　　Dear editor,I am writing to express my views on the playground vandalism near my housing estate. The housing estate where I live in in the New Territories has many excellent facilities. While most people treat them properly, there are some people destroy all these valuable public resources. The playground equipment is heavily damaged. Some facilities are burned and broken. The graffiti are completely covered all over the place. Some of the graffiti even includes bad language. It’s adversely influence the children safety and our precious public resources. The reason of this vandalism is mainly related to the people who are out of boredom and the shortage of security. Nowadays, most teenagers like to spend their time through hanging out with friends. When they have nothing to play or any recreational activities, the playground may be targeted as an amusement for spending their time. Due to teenagers are now in the process of building self-worth and self-esteem, they will try to do something over in order to get the peer recognition. For instant, the teenagers pretend to be a leader through destroying the facilities. In these recent years, these selfish and irresponsible behaviors under the fabricating, exaggerating from social media, started becoming rationalized. That’s why the playground vandalism happens. Secondly, it is because of the shortage of security guards. If there is security guard checking the playground regularly, to deter any vandalism promptly, this phenomenon will not happen.

　　To solve the problem, establishing a youth centre and forming a management committee are the best ways to solve the problem. Since Teenagers are having more free time, their needs of recreational activity are relatively elevated. Therefore, if there’s any activity or place to let them spend their free time, they will naturally lose interest in the destruction of the park, so as to protect the playground’s facilities and relieve the serious vandalism efficaciously. Establishing a youth centre is the best way to let the teenagers getting the community involved and spends their free time. In the youth centre, it will be provided some sporting equipment, chess game for them to play. Also, the youth centre will organize some activities for teenagers to enrich their life and help them to build up self-esteem, responsibility and self-worth. Let them can get into the community involved in the future easily. Second, it’s about the security. Due to the shortage of security guard, the teenagers can go to destroy the park whenever they want. Nobody cares about it and looks after the place. It’s conceivable that the vandalism will continuously happen if there isn't any security guard. In contrast, if there is a management committee to supervise the playground, patrol it regularly, teenagers will behave more appropriate if they know that someone is watching them, so as to protect our facilities. The situation now needs urgent attention! The existing playground is broken and dangerous for young children to play in. It’s not just vandalism, is a danger bomb in the society! If the problem cannot be solved promptly, it will become a vicious cycle, fully threaten our children safety and our daily life. I dont know who wrote these words, but Ive always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

　　一些人說我們正在讀一本無窮的書中的第一章的第一節(jié)。我不知道誰寫了這些話，但是我一直很喜歡它，因為它提醒了我，我們能夠創(chuàng)造我們想要的未來。

　　We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, its a state of mind. Its not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. Its the matter of the will. 尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導，親愛的同事們：

　　大家好！很榮幸今天能在這里和大家進行交流學習。說實在，從接到這項任務的那一刻起，我心中一直充滿了忐忑不安。畢竟臺下在座的有很多老師都是我的前輩，比我的教學經(jīng)驗要豐富的多，還輪不到我這個小輩來大談教學經(jīng)驗，所以在此我想從備課、課堂教學以及課后落實這三個方面來談談我的一些做法和體會。

　　一、備課

　　我們都知道一節(jié)課能否上的好，很大程度上取決于教師的備課�！芭_上一分鐘，臺下十年功”也可算是對教師備課的真實寫照。我記得剛工作那年，剛好遇到新課改的第一年，對于教材不熟悉又沒有工作經(jīng)驗，所以當時急急忙忙跑到新華書店買了一本教學參考書，把參考書里面的內(nèi)容一一寫在備課本上，書本上密密麻麻的寫了很多，在課堂上又急于想把所有內(nèi)容都交給學生。結(jié)果可想而知，學生一開始還會認真記筆記，后來就漸漸不想記了，或者有記沒記得隨便寫點，課堂氣氛也變得死氣沉沉。于是我及時剎車，靜下心來反思，也查閱了相關(guān)知識，發(fā)現(xiàn)這也是我們新教師的一種通病，備課備了很多，面面俱到，上課的時候總希望把備課的內(nèi)容全部交給學生，滿堂灌，總覺得在課堂上講的多，學生就能學的多，結(jié)果一堂課下來自己講的累，但學生還是不知道這堂課講了些什么，講的過多容易引起學生消化不良。

