寫(xiě)英文簡(jiǎn)歷要注意那些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題 ?
英文語(yǔ)法和句式上的問(wèn)題略過(guò)，那屬于英文寫(xiě)作。
這里只說(shuō)文字設(shè)計(jì)(typography)，雖然高級(jí)的文字設(shè)計(jì)和內(nèi)容從來(lái)密不可分。
簡(jiǎn)歷是大多數(shù)人實(shí)踐文字設(shè)計(jì)的最常見(jiàn)載體。
人人都希望簡(jiǎn)歷給人留下好印象，因此或多或少會(huì)告誡自己「注意排版」。
以下十條是最基本的規(guī)則，若能做到，你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷已經(jīng)比 90% 的中國(guó)人(包括英文系學(xué)生)的'規(guī)范美觀了。
一、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)一律使用半角。
二、逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。
錯(cuò)誤：Hi,I'm an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I don't know how to code.

三、逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

四、將長(zhǎng)串?dāng)?shù)字分開(kāi)寫(xiě)，降低辨識(shí)的難度。

五、書(shū)名、雜志名、電影名、音樂(lè)專(zhuān)輯名、英文中出現(xiàn)的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。

六、對(duì)于電話區(qū)號(hào)應(yīng)用不同的符號(hào)區(qū)分。

七、對(duì)于有序列表，應(yīng)采用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格」的方式。
錯(cuò)誤：

正確：

八、括號(hào)弧線外要留空格，弧線內(nèi)不要。

但同一個(gè)單詞內(nèi)的括號(hào)例外：

九、用彎引號(hào)，不要用直(的彎)引號(hào)。

十、正確使用各種短橫：
em dash (—) 是破折號(hào)，en dash (–) 用來(lái)連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。
錯(cuò)誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

寫(xiě)完英文簡(jiǎn)歷注意事項(xiàng)：
1. 若寫(xiě)作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號(hào)，Word 等文書(shū)處理軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)為 em dash。有鑒于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫(xiě)作通用的替代法。
2.破折號(hào)(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無(wú)對(duì)錯(cuò)之分。惟請(qǐng)?jiān)谕环莺?jiǎn)歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
