  There, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I found the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world. Every day, I read English after the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.

  On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with others there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.

  Ihope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit White House. Of course, I want to go to London too .   我們學生學習英語的機會應(yīng)該說非常有限的和非常之少的,一方面孩子們有許多功課要學,另一方面許多學生英語課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點談?wù)剬W習英語要注意的方面。

  1.英語課堂學習應(yīng)該注重課堂學習效果,45分鐘非常寶貴且有限,我們力爭要在這短短的時間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語知識。英語當天學習的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該當天消化,如果不能及時消化就會積食,造成聽課越聽越不懂,形成惡性循環(huán)!英語學習重在平時,每天做好預(yù)習與復(fù)習工作。想要靠臨時突擊,臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

  我確信:英語要學好和智商無關(guān),學不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。所以,在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。學好英語,不外乎就是在聽,說,讀,寫這些方面下功夫。

  2.作業(yè)一定要按時獨立完成,不要成為學習上的“寄生蟲”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學生知識掌握情況的一個有效途徑,要求同學們能如實客觀地對待作業(yè)。知之為知之,不知為不知,寧愿獨立完成的空幾題的作業(yè),也比完全不經(jīng)過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學自覺性差,平時空空兩手回家,早上早早趕來抄,每天我都布置了一定的英語作業(yè),因此請各位家長能關(guān)注一下你的子女有沒有將作業(yè)帶回家來做,并督促子女認真復(fù)習。

  3.學習習慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學英語學習好,并不是他(她)比別人聰明,而是學習習慣比較好。良好的學習習慣可以大大提高你的學習效果,我們班的劉里杰,姜艷芳,李輝龍,李柯歐等同學,她們學習態(tài)度端正,上課認真,書寫工整,正因為如此,無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績,這與她平時良好的學習習慣是分不開的!而有些同學你看似認真,卻是身在心不在,學習重在表象,完全不扎實,綜合素質(zhì)卻沒有真正提高。課外也不下功夫,一堂課幾個單詞,一兩個重點句型下節(jié)課過來提問一問三不知,又何談?wù)n外擴展與素質(zhì)提升?這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍,說到底,還是好的習慣沒有養(yǎng)成,不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個同學,他們的潛力很大,但因為還不夠認真刻苦,所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平,希望家長能夠配合老師,把孩子的成績抓上去。我堅信:如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時完成老師布置的任務(wù),那么一定能學好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹?shù)膶W習作風,成績馬上就會見效。

  1).勤于思考、敢于攻關(guān)的習慣。

  2)、養(yǎng)成不懂就問的好習慣。

  3)、養(yǎng)成復(fù)習舊課和預(yù)習新課的習慣。

  4)、養(yǎng)成做完作業(yè)細心檢查的習慣。

  4.英語學習貴在堅持!就好像跑步運動,英語學習之初大家都從同一個起跑線出發(fā),但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大,一些同學慢慢對英語失去新鮮感續(xù)而厭煩最后掉隊。希望我們家長對子女多一份關(guān)愛,督促子女奮發(fā)圖強,初一大有提高的余地!英語偏科是歷史原因造成的,但并不是不可根治的,想要證明自己真正有實力那就從偏科的英語入手,重點突破!

  5.樹立正確的英語學習觀與知識觀!許多學生和家長認為英語學習了沒有多大用處,我又不會出國,學兩句皮毛可以炫耀就好了,何必學精通?且不說英語作為一種工具,它對于我們升學、工作、求職有重大意義,同時我認為學習英語的過程也是一個吸收別人長處,觀念更新的過程!知識是無價的,知識可以改變命運。

  大家下午好!

  你們的孩子來到這里已經(jīng)半學期了。今天,我們在這里相聚,目標只有一個,那就是為了孩子們能更好地成長和學習上能取得更大的進步。我先作個自我介紹:我叫黃燕燕,是本班的英語教師。

  我的發(fā)言分四個部分:匯報班級情況,交流三個問題,幾點溫馨提示。

  一、首先,跟大家匯報一下班級學生現(xiàn)狀

  1.班級學生現(xiàn)狀

  我們班總共 名學生,上周我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個匯報。平均分 分,優(yōu)生 人,優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比,進步較大的學生有 。通過高中半期的學習,大多數(shù)學生都具有良好的英語學習習慣。學習積極性較高,能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業(yè),深知英語學科在整個高中課程的重要性。

  2.存在問題:

  1)早讀課容易瞌睡,每天晚上加夜班的同學比較多,導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。

  2)部分學生的學習方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學階段,從不自覺主動地去學習(從他們對作業(yè)的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來)

  3)部分學生抄襲作業(yè),少數(shù)學生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)

  3、分析期中考試成績

  4、正確看待、冷靜分析這次考試成績

  二、其次,想跟大家交流四個問題

  1.首先和大家交流一個問題:孩子上了高中以后,總有一部分家長很納悶:我家的孩子在小學能考到八九十分,初中也能考到七八十分,為什么到了高中,成績不令人滿意,甚至有些失望呢?

