一、注重點(diǎn)滴積累，從細(xì)節(jié)著眼提高學(xué)生成績(jī)。
我校學(xué)生是從三年級(jí)起點(diǎn)開始學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的，在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)之前，多數(shù)學(xué)生沒有接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ)，連26個(gè)字母都認(rèn)不全，加之父母對(duì)其英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)不夠重視，學(xué)生在課外學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的時(shí)間微乎其微。四年級(jí)的學(xué)生，英語(yǔ)的認(rèn)讀書寫能力還非常差。于是，我在日常的教學(xué)中，在保證對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行相對(duì)充分的聽說(shuō)訓(xùn)練的同時(shí)，非常注重學(xué)生認(rèn)讀書寫能力的訓(xùn)練。因?yàn)槲抑�，英語(yǔ)的認(rèn)讀書寫能力不但與學(xué)生的考試成績(jī)息息相關(guān)，還極大的影響著學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力，良好的認(rèn)讀書寫能力，可以為學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。課堂上，我積極創(chuàng)造條件讓學(xué)生認(rèn)讀單詞和句子，從發(fā)音規(guī)則入手，幫助學(xué)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)感知字母及字母組合的發(fā)音，天長(zhǎng)日久，很多學(xué)生可以根據(jù)單詞中所出現(xiàn)的字母及字母組合自己拼讀出新單詞，不要小瞧這看起來(lái)微不足道的成績(jī)，這樣的積累也可以幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)背單詞，減輕他們的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)。
提起背單詞，我要說(shuō)說(shuō)我的做法：從事英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作以來(lái)，我一直堅(jiān)持以考察的方式督促學(xué)生背單詞。剛開始我采用最傳統(tǒng)的做法——我說(shuō)漢語(yǔ)學(xué)生寫英語(yǔ)，我覺得這種考察方式效率最低，學(xué)生只是根據(jù)漢語(yǔ)意思死記硬背，有的甚至連單詞怎么讀都不知道。后來(lái)我又換了一種方式——我說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，學(xué)生寫出單詞還要寫出單詞的意思，我覺得這種聽寫方式較前一種還是有所進(jìn)步的，起碼在聽寫的同時(shí)加入了聽辨的訓(xùn)練。但是，這兩種方式都有比較明顯的缺點(diǎn)：?jiǎn)卧~是脫離語(yǔ)境的，好多孩子會(huì)背寫單詞卻不會(huì)用。課標(biāo)中多次強(qiáng)調(diào)我們要在語(yǔ)境中學(xué)習(xí)新知，這樣才能達(dá)到學(xué)以致用的目的。于是我就琢磨了一下，是不是能對(duì)我的日常課堂測(cè)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行一下改革？讓單詞測(cè)驗(yàn)?zāi)芨行У拇龠M(jìn)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平。功夫不負(fù)有心人，我想出了一個(gè)自認(rèn)為較好的辦法：我每節(jié)課只考學(xué)生五個(gè)單詞，但是，這五個(gè)單詞是在句子中呈現(xiàn)的，因?yàn)槲倚l件有限，我就在上課之前準(zhǔn)備一塊小黑板，在黑板上寫出包含要考單詞的句子，讓學(xué)生在聽寫本上根據(jù)句子寫出單詞。如果學(xué)生不了解單詞的用法及相關(guān)語(yǔ)境，是無(wú)法順利完成測(cè)試任務(wù)的，這種方法不但考察了學(xué)生的單詞拼寫情況，還考察出學(xué)生對(duì)于單詞用法的了解及是否能正確認(rèn)讀句子，可謂一舉多得。寫一塊小黑板，我可以用四個(gè)班，如果學(xué)校的教室里有多媒體設(shè)施，就更方便了，而且，每節(jié)課只抽查五個(gè)單詞，就可以基本了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況，還不會(huì)給老師帶來(lái)沉重的批改負(fù)擔(dān)，我個(gè)人認(rèn)為是個(gè)比較理想的測(cè)試方法。