　　那么，如何備好一堂課呢？我覺得首先要充分了解教材，學會鉆研，只有在教材的探討上達到一定的深度和廣度，把握教材，吃透教材，才能在應用教材實施課堂教學的時候游刃有余、指點有方。而且在上課之前最好自己先試講一兩次，上課的時候盡量做到脫稿。比如我在講到強調(diào)句的時候，可以順便提到一般疑問句和特殊疑問句的強調(diào)句式，并拓展not

　　until的強調(diào)句式以及把強調(diào)句和省略句，定語從句聯(lián)系在一起，所有的這些都脫離書本直接講出來（包括例句），這樣上課的時候與學生眼神交流，心與心交流的機會就多了，自我感覺好，上課可以更好的發(fā)揮，學生對老師也產(chǎn)生一種崇拜之情，對老師的話也會很要聽了，所以一定程度上也收服了學生。而且我對自己也一再提醒，即使我是剛畢業(yè)沒幾年的新教師，我也要讓我的學生感覺我是經(jīng)驗豐富的老教師。

　　其次，備課要突出重點，比如這堂課主要是學習這個單元的詞匯，那么在備完詞匯內(nèi)容后多準備一些習題給學生機會去練習，可以采取填空、造句、選擇題，默寫等方式讓學生去熟悉新的詞匯，反反復復操練。其他內(nèi)容可以不涉及。這也有助于老師在下堂課回顧上一堂的內(nèi)容是學生馬上給出反饋。如果上堂課備的內(nèi)容既有詞匯又有課文內(nèi)容，學生首先消化不了這么多內(nèi)容，另外在第二堂課的時候回憶不出來。我記得這次假期補課期間，我們英語組第一天的課時安排學生摸底考試。第二天分析試卷，我前一天備課的內(nèi)容是試卷上的15道選擇題，這15道題目中非謂語動詞出現(xiàn)了好幾遍，所以我就把備課的重點放在了非謂語動詞上，而且非謂語動詞是我們高中階段的重難點部分。碰巧后來的作業(yè)中又陸陸續(xù)續(xù)碰到了好多非謂語動詞的練習，那么我就會講，同學們，還記得在第二堂課上老師講的非謂語動詞啊。學生往往印象深刻，因為那堂課我只講了一個重點，那就是非謂語動詞。所以備課的時候一定要突出重點，而且不用多，一兩個就夠了。畢竟我們的學生腸胃不好，吃多了會消化不良，還不如少吃多餐，細嚼慢咽，慢慢消化。

　　最后是要備學生。我們的學生英語水平普遍不是很好，而且一個老師的兩個班級學生之間水平也參差不齊，往往備的課在重點班上還好，而在普通班上學生就接受不了了。所以備課的時候要根據(jù)學生實際情況。那么如何了解學生的實際情況呢？可以從學生在課上的表現(xiàn)：課下完成作業(yè)的情況中了解。如果你備課的內(nèi)容在重點班學生都不是很適應，那么在普通班最好就別在用了，否則就是在浪費時間。另外準備的作業(yè)也要有彈性。不能兩個班每個班一張試卷就可以了。我一般都是好點的班級一張試卷全部做，普通班閱讀或者完型先不做。這部分不做的題目我會放在課堂上讓普通班學生當堂完成。因為普通班學生基礎和自覺性總是比重點班要差。很多學生科恩給你文章都看不懂，一開始可能還會去查字典，但久而久之懶了，就不去查字典而是去問別人抄。所以我寧可讓他們在課堂上當堂做完，不會的查字典或者請教老師。

