　　Good afternoon，ladies and gentlemen!

　　I m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream about life.

　　Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners,we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.With the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

　　But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .

　　Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way.

　　If I can t realize my dream,it result from that I haven t work harder enough and I won t find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven t blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.

　　My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains. At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder.

　　In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

　　Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let s move out!

　　You will no longer fear making new sounds, showing new facial expressions, using your body in new ways, approaching new people, and asking new questions.

　　You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

　　You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. You will never succumb to challenges of hardships.

　　You will never waver in your pursuit of excellence. After all, you are the best, and you deserve the best!

　　As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part. You must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. I know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! 　　I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

　　I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

　　I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

　　大家好！

　　兩年前，我從xx英語教育院校畢業(yè)，躊躇滿志地從大學校門里走出來，滿懷信心地踏進了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級二班的英語教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講臺時，面對一個個鮮活可愛的面孔，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成為深受學生歡迎的好老師。

　　有人說兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書并非易事，但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人說，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料著花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長。實際上，兒童比花木要復雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也復雜的多，盡管他們擁有著共同或共通的規(guī)律。法國文學家雨果在他的詩里曾經(jīng)寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實是甜美的，讓我們都來做葉吧，因為葉，是平凡而謙遜的。”我覺得這首詩就是為教師寫的，因為教師就像那默默奉獻的綠葉，時時刻刻襯托著鮮花的嬌艷。今天，在慶祝教師節(jié)的日子里，我榮幸地站上這方講臺，誦讀這樣意味深長的詩句，即將開始我至真至誠的講述，我心中無比激動，也感到萬分的驕傲自豪。

　　時光匆匆，轉眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時間有些短暫。但細數(shù)往昔歲月的點點滴滴，我還是要長嘆：生活原來給了我們那么多感動。為了這真情付出后得到的感動，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺站上去容易，要站好可真難�。�

　　每個人都希望自己的`人生風和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時內心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因為你的心中有愛！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會用伯樂的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點，才會對自己的教育對象充滿了信心和愛心，才會有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。

　　今天，我是一名小學英語教師，愛我的學生，我會像母親一樣無私和不求索�。粣畚业膶W生，我會像手足一樣把心和他們貼得更近；愛我的學生，我會像朋友一樣與他們風雨同舟；愛我的學生，我會不溺愛不袒護，在他們跌倒時，鼓勵他們勇敢的站起來！我相信“人民教師”這光榮而神圣的稱謂，它總能讓我擁有無窮的力量。