測(cè)試是對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果的檢測(cè)，良好的學(xué)習(xí)效果需要合理的練習(xí)和充分的復(fù)習(xí)來(lái)保證。家庭作業(yè)作為學(xué)生課后復(fù)習(xí)的主要途徑，應(yīng)該被給予足夠的重視。我校學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)有限，很難在課后獨(dú)立完成相對(duì)復(fù)雜的創(chuàng)造性作業(yè)，加之學(xué)生抄寫及書寫的能力都很差，所以，最簡(jiǎn)單的抄寫作業(yè)對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)其實(shí)是非常必要的。剛開始的時(shí)候，我就是讓他們單純的抄寫新單詞，因?yàn)槲蚁Ｍ麄兛梢酝ㄟ^(guò)機(jī)械的抄寫熟悉并記住新單詞。后來(lái)，因?yàn)橐谡Z(yǔ)境中學(xué)習(xí)并考察單詞，我就稍稍改動(dòng)了一下作業(yè)中的抄寫任務(wù)：學(xué)生不但要抄寫新單詞一行，還要在課文中找出含有這個(gè)單詞的句子并抄寫在單詞的下面。這樣的改動(dòng)對(duì)我們的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)難度不大，他們完全可以在課后獨(dú)立完成，而且還能在無(wú)形中幫助他們了解了單詞的用法，鍛煉了句子的'認(rèn)讀書寫能力，為日常測(cè)驗(yàn)及各種考試奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
以上這些都是我在日常教學(xué)中所做的點(diǎn)滴小事，它們看似普通，但其實(shí)是日后取得所有成績(jī)的基石，我的學(xué)生進(jìn)步比較慢。所以永不放棄的堅(jiān)持是做好小事的唯一法寶，回頭看去，這其中有太多的艱辛和汗水，但是看看孩子們?nèi)〉玫倪M(jìn)步和成績(jī)，我覺得這些努力都是值得的。
二、充分利用有效復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間，向課堂教學(xué)要質(zhì)量。
俗話說(shuō)：臨陣磨槍，不快也光。說(shuō)明合理有效的期末復(fù)習(xí)，對(duì)于學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的提高也是非常重要的。學(xué)生在日常的學(xué)習(xí)中汲取了很多的知識(shí)，但這些知識(shí)在頭腦中是零散的，期末復(fù)習(xí)可以通過(guò)歸類總結(jié)等方式讓這些零散的知識(shí)系統(tǒng)化，更有利于學(xué)生掌握和運(yùn)用這些知識(shí)。我們平時(shí)的課時(shí)就比較少，我真的覺得一周四節(jié)英語(yǔ)課實(shí)在是不夠用，所以期末的復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)間也不是十分充分。這也就要求我用最短的時(shí)間做最多的事情，最大限度的提高我的工作效率。
感謝學(xué)校的支持，讓我可以像數(shù)學(xué)語(yǔ)文老師一樣給學(xué)生印復(fù)習(xí)卷。我從公共郵箱下載了各校老師出的單元復(fù)習(xí)題，作為每一單元的復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固，在單元學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后讓學(xué)生完成。有些孩子的完成情況其實(shí)并不好，但我看重的不是一時(shí)的成績(jī)，我更看重完成試卷過(guò)程中的收獲：首先，是讓學(xué)生熟悉英語(yǔ)試卷。我的學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中接觸英語(yǔ)試卷的機(jī)會(huì)非常的少，所以每次期末考試都會(huì)有學(xué)生因?yàn)椴粫?huì)審題不會(huì)答卷而丟分，作為小學(xué)生，我覺得在沒有得到充分訓(xùn)練的前提下出現(xiàn)這樣的錯(cuò)誤時(shí)可以理解的，所以，我抓住這個(gè)寶貴的機(jī)會(huì)鍛煉學(xué)生，讓他們?cè)谌蘸蟮目荚囍幸姷接⒄Z(yǔ)試題不會(huì)感到不知所措。其次，我可以在單元的綜合測(cè)試中了解學(xué)生對(duì)于知識(shí)點(diǎn)的掌握情況，存在問(wèn)題的加強(qiáng)鞏固，并在日后的教學(xué)中盡量避免出現(xiàn)類似的問(wèn)題。
因?yàn)樵谄綍r(shí)教學(xué)中做了相對(duì)充分的準(zhǔn)備，所以在期末復(fù)習(xí)階段，我可以不用那么手忙腳亂，事實(shí)證明，有條不紊的復(fù)習(xí)，更能收到理想的效果。因?yàn)楫厴I(yè)考試要考察1——8冊(cè)的單詞，所以，我把前八冊(cè)單詞進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的歸納。按照顏色、形狀、服裝等進(jìn)行了分類，并在每節(jié)復(fù)習(xí)課之前帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)一個(gè)種類的單詞。因?yàn)槲业膶W(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力較差，我沒有要求他們把所有的單詞都背下來(lái)，而是挑重點(diǎn)的讓他們根據(jù)讀音規(guī)則去記單詞中的字母組合，基本上孩子只要會(huì)讀就能寫出來(lái)，與其貪功求大倒不如把目光放低放實(shí)，這種有針對(duì)性的練習(xí)效果真的很好，大部分學(xué)生的成績(jī)有了顯著提高。