　　二、課堂教學

　　首先，上課要精神飽滿。其實我們每個老師都會有自己特有的風格和性格，像xxx老師和xxx老師的嚴謹，xxx老師和xxx老師的幽默，xxx老師和xxx老師的溫和，xxx老師和xxx老師的熱情等等，他們都能夠充分貼切的講自己的性格融匯到課堂教學中，形成了自己特有的教學風格，而一個有個性、與眾不同的老師往往能夠吸引學生和帶動學生。就我本人而言，我是一個性格比較開朗的人，大學時也學過健美操，所以我習慣將課堂作為一個表演的舞臺，只要走進教室，就會顯得精神飽滿，充滿熱情，教學各個環(huán)節(jié)一般都設計的非常緊湊，教學過程中，我會不時的隨機點學生回答問題，迫使學生注意力集中。而且聽過我課的老師和學生都說我上課的時候肢體語言非常豐富。其實這是一種自然而然地行為。比如說講到對于剛剛內(nèi)容的回顧，我會突然書本一合，然后舉起我的右手說，來，同學們，現(xiàn)在跟老師一起來回顧一下剛剛我們學過的內(nèi)容。這也無形當中調(diào)動了課堂氣氛，激發(fā)了學生的學習興趣。學生畢竟還未成熟，很多學生因為課堂好玩，老師上課有趣才去學這門課。所以說興趣是最好的老師。

　　其次，始終堅持扎實課本，背記內(nèi)容盡量在課堂上完成。我們學生每天要上的課很多，要背記得內(nèi)容頁很多，語文要背，數(shù)學公式要背，政史要背，理化生也要背。而英語更是非背不可，英語單詞如果不背，單項題目看不懂，閱讀完型內(nèi)容看不懂，作文不會寫。所以在所有科目中有其特殊性，背記內(nèi)容特別多，單詞要背，課文要背，天天都有背的任務，如果“背”成為學生害怕和頭疼的事，那很難讓學生保持對英語的學習熱情。因此，我盡量將要背的內(nèi)容在課堂上完成，在新課完成后，留出一定的時間趁熱打鐵，讓學生背誦。只將少部分的留到課后去背。學生能在短時間內(nèi)根據(jù)板書的提示信息背出當天新學內(nèi)容時，背誦不僅不會成為負擔，相反這種成就感能夠激勵學生提高上課效率更專注于課堂。

　　最后適當調(diào)節(jié)課堂氣氛。英語是一門語言科目，不僅要求學生能靜得下來，更需要學生能動起來。如果課堂氣氛過于嚴肅，那么當老師需要他們活躍時，學生會顯得沒有熱情配合，設計的活動環(huán)節(jié)也會顯得生硬不自然。所以，我上課時，會偶爾跟學生開開玩笑。我記得有一次，還是我大肚子的時候，那天下午的英語課上，給學生放聽力，下午的課，學生有些昏昏欲睡，注意力不是很集中。我放了一遍聽力，一篇小對話很簡短的，讓學生把大概的意思告訴給我聽。問了半天居然沒人反應，當時真想狠狠的批評他們一頓。忽然，我寶寶在肚子里面踢了我兩次。我就借題發(fā)揮，我說，同學們啊，你們看，我寶寶都聽懂了這篇對話，在肚子里給了我反映，你們難道連個小毛頭都不如嗎？學生聽完哈哈大笑，瞌睡蟲也被趕走了。我就說再放一遍，這遍要仔細聽了哦。第二遍放好后，基本上學生們都能把大概意思給講出來了。這個玩笑即間接地起到批評鞭策的作用，又能讓學生主動學習。效果肯定要比狠狠批評他們一通要好得多。另外我還很喜歡跟學生就話題內(nèi)容穿插一些我的.大學生活，比如參加各種各樣的社團，晚會啊等等，讓他們憧憬一下美好的大學生活，然后我會話題一轉(zhuǎn)，說到，要想實現(xiàn)那個美好的大學夢想，想在就要好好學習吧，再苦也是值得的哦。不僅調(diào)動了課堂氣氛，也起到了一定的教育作用。

