,滿懷激情地走進教室,要感染學生,激發(fā)學生的情感,使課堂氣氛活躍,目標一致,煥發(fā)英語課堂活力,以達到事半功倍的效果。
想象學生從早到晚,坐在教室里,一節(jié)課接著一節(jié)課,很容易產(chǎn)生視覺疲勞,聽覺疲勞。如果老師總是板著面孔,傳授知識,那很難激發(fā)學生的研究興趣。因此,在教學中教師要注意情感的釋放,教師走進課堂就應該象演員走進攝影棚,立刻進入角色,動作神態(tài)逼真?zhèn)魃瘢挥诩で,用自己的教學熱情去激發(fā)起學生的相應情感體驗,以富有表現(xiàn)力的面部表情,恰當自然的形態(tài)動作給學生深刻的感染,加速激活認知能力。
三、課堂氣氛
我以為好的課堂教學應當是嚴厲與寬松相結(jié)合的。假如一節(jié)課一嚴到底學生會感到很壓抑,久而久之便會對你的課堂失去興趣,從而對這一科失去研究的信心,甚至還會產(chǎn)生抵觸的心理,那就根本談不上研究效果。可以通過小幽默,小笑話,小比賽,小表演來活躍課堂氣氛,讓學生愈加自然、輕松、舒暢的研究常識。
四、精講多練
初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果英語老師是“一張嘴,一支筆,從上課講到下課!钡慕虒W模式,就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜,學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位,少講多練。一節(jié)英語課千萬不可貪多,講許多知識點。一節(jié)新課可適當降低難度,知識點可精講精煉。整節(jié)課就幾個重點反復操練,多讀,多用,以達到學生課下能正確運用的目標。比如我會經(jīng)常實行“一分鐘背書”,四五句話看誰一分鐘能夠背完!耙豢跉庥⒄Z”,一個長的.句子或兩個句子,一口氣說下來,中間不準換氣,看誰說的最快,最溜。在不知不覺中,很多的重點句型當堂就掌握背熟了,F(xiàn)在我上課只要一說“一口氣英語”,學生就會馬上興奮的進入戰(zhàn)斗狀態(tài)。
五、興趣
對于學生的研究興趣,我們要特別注意培養(yǎng)和保護,注意教學的活潑性和趣味性,使課堂教學生充滿激情和樂趣。而學校白板設施的裝置給我們提供了絕好的平臺,使我們的課堂得到了無限的擴展,產(chǎn)生了無限的可能,使得從前比力貧乏的教學手腕豐滿立體起來。比如英語歌曲,西方民俗,社會現(xiàn)象,熱點新聞,小游戲,有趣的小視頻等等,都可以充實到我們的課堂中來。比如,對于某些沒有研究自傲的學生,我曾經(jīng)播放過一個網(wǎng)絡傳播很廣的小視頻,《死亡爬行》,讓他們相信自己,勇于拼搏,同時也學學英語中,鼓勵的話都怎樣說。母親節(jié)時,我給她們播放了一個英語高手模仿各國母親說英語,同時號召他們回家實行3H打算,三個H代表一個擁抱(hug),一句謝謝(thankyou),幫媽媽做一件事(help)。本學期開學之初,我給學生們引見了暑假里流行的冰桶挑戰(zhàn),看XXX,XXX,XXX是如何挑戰(zhàn)冰桶的。研究動物稱號時,我給他們播放去年的網(wǎng)絡英語,狐貍叫,讓他們聽英語中動物是怎樣叫的。工夫一久,這些興趣就會轉(zhuǎn)化為強大內(nèi)部研究動機。

當向上的信念指引某人的行動時,他所向往的所有高度都有可能到達。那我們有無給自己的學生足夠的暗示呢?
英語材的特點,決定了學生在研究過程中只有大膽的進行語言實踐,才能真正掌握知識。而我們的學生普遍感到英語研究吃力,慢慢地產(chǎn)生了厭倦畏懼的心理,從而喪失了研究英語的信心。為了擺脫這種狀況,我在教學隨時利用一切機會,因勢利導,以表揚為主,鼓勵為輔,暗示他們每一個人都可以把英語學好。比如講句子結(jié)構(gòu)時,我就會說,英國人特笨,中國人特聰明,為什么?你看,他們把句子最重要的主語“人”放最前邊,謂語動詞做了什么挨著主語放,其它不重要的時間啊地點啊方式啊原因啊全扔在后邊,所以他們說話是這樣的,什么人做了什么事怎么樣的什么地點什么時間。中國人多聰明啊,重要的放后邊,時間啊地點什么的擱前邊。我們是這樣說的,什么時間什么地點某人做了什么,外國人一輩子都搞不懂。還有,中國人經(jīng)常會說:“是的,我沒有!钡艘宦牼豌铝,是的怎么還沒呢?他們只能理解“是的,我有”。學生一聽,還真是的,這么難的中文我都會了,英語比起漢語真是太簡單了。

英語教學中,我感受最深的是,學生在成長過程中,需要知識,更需要關愛,關愛是一份情感,也是一份責任,作為英語老師,除了要有精湛的業(yè)務水平、敬業(yè)的精神、全面的知識,更重要的是在傳道授業(yè)解惑時,做到愛生如子。人與人之間的感情是相互的,學生雖小,但他們都有著一顆敏感而真誠的心,只要你真心關愛他們,他們一定會有令你驚喜的回報!坝H其師而信其道”,只有讓學生喜歡你,他們才會信任你,向著你引導的方向發(fā)展。

大家都知道,備好課是上好課的前提,備課包括三方面,備教材、備學生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學習資料及以往的相應試題,對于哪些是重點難點,哪些知識點擴展到什么程度,會以什么形式出題,做到心中有數(shù)。備學生,就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、知識儲備情況,這樣可以避免起點太高,學生聽不懂,或起點太低,學生感到無聊的`情況。備教法。每一級每個班學生特點各不相同,所以我非常注重仔細研究學生,采取適合學生的方法導入新課,用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知,用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。
2、用激情帶動學生,煥發(fā)英語課堂活力
我要求自己在備好課的基礎上,每節(jié)英語課都滿懷熱情地走進教室,哪怕身體不適、滿心煩惱,在站上講臺,面向?qū)W生的那一刻,我都會面帶笑容,精神抖擻,講課時也是充滿激情,抑揚頓挫。因為快樂的情緒可以傳染,如果你把快樂的情緒、積極地心態(tài)傳染給學生,他的英語學習效率可能會成倍增長。
3、關注每個學生,提高課堂凝聚力

School had been very easy for me in the beginning. I had been the usual routine---show up for school, complete assignments, take tests, get grades. And that was usually straight A's. I thought school was that easy.
Suddenly middle school began. Sure, I was a top student for six years, why would it be any harder? It was; the bad mark in a pop quiz deeply humbled me.
I became very resentful and angry about my situation. I felt so depressed for feeling inferior.
One winter day we had a heavy snow. Mother took me for a long walk. “ See those elm trees,” she said. “ The branches are broken. The trees may die. But look at those pine trees! They are not hurt by the snow.” “ When they have more snow than they can hold, they lower the branches and let the snow slip away. The next morning they are as good as ever.”
