尊敬的各位家長(zhǎng),下午好：
首先，歡迎各位家長(zhǎng)的到來。隨著時(shí)間的流逝，孩子們?cè)跐u漸地長(zhǎng)大，一轉(zhuǎn)眼，一學(xué)期又要結(jié)束了。小學(xué)六年級(jí)，是學(xué)生在小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)生活中最后一個(gè)階段，是學(xué)生終生學(xué)習(xí)的一個(gè)中轉(zhuǎn)站，也是小學(xué)與初中的接軌點(diǎn)，即將面臨到一個(gè)新的環(huán)境中受到一個(gè)新的挑戰(zhàn)、新的評(píng)價(jià)。俗話說，好的開端是成功的一半。今天我們聚在一起：“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切！” 下面我想利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，把我班學(xué)生的英語成績(jī)和對(duì)學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)情況的了解來與各位家長(zhǎng)分享和探討。
學(xué)期已經(jīng)快要結(jié)束，最近我們組織了多次的復(fù)習(xí)考試，對(duì)學(xué)生一學(xué)期來的學(xué)習(xí)作了簡(jiǎn)單的檢測(cè)，也通過這些測(cè)試，了解學(xué)生的在學(xué)習(xí)方面的不足，以便在接下來的一個(gè)月的`期終復(fù)習(xí)有所側(cè)重。幾份調(diào)研試卷，有深有淺，學(xué)生的情況大致如下：總分100分，班級(jí)最高分100分，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生有李雨婷，付鐘，彭一凡，顧潔，劉響，林玉，孟遙，楊靜，王威，卞翔，姚文俊，曹嘉其，韋磊等同學(xué)，不及格的也有幾位同學(xué)，但是都在50分左右，相較之前都有所進(jìn)步。大部分同學(xué)的成績(jī)都較好，尤其是像陸金劍，顧思，杜成杰，朱佳文，徐崢然，張啟月，潘俊辰，張麗娟，戴星星，張顯佳等同學(xué)，進(jìn)步尤為顯著。結(jié)合平時(shí)的表現(xiàn)及最近檢測(cè)情況，我把我們班學(xué)生大致分成三類：一類同學(xué)，學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣相當(dāng)好，學(xué)習(xí)積極主動(dòng)，上課專心聽講，作業(yè)專注、書寫認(rèn)真，所以作業(yè)完成的速度快，正確率高，回答問題思路清晰。第二類學(xué)生是自覺性相對(duì)差一點(diǎn)，作業(yè)能及時(shí)完成，上課偶爾注意力不集中，經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)這樣或那樣的小毛病。第三類學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差，作業(yè)能主動(dòng)完成，但是書寫潦潦草草，錯(cuò)題一大堆。講評(píng)過的題，既不更正，也不做相應(yīng)的筆記.
針對(duì)學(xué)生的情況，在后面的復(fù)習(xí)期間，我會(huì)努力積極調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，讓他們能主動(dòng)參與到復(fù)習(xí)中，開展各樣的活動(dòng)，相互比賽，得到促進(jìn)和提高。有針對(duì)性地對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行考前輔導(dǎo)。對(duì)部分學(xué)生課后幫助，像劉成宇，姚奇東，吳昊，王登樓等同學(xué)。能讓所有的同學(xué)在最后的考試中，都能交給諸位家長(zhǎng)一份滿意的答卷。

this is a glass of water, tasteless, right? however if you add sugar, it will taste sweet, but if you add vinegar, it will become bitter. the same is true with our life that the flavor is created by our choices. if kindness is added to a strange you will have a friend; but if hostility is added, you will have an enemy. if love is added to a pile of red bricks you will have a home, but if hatred is add to those bricks , you will have an concentration camp. so my dear friends, never complain that life is boring and the world is disappointing. if don’t like the taste of your life, change the ingredients. three year ago, i weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. like always failing my p.e examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. it was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. she said “ my dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. so i began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. by choosing to change my outlook on life, i developed the confidence to make a difference and finally i found a totally new world. so my dear friend, if faith, hope, love, endurance are added to your life, you will find the confidence to conquer your limitation and embrace new challenges. and hopefully with my speech included, you will have a fantastic speech contest.

recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. the college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. but will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? will we be able to better the lives of others? will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country? the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money. the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer. as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe in all my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. i believe in our future.

三年級(jí)著重學(xué)生基本語音的模仿，四年級(jí)則注重英文的規(guī)范書寫，（五六年級(jí)才是孩子真正開始接觸語法。）那么四年級(jí)是很關(guān)鍵的一年，因?yàn)樗哪昙?jí)起到了承上啟下的作用，我們要在三年級(jí)良好的基礎(chǔ)上讓孩子繼續(xù)保持英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，為將來升入高年級(jí)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
英語學(xué)習(xí)要求：
1、關(guān)于單詞和句子的背誦和默寫。
每課的單詞（單詞表中打的單詞）要求學(xué)生能聽寫，要求學(xué)生回家背誦并讓家長(zhǎng)給其聽寫。當(dāng)天教，當(dāng)晚背，效果要比過幾天補(bǔ)好得多。單詞，要求家長(zhǎng)報(bào)中文，學(xué)生寫英文。課文，要求學(xué)生自己熟讀給家長(zhǎng)聽然后簽名的。
2、多聽錄音，每天至少20分鐘。
聽課本磁帶，任何年級(jí)的都可以聽，既培養(yǎng)語感也能加快對(duì)新學(xué)單詞和句子記憶。也可以從網(wǎng)上下載課本錄音，英語小故事和英文歌曲等錄音。
3、多閱讀，每天至少30分鐘。
讀背課文，適當(dāng)拓展課外閱讀，如英語小故事等。
誤區(qū)：不一定要早上讀，晚上睡覺前也可以讀。讀過以后睡覺記得更牢。
4、關(guān)于作業(yè)
只要有英語課，必有英語作業(yè)。請(qǐng)對(duì)照校訊通或家校聯(lián)系本查看。我們有聽寫本和抄寫本（2套）以及基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練和典中點(diǎn)。英語家庭作業(yè)一般分為筆頭和口頭，其中回家聽寫和抄寫單詞和讀課文請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)配合檢查簽字。抄寫要求一律用四線格作業(yè)本和鉛筆。
5、注意的'地方
多關(guān)注孩子，詢問孩子在學(xué)校一天的學(xué)習(xí)是否愉快，學(xué)到了什么，可讓孩子把當(dāng)天學(xué)到的英語說給家長(zhǎng)聽，及時(shí)給予鼓勵(lì)和建議。
6、一點(diǎn)建議：
四年級(jí)主要學(xué)習(xí)字母的寫法，建議鼓勵(lì)孩子用四線格每天練習(xí)已學(xué)字母的寫法，只要堅(jiān)持練習(xí)，相信您的孩子會(huì)寫一手漂亮的英語。
