誤區(qū)一:介紹自己,事無巨細(xì)
“Now,tell us something about yourself.”這是面試的時候大家普遍會被問到的一個常規(guī)問題,看似簡單卻不好回答。沒有人真正對你在什么地方出生感興趣,他們真正感興趣的是你的專業(yè)背景和你的工作經(jīng)歷?脊倨鋵嵤窃趩柲“Why should I hire you?”應(yīng)聘職位你可以說:”Majoring in English and being passionate about education, I choose teaching as my career. 誤區(qū)二:問及缺點,閃爍其詞
“What is your greatest weakness?”
當(dāng)被問及你的缺點是什么的時候,如何應(yīng)對?這也算是一個棘手的“常規(guī)問題”。“金無足赤,人無完人”,每個人都有自己的缺點,有很多缺點是我們自己很清楚的,也有一些是我們自己都不自知的。

誤區(qū)三:談到薪水,缺乏策略
在面試中,薪水也是必須談的問題,當(dāng)面試官問道“Let’s talk about salary. What are you looking for?”,該如何回答呢?很多 求職 者要么回答得太快,太直接,要么就是不敢作答,生怕自己的要價嚇跑了雇主。一句“well, that’s something I’ve thought long and hard about and I think someone with my experience should get between X & Y。”就夠了。或者說“I am looking for my first job, so what I’m more interested is what the position can offer my career。”這顯示了新人應(yīng)有的態(tài)度。
