  一、說(shuō)教材

  本課是高二選修七第五單元的閱讀課型,本單元圍繞“國(guó)外旅游”這一主題開(kāi)展聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)多種教學(xué)活動(dòng)。在閱讀文這部分,主要談到了出國(guó)留學(xué)的問(wèn)題。討論部分:出國(guó)留學(xué)會(huì)獲得什么收益,又會(huì)遇到什么困難,也是學(xué)生較為感興趣并且很想了解的東西,而文章正式給我們解釋了這一問(wèn)題,而且閱讀的'難易程度適中,學(xué)生有一定的學(xué)習(xí)熱情。

  二、說(shuō)學(xué)生

  教學(xué)對(duì)象為高中二年級(jí)學(xué)生,他們已經(jīng)完成了高二2個(gè)多個(gè)模塊的學(xué)習(xí),部分學(xué)生漸漸適應(yīng)了本套教材的學(xué)習(xí),也習(xí)慣了我的教法。且智力發(fā)展趨于成熟,基本能用英語(yǔ)獲取信息、處理信息、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題。具備良好的團(tuán)體協(xié)作能力,并能進(jìn)行有效、成功的交流合作討論。但由于課外語(yǔ)言活動(dòng)環(huán)境不夠豐富,對(duì)閱讀的重視也不夠,學(xué)習(xí)中還存在一定的問(wèn)題。

  三、說(shuō)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)

  本課設(shè)計(jì)以“Travelling Abroad”為課堂教學(xué)材料,以學(xué)生現(xiàn)實(shí)生活為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿點(diǎn),旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生閱讀能力及其發(fā)展學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力。結(jié)合課本內(nèi)容和學(xué)生實(shí)際,閱讀教學(xué)采用整體教學(xué)模式,主要以任務(wù)推動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),以任務(wù)貫穿學(xué)習(xí),充分利用課文提供的語(yǔ)言材料,結(jié)合高考題型,幫助學(xué)生理解課文大意和篇章結(jié)構(gòu),有意識(shí)地讓學(xué)生在一系列的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中熟悉高考題型,掌握應(yīng)試技巧。討論部分為學(xué)生營(yíng)造民主開(kāi)放的課堂氛圍,讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)來(lái)談?wù)劤鰢?guó)留學(xué)的好處及可能遇到的困難。本節(jié)課各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)由易到難,由淺入深,環(huán)環(huán)相扣,層層遞進(jìn),由知識(shí)輸入到語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和思想的輸出,多渠道、多方位訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀技能,提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。

  Step1. Leading- in

  Purpose: To Lead Ss to the topic of this unit.

  Ask Ss some related questions.

  1.What would you like to do if you had a chance to go abroad?

  2.Can you imagine the life of studying abroad?

  Step2. Warming Up

  Purpose: To introduce the topic of this unit to Ss by watching a video.

  Show a video about the life of studying abroad and then ask the students:

  1. Would you like to study abroad?

  2. What difficulties will you meet during studying?

  Conclusion:

  Traveling abroad is very popular now. It doesn’t only include the visit to places if interests but also includes studying abroad. Before going there ,we’d better make full preparations : to collect as much information about the place as possible; to take enough money with you; tell all you relatives your cell phone number; call the travel agency for advice;… Also traveling abroad has its advantages and disadvantages.

  Step3. Prediction

  Purpose: To help Ss to guess the main idea about the text by the given information.
