Spring Rolls 春卷
Spring rolls are a Cantonese dim sum dish of cylindrical shape. The filling of spring rolls could be vegetables or meat, and the taste could be either sweet or savory. After fillings are wrapped in spring roll wrappers, the next step is frying, when the spring rolls are given their golden-yellow color. It is a dish especially popular in East China: Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Fujian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, etc.
春卷是廣東人的小點(diǎn)心，其形似圓筒狀。春卷通常有蔬菜餡或者肉餡兩種，口味可甜可辣。做法是把包好的春卷，放入平鍋，將其炸成金黃顏色。春卷這種小吃流行于中國(guó)東部的江西，江蘇，上海，福建，廣州，深圳，香港等地方。