  這個問題的答案首先與各個學習階段的特點有關(guān):小學階段以賞識教育為主,要在很小的時候培養(yǎng)學生的自信心,試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān),因此考試分數(shù)自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育為主,考試會照顧到大部分學生,因此分數(shù)也較高。但是,高中教育,特別是在以高考為最終目標的大背景下,就是以選拔為目的'了,所以,考試難度與深度會有很大的提升,得分率自然就會下降,孩子們的考試分數(shù)自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學的分數(shù)來衡量孩子們高中的學習,是不科學的。

  其次,與學生自身的學習方式和學習習慣有關(guān):高中階段學習科目多而且難,要求學生必須學會自主學習(自覺主動地去學習),即變“要我學”為“我要學”,再也不能像初中甚至小學那樣靠老師和家長盯著學,那樣成績自然會下降。

  2.第二個問題,為什么同一個班級的孩子三年后成績差別那么大?成績進步大的一定是那些學習習慣和個性好的孩子。孩子為什么會這樣,其實因素很多,這不僅僅與學習基礎(chǔ)有關(guān),最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學習方式及學習習慣密切相關(guān)。學生的學習方式及習慣是極其重要的,直接影響和決定學生的成績。不要到高三時才感慨,現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學,而是在高一、高二時沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,沒能改變自己的學習方式以適應(yīng)高中的學習,現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此,現(xiàn)在必須努力學習。

  在此,我希望家長們要時時關(guān)注孩子的學習習慣和個性,也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決于情商,其次才是智商,兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學科舉足輕重,就必須愛英語,以十足的干勁學好英語。

  3.第二個問題,請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次,當孩子名次退步時,原因是多方面的,首先幫助他樹立信心,然后一起幫助分析原因,而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子!巴映升垼渗P”是我們共同的心愿,但在高一更應(yīng)注重孩子學習習慣的培養(yǎng)、學習方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,讓孩子快樂的成長進步,嚴格遵循教育教學規(guī)律。

  4.有些孩子還沒有適應(yīng)高中的學習,還不知道高中階段怎么學,希望家長們高度關(guān)注。高中學習科目多而難,時間緊,主要靠學生自主和自覺地學習,老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促,而不像初中那樣盯著你學習。說明學生在學習目的、學習興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。

  訂正的習慣,督促學生建立錯題集,當堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,當堂訂正,不拖拉,不滯留,將問題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處,從而保證知識點的連接,為建立學科知識體系做保障。這些習慣,會讓學生真正的樂學、好學,在成功中追求快樂,在快樂中追求成功!

  三、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。

  1、溫馨提示1

  (1)幫助孩子確定適當目標

  和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達到的目標——家長適度的期望值。

  孩子是家長的希望,教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有,而且要恰到好處。

  期望值過高:孩子拼命按家長的意愿生活、學習,也許父母感到滿足,但孩子生活得較為壓抑,甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達不到家長的要求,雙方均失望,可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;

  期望值過低或沒有:家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有,孩子會缺少外在精神支持,認為不重視、無所謂。

  適度的期望值:在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當拔高,不操之過急,不高不攀,否則可能大家都失望。

  (2)幫助孩子增強自信心

  (3)關(guān)注孩子成績的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對名次

  (4)溝通---多傾聽孩子的訴說

  (5)多和老師尤其是班主任聯(lián)系,及時了解情況,積極配合班主任和老師做好孩子的思想工作

  只有有效的家校聯(lián)動(溝通與合作),才能教育好學生。

  (6)注重學生學習習慣和學習能力的培養(yǎng),使學生養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣

  2、溫馨提醒2

  給家長的幾點建議:

  每天付出多一些……

  多一些問候(在孩子累了的時候)

  多一些幫助(在孩子需要的時候)

  多一些關(guān)心(在孩子軟弱的時候)

  多一些鼓勵(在孩子泄氣的時候)

  ——家是孩子心中最溫暖的地方。

  5)教育子女相信自己、相信學校、相信老師。

  1)高一是基礎(chǔ),希望這次考試成績不理想的學生家長要高度關(guān)注,盡快想法提高學生的成績,到了高二、高三要想提高就很難了,因為一方面學習任務(wù)越來越重,另一方面學生的自信心和興趣應(yīng)盡早樹立(他們中有一部分人的自信心在初中已經(jīng)受到打擊)

  2)我的聯(lián)系方式:

  我們所有的努力只有一個目的:讓您的孩子在這里成人成才。我們欣喜地看到,在全體師生的共同努力下,學生在進步。我們所做的一切都是為了學生的一切,當然這離不開您的支持和理解,我們有理由相信,在家校良好的溝通合作下,學生會有更大的進步!
