如何撰寫一份簡單明了的英文簡歷

　　英文簡歷的制作常常讓人頭痛，下面小編告訴你怎么制作一份簡單明了的英文簡歷，既專業(yè)又省事，快來學(xué)學(xué)。

　　一、關(guān)于英文簡歷的細(xì)節(jié)問題(標(biāo)點(diǎn)、字號、排版等)

　　1. 標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號一律使用半角，逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面一個字母之間必須留一個半角空格。

　　同時，各類標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號和它們前面的字符之間不可以留任何空格。(此類格式錯誤一般Word會用紅色波浪線標(biāo)示出)

　　錯誤：Hi,I'm Wei .This is my CV。

　　正確：Hi, I'm Wei. This is my CV.

　　2. 將長串的數(shù)字分開寫，以此降低辨識的難度。同時電話區(qū)號應(yīng)該用不同的符號區(qū)分。

　　3. 書名、雜志名、電影名、音樂專輯名、英文中出現(xiàn)的外文(包括拼音，人名除外)用斜體。

　　錯誤：Worked for《Q Magazine》as an editor.

　　正確：Worked for Q Magazine as an editor.

　　4. 對于有序列表，應(yīng)該用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字+英文句點(diǎn)+半角空格」的方式。

　　錯誤：

　　Three words to describe Wei:

　　1 . Cool

　　2, Cool

　　3 Cool again

　　正確：

　　1. Cool

　　2. Cool

　　3. Cool always

　　5. 排版中需要注意的一些細(xì)節(jié)問題：

　　a. 內(nèi)容盡量控制在一張A4，最多不超過兩張。

　　b. 字體最小不能小于10號(但也不能大于12號，一般用11、12號的最多)。

　　c. 四周的頁邊距控制在0.8英寸左右。

　　d. 字體一般選擇Times New Roman。

　　e. 通過斜體、加粗等不同方式使得層次分明。

　　6. 英語行文中注意的問題：

　　a. 一定要注意單詞的拼寫，不要發(fā)生拼寫錯誤，一般word會自動檢測。

　　b. 所有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、組織活動經(jīng)驗(yàn)的內(nèi)容詳述都應(yīng)該以動詞開頭，而且動詞應(yīng)該是主動有效具體型，像make和do之類的輔助流盡量少用。另外，描述過去經(jīng)歷使用過去式。

　　此處應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的有：

　　a. 通常在簡歷的開頭便給出自己姓名及基本信息，而不用像有些中文簡歷一樣，另外再列表格進(jìn)行描述。

　　b. 基本信息一般包括姓名(加粗以醒目)、住址、電話及郵箱。

　　c. 注意英文地址的書寫形式，地址順序從小到大。

　　地址中常用詞對應(yīng)的英文為：

　　新村：village/community

　　單元：Unit棟：building No.

　　如：翠竹新村2號樓甲單元301可以翻譯成：

　　Room 301, Unit Jia, Building No.2, Cuizhu Village

　　d.此部分一般在頁面居中位置。具體可根據(jù)簡歷排版進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

　　2. Objective目標(biāo)

　　范例：

　　Objective：Administrative position with focus on Client Relations.

　　這一部分通常為用一句簡單的話描述你的求職目標(biāo)。同時這一部分也通常被中國求職者忽略。如果您作為應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，對自己的目標(biāo)工作還沒有明確目標(biāo)從而“海投”的話，確實(shí)可以忽略這一部分。但如果您有目標(biāo)公司以及目標(biāo)職位，最好加入這一部分的描述，以表達(dá)自己的誠意，容易獲得目標(biāo)公司HR的好感。

　　總結(jié)：一般以I am xxx, xxx and xxx individual開頭，介紹自己與目標(biāo)職位最相關(guān)的三個特點(diǎn)。隨后用兩句話總結(jié)一下自己先前的'工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與收獲。
