應(yīng)聘外企時(shí)自我鑒定技巧

面試時(shí)，我們會(huì)面對(duì)形形色色的問題，而最令人啞口無言的，往往是一些最簡單和最常見的題目，比如"請(qǐng)你自我介紹一下"。大多數(shù)應(yīng)聘者的反應(yīng)是--我應(yīng)該如何作答呢？

其實(shí)要懂得應(yīng)對(duì)此問題，就要先做好準(zhǔn)備。

The first thing to realize is that the question, "Tell me about yourself," provides you with a great chance to promote your strong points. This is particularly important when applying for a job that is different from what you have done in the past. You need to show the interviewer that your previous jobs provide you with skills that can be used in the new job.

WHAT TO TALK ABOUT 如何介紹？

你可以選擇三個(gè)重點(diǎn)來介紹自己，但避免重復(fù)履歷中曾提及的資料。
Around this skeleton should be the meat of your answer; your less obvious, but important skills. Here are some of the skills that you might want to mention.

你可以介紹自己是：Problem solver 解決問題能手；Creative thinker 充滿創(chuàng)意；；Accurate 小心謹(jǐn)慎；People person 與人相處融洽；Team player 合群；Organized 組織力高。

當(dāng)你構(gòu)思答案時(shí)，你要想想應(yīng)該如何說出，內(nèi)容要令人感興趣，不沉悶，避免滔滔不絕地 只說自己的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)。

Promote your strengths, but do not mention any of your weaknesses;推銷自己的長處，但不要提及自己的弱點(diǎn)；

Try to be funny if you can, but don't force it;可以的話，盡量說得幽默有趣；

Summarize your career and education, but don't recite a list;概括說出你的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)歷，但切勿背誦；

Don't start with your date of birth;不用提及你的出生日期

Avoid information that is not career-related. The fact that you own a dog won't get you a job;避免說一些與職業(yè)無關(guān)的事，例如：你有一只狗，這并不能為你爭取到工作；

Always answer this question;經(jīng)常思考和解答這條問題；

Try to sound natural;對(duì)答要自然；
