everyone has his ownunderstanding of young，it is a period of time of beautyand wonders，only after you have experienced the sour，sweet，bitter and saltycan you really become a person of significance.thre time of young is limitted，itmay pass by without your attention，and when you discover what has happened，itis always too late.grasping the young well means a better time is waiting foryou in the near future，or the situation may be opposite .
having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing，they allmade full use of their youth time，to do things that are useful to society，tothe whole mankind，and as a cosquence，they are remembered by latergenerations，admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young，althoughyou may not get achievements as these greatmen di ，though not for the wholeword，just for youeself，for those around!
the young is just like blooming flowers，they are so beautiful whenblooming，they make people feel happy，but with time passing by，after they withers，moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young，we areenthusiastic when we are young，then we may lose our passion when getting olderand older.so we must treasure it，don't let the limitted time pass by，leavingnothing of significance.

the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, whichwould cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the collegestudents i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we helpeach other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take parttime jobs to supplement our pocket money.
the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect theneed for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeplyfor each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. lastweek, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order tomake a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point inour lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each willprofoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. i believe inall my fellow classmates. though we are still inexperienced and even a littlebit childish. i believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challengeand take on our responsibilities. we are preparing to assume newresponsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to makeour world a better place. i believein our future.

時(shí)光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來(lái)這段時(shí)間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，我還是要長(zhǎng)嘆：生活原來(lái)給了我們那么多感動(dòng)。為了這真情付出后得到的感動(dòng)，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時(shí)，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時(shí)間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對(duì)一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識(shí)到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺(tái)站上去容易，要站好可真難啊！
每個(gè)人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時(shí)內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對(duì)純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因?yàn)槟愕男闹杏袗�！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會(huì)用伯樂的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點(diǎn)，才會(huì)對(duì)自己的教育對(duì)象充滿了信心和愛心，才會(huì)有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。
