　　老師們，同學(xué)們：

　　你們好！這次，我要競選的職位是英語科代表，你們一定認(rèn)為我不能當(dāng)選，但是我有信心能當(dāng)上英語科代表。

　　我雖然長得虎頭虎腦，但是，我這個虎腦可用的很及時喲！

　　我每次上英語課的時候聽課都聽得很入迷，不管是多么枯燥，我都是那么入迷。

　　我覺得自己當(dāng)選的優(yōu)勢是我上課的時候很認(rèn)真，考試的時候很愛用腦，我記得四年級下學(xué)期期末考試考了100分，我們班是學(xué)兩種教材，所以我們考了兩次試，我兩次都是100分，全班只有兩個，英語科代表不是我當(dāng)選還能是誰呢？

　　如果我當(dāng)選了英語科代表的話，我會更加嚴(yán)格要求自己，比如：

　　1、我每天學(xué)習(xí)完之后，都要抽出半個小時看英語課外書。

　　2、看到不會的單詞我馬上查詞典并寫上意思。

　　3 、同學(xué)們有不會的'地方我會義不容辭地教他們。

　　但是，我當(dāng)選以后，我對同學(xué)們的要求是：

　　每天上英語課的時候要認(rèn)真。作業(yè)一定按時交齊，誰沒交我就讓他抄課文一遍并補上作業(yè)。

　　Every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. My friends will listen to me when I want to speak, will wipe my eyes when I cry, will take care of me when I am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.

　　As students, we could share more time with our friends. The friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. I often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. Especially when I had Justin as one of my best friends. Justin was my English teacher from the USA. I met him in 1996 when I was a student who could only speak very little English. Justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. He taught us English by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve. It was so interesting and unforgettable. Justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study English well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. Justin is the best friend I have ever had, and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

　　Friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. It is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. It is also like a cup of tea. When we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.

　　However, in this fast-developing modern society, the reality is not that. More and more people forget to enjoy the beauty of life and -the beauty of friendship. They work hard in order to gain a higher position, in the society and to earn more money for their work. Of course, we don't deny that it is important to find a bet-ter place in our lives, but we wish more and more people could pay a little more attention to themselves and their friends. All of us have to spare some time for personal lives. We have to find the chance to express our emotion and love. When staying with our friends, we can release ourselves completely. We can do whatever we want, we can laugh together, talk together, and even cry together. I should say that being together with our best friends is the most wonderful moment of our lives.

　　As we know, we would feel lonely if we didn't even have a friend. But it doesn't mean we could depend on our friends all the time. There is a famous motto saying that “A friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” It is really true. We have to work hard together with our friends, encourage each other and help each other. When we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.

　　Finally, let's pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. Let's pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts.

That was the first impression she left on us when she first gave us an English lesson.

　　In her class, she taught us carefully and patiently. she has a strange way of making her class lively and interesting. She always made opportunities for us to speak English. She gave us many beautiful pictures to talk on them, played games with us and told us many interesting stories. She made us learn from games. We learned English with great fun. After class she helped the students who had trouble in learning English.

　　Little by little, I had interest in English, but English was a new subject to me, I had many difficulties in learning it well. I often felt very confused. Even though I wanted to give up learning English. It was Ms. Li who helped me to find ways to overcome my difficulties. She helped me to practice speaking English everyday. 　　First of all, the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information, entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students, it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired, a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time, we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.

　　But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.

　　I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考試不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.

　　The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.

　　So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.

　　In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.

　　At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years. 　　掌握了單詞后，我們就應(yīng)該認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)語法，畢竟西方的說話習(xí)慣，與我們不同，而且表達的意思也有出入，我們不但要掌握各種句型，更要明白如何運用，現(xiàn)在有很多有關(guān)語法的書籍可以供我們參考，老師上課所講的語法比較少，我們也可以利用時間多學(xué)一些語法，學(xué)習(xí)語法不但可以讓我們掌握英語說話習(xí)慣，也能夠讓我們復(fù)習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)的單詞。對我們的幫助很大。練習(xí)語法的最好辦法，就是多做題，通過不同的題型練習(xí)自己的語法熟練度，而且各種語法我們必須要背誦掌握下來，當(dāng)我們記住的語法多了，習(xí)慣成自然，就不會覺得這些語法難以接受。

　　在英語考試中聽力是鍛煉我們英語溝通能力，如果我們學(xué)習(xí)了英語，卻不會用英語溝通，而且別人說的英語自己也聽不懂，那不是等于沒學(xué)嗎。我們之所以學(xué)習(xí)英語最主要的目的就是為了更好溝通，所以想要練習(xí)自己的聽力，我們不但要多聽英語磁帶，更要多說，要糾正自己的發(fā)音，勤學(xué)苦練中能夠?qū)W到更多。每天不能忘記自己的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，堅持學(xué)習(xí)�？梢岳迷缱粤�(xí)時間好好練習(xí)。