　　三、課后落實。

　　首先，作業(yè)批改要及時有效。老師的作業(yè)一定要自己批改，而且在批改作業(yè)的時候應該要留意那些錯誤率高的題目，可以把題號記錄下來在第二天的課上著重進行分析�；蛘咭部梢园彦e題進行歸類。比如說主要是錯在定語從句這塊語法上面，那么有可能在課上沒有講透，學生還不理解。下一堂課可以針對這個語法再講一遍。另外，有時候是課堂上聽未必能聽懂。那么可以把這些同學單獨叫過來面對面幫他們分析，等在課堂上分析的時候他們相當于是聽第二遍，那就不至于像聽天書一樣了。此外在與這些基礎差的學生交流中還可以發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，鼓勵他們多來問問題，幫助他們樹立信心，從而培養(yǎng)學習英語的興趣。當然老師作業(yè)改得及時認真也能杜絕那些抄作業(yè)現(xiàn)象。

　　其次，針對學生的作文，以往我都是把學生的錯誤句子劃出來，第二天的課上把學生普遍犯的錯誤講一下，錯句修改一下，然后范本抄在黑板上讓學生回去去背誦。但漸漸地我發(fā)現(xiàn)學生即使這次的范本背會了自己寫作文的時候錯誤還是在出現(xiàn)，而且這些錯誤都是他們學英語以來一直在犯的老毛病。原來，我們老師辛辛苦苦每篇文章幫他們劃出錯誤，而他們壓根就視而不見，這篇文章犯的錯誤下次照樣還會再犯。我就在想，如果學生自己的毛病沒有根治，再多的新鮮血液輸入進去也是沒有用的。治標要治本，所以后來我就要求學生把每次發(fā)下去的作文劃線部分訂正好當天交上來，如果不會訂正可以問同學或者向老師請教，至于那些作文分數(shù)在及格分以下的肯定錯誤很多，我則要求他們面批，自己抽時間來找我。這樣一來，很多學生如果不會訂正就會主動來請教老師，從而真正理解地把自己的錯誤給糾正過來了，也就避免在考試作文中不必要的失分。

　　最后，落實背誦和默寫。英語學科，即使老師課堂教學再出色，單詞課文的背記如果不落實，還是很難出成績，這一點是我們所有英語老師的共識，也是最辛苦和讓人無奈的事。背誦我喜歡親力親為。雖然比較累，但學生在背的時候我可以及時幫他糾正發(fā)音錯誤，或者隨時抽出幾個重點短語句子讓他回顧，從而檢測學生有沒有真正理解著背。另外學生來背誦其實也是一次師生交流互動的機會。比如說有個學生前兩天在課堂上睡著了，而當時我又忘記把他叫過來面談了，趁著他來背書的機會剛好提醒我，背完后也就可以跟他面對面交流了。除了背誦，默寫也很重要。我?guī)缀趺刻於加心瑢憙?nèi)同，有時候是默寫單詞，有時候是默寫句子，甚至于默寫課文。有些學生光會背不會寫，這在作文中很吃虧的，所以默寫也很重要。默寫不過關(guān)一般都要求第二天來重默出，從而不影響下次的默寫。至于那些基礎很差，連單詞都不會讀的學生，我一般先教他們音標，這在高一可以嘗試。我記得我?guī)У牡谝粚�，高一一開始就是先教音標，每個人都要過關(guān)。因為如果音標會了，單詞就會讀，而且很多單詞是根據(jù)讀音拼出來的。高二高三就可以省下很多麻煩。

　　教無定法，但一切要以自己的學生為本，尊重學生的需求，興趣。量體裁衣，我們播下的種子才會收貨。以上是我在英語教學過程中的一些心得體會，相信每位老師都比我做得更好，而且在我的教學過程中還存在很多不足，希望在以后的日子里能在各位領(lǐng)導、老師、前輩的指導下，取得更大的進步！謝謝大家！
