Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.
In Australia, the sky is bluer than blue, the clouds are whiter than white, all the local people enjoy an optimistic and active life. They also show their kindness and enthusiasm to the tourists.
The first step should be Sydney Opera which is among the most brilliant and splendid architectures in the world. Many world-class plays are put on in it .The surface and shape of it is like a seashell with glory decorations inside.
Then Melbourne is a good choice to be as the next step. In Melbourne, skin screen is a must to take with as the sunshine is upset and may burn your skin. The most attractive thing to me is the Australia Open, which is one of the biggest world-class tennis competition. Many great players such as Roddick Federer and its local player Hewitt etc. gather to compete. It’s really a feast for the eyes.
Australia is also home to one of the most challenging and exciting surfing and diving projects. As we know, it is always called “a country riding on the back of sheep”. From the interesting saying ,we can know something about the rich wool-production country. If you love animals, kangaroos and kaolas are good company to you .
So don’t forget Australia when you plan a trip.

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.
I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.
I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.
I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

On the other hand, websites are quite new and popular, especially among young people. Websites have not only texts with pictures but also audios and videos, which makes stories more interesting. What’s more, they are updated from time to time. So the latest news is always seen on websites instead of in newspapers. 下午好！
首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師對我的信任和支持，給我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)參加競聘演講。
20xx年我畢業(yè)于北華大學(xué)外語學(xué)院師范英語專業(yè)，四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)讓我掌握了扎實(shí)的語言功底。作為年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅(jiān)持利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。通過一年的教學(xué)工作，我的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競聘的是高二年級理科英語教師，之所以競聘這個(gè)崗位，基于以下三點(diǎn)原因：
一了解并熱愛我的學(xué)生這一屆高一學(xué)生從入學(xué)開始就擔(dān)任一二班的英語教學(xué)工作。在一年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，我揣摩著，嘗試著，與他們真誠溝通交流著，已經(jīng)非常熟悉每個(gè)學(xué)生的性格特點(diǎn)和學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀，這為教學(xué)工作的進(jìn)一步開展，奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
二我有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識我深知英語學(xué)科在學(xué)校基本學(xué)科教學(xué)中的地位和作用，明確英語教師的職責(zé)和任務(wù)，也明白英語教師所應(yīng)必備的素質(zhì)和要求，所以，自工作以來，我始終不忘學(xué)習(xí)，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，不斷豐富提高自己。
三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢我正當(dāng)青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業(yè)精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學(xué)工作中去。這一點(diǎn)也深受學(xué)生喜愛。
為了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)了《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，深入了解它的基本理念。其中強(qiáng)調(diào)教學(xué)要面向全體學(xué)生，注重素質(zhì)教育，特別強(qiáng)調(diào)要關(guān)注每個(gè)學(xué)生的情感，激發(fā)他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習(xí)的成就感和自信心。所以在教學(xué)中，我始終以學(xué)生為中心，發(fā)揮他們的主體作用，采用以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)思路，充分考慮學(xué)生的現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)，興趣愛好，學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格等差異。讓學(xué)生體驗(yàn)和積極參與，建構(gòu)知識，形成積極的態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力的提高。
假如我能夠通過競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)工作，提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
一更加科學(xué)規(guī)范的做好日常教學(xué)工作，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，在順應(yīng)課改潮流的前提下，認(rèn)真落實(shí)各項(xiàng)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作，確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)中有升。
二加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。進(jìn)一步樹立自己強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感，加強(qiáng)自己的工作能力，努力調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量，力爭在教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)實(shí)力，在工組中保持動(dòng)力，在創(chuàng)新中增加壓力，在與學(xué)生同事的交往中體現(xiàn)凝聚力。
三針對我校學(xué)生實(shí)際，分析學(xué)情，尤其對英語學(xué)困生分析了成因：
1對英語不感興趣2錯(cuò)誤歸因：一些學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)過程中遇到困難或失敗時(shí)，錯(cuò)誤地把原因歸結(jié)于自己的能力，認(rèn)為自己不是學(xué)習(xí)英語的材料，因此放棄嘗試和應(yīng)有的努力，聽之任之。3元認(rèn)知欠缺：有的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)無目標(biāo)，隨意性大；課上被動(dòng)地聽課，等待老師布置作業(yè)；遇到問題時(shí)，不懂采用任何補(bǔ)救措施，這些都是元認(rèn)知的表現(xiàn)，也是造成學(xué)業(yè)不良的重要原因。
轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)困生的具體措施：
1.培養(yǎng)興趣，正面激勵(lì)
困擾英語學(xué)困生的最根本原因是興趣和信心的問題。所以，我們在轉(zhuǎn)化英語學(xué)困生的時(shí)侯，關(guān)鍵要找到他的興趣點(diǎn)，激發(fā)他的興趣，使他具有學(xué)習(xí)英語的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。
2.確立目標(biāo)，激發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)
指導(dǎo)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)和認(rèn)知水平確立學(xué)期目標(biāo)。這個(gè)目標(biāo)不能定的'太高，必須是經(jīng)過努力可以達(dá)到的，并使他們認(rèn)識到這個(gè)目標(biāo)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn)需要以完成每天的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)。這些短期目標(biāo)是學(xué)困生日常學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力，可以防止他們?nèi)齑螋~兩天曬網(wǎng)。
3.指導(dǎo)策略，樹立信心
有計(jì)劃按步驟的指導(dǎo)他們學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用合適的學(xué)習(xí)策略，提高英語學(xué)習(xí)效率。
記單詞是學(xué)困生的最大困難，訓(xùn)練他們的單詞記憶策略。如
（1）拼讀策略。多數(shù)學(xué)困生習(xí)慣用機(jī)械重復(fù)的方法記單詞，這種方法費(fèi)時(shí)低效。英語單詞有90％是符合讀音規(guī)則的，根據(jù)讀音去記單詞，可以提高效率。
（2）分類組織策略。根據(jù)單詞的音形方面的特征進(jìn)行歸類記憶。如同音異義詞。
�。�3）詞綴策略。滲透英語單詞常見的前綴后綴。
希望通過以上措施能夠轉(zhuǎn)化學(xué)困生，提高他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績。
除此之外，我競聘的是班主任。我深知，班主任是班集體的靈魂所在�！�
