你不該輸在這些標(biāo)點(diǎn)上
1. 標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)一律使用半角。
2. 逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。
錯(cuò)誤：Hi,I'm an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I don't know how to code.
正確：Hi, I'm an entrepreneur. Can you make this app for me for free? Because, you know, I have this brilliant idea but I don't know how to code.
3. 逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。
錯(cuò)誤：I think our current version is too skeuomorphic ,why don't we ,uh ,make it flatter so that it looks more metro-ish?

4. 將長(zhǎng)串?dāng)?shù)字分開(kāi)寫(xiě)，降低辨識(shí)的難度。

5. 對(duì)于電話(huà)區(qū)號(hào)應(yīng)用不同的符號(hào)區(qū)分。
錯(cuò)誤：+86-139-2739-6856
正確：(86) 139 2739 6856 或 (86) 139-2739-6856
6. 書(shū)名、雜志名、電影名、音樂(lè)專(zhuān)輯名、英文中出現(xiàn)的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。
錯(cuò)誤：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre.
正確：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my internship at Playboy which is totally LBSavant la lettre.
7. 對(duì)于有序列表，應(yīng)采用【阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字+英文句點(diǎn)+半角空格】的方式。
錯(cuò)誤：

1.Innovation.
2, Leverage.
3 Synergy.
正確：
Three words I hate:
1. Innovation.
2. Leverage.
3. Synergy.
8. 括號(hào)弧線(xiàn)外要留空格，弧線(xiàn)內(nèi)不要。
錯(cuò)誤：
Byte Press(née Tangcha ) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.
正確：
Byte Press (née Tangcha) is the best Chinese-language eBook app. Period.
但同一個(gè)單詞內(nèi)的括號(hào)例外：
錯(cuò)誤：

正確：

9. 用彎引號(hào)，不要用直(的彎)引號(hào)。
錯(cuò)誤：
"Bazinga!" 'You are pwned!'
正確：
“Bazinga!”‘You are pwned!’
10. 正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號(hào)，en dash (–)用來(lái)連接年份、時(shí)間，是【到】的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。
錯(cuò)誤：
Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.
正確：
Glenn Gould (1932–1982) is probably my one and only hero — the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.
注意：
1. 若寫(xiě)作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號(hào)，Word 等文書(shū)處理軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)為em dash。有鑒于 em dash輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫(xiě)作通用的替代法。
2. 破折號(hào)(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣不同，無(wú)對(duì)錯(cuò)之分。惟請(qǐng)?jiān)谕环莺?jiǎn)歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
