有五間房屋排成一列，所有房屋的外表顏色都不一樣，所有的屋主來(lái)自不同的國(guó)家，所
有的屋主都養(yǎng)不同的寵物；喝不同的飲料；已知：抽不同的香煙英國(guó)人住在紅色房屋里，瑞
典人養(yǎng)了一只狗，丹麥人喝茶綠色的房子在白色的房子的左邊，綠色房屋的屋主喝咖啡抽
Pall Mall香煙的屋主養(yǎng)鳥(niǎo)，黃色屋主抽Dunhill位于最中間的屋主喝牛奶，挪威人住在第一
間房屋里抽Blend的人住在養(yǎng)貓人家的隔壁，養(yǎng)馬的屋主在抽Dunhill的人家的隔壁，抽Blue
Master的屋主喝啤酒，德國(guó)人抽Prince，挪威人住在藍(lán)色房子隔壁，只喝開(kāi)水的人家住在抽

assigned. What approach did you take to complete it?
5. Tell me about the riskiest decision that you have made. What were your
considerations in making that particular decision.
6. Can you tell me about an occasion where you needed to work with a
group to get a job done? What were the challenges and difficulties and how did
you face these?
7. Describe a situation when you or a group that you were a part of were
in danger of missing a deadline. What did you do?
Tell me about a time when you worked with a person who did things very
differently from you. How did you get the job done? Would you work with that
person again if given the choice?
8. Describe your three greatest accomplishments to date.

your presentation skills to influence someone's opinion.
21. Give an example of when your persistence had the biggest payoff.
22. How have you most constructively dealt with disappointment and turned

終于，在通過(guò)了測(cè)驗(yàn)IQ的筆試后，期待已久的面試降臨了。
先是第一輪面試。我被安排到了一個(gè)GG面前。當(dāng)時(shí)心理暗喜，想著男士一般不太為難人，估
計(jì)能通過(guò)這輪面試。果然，雖然在“自我介紹”中說(shuō)話(huà)結(jié)結(jié)巴巴，甚至還顯得不是很有條理
，但還是通過(guò)了。期間，這位GG也問(wèn)了我其它問(wèn)題，比如學(xué)習(xí)，參加的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)，學(xué)校組織
的比如電裝實(shí)習(xí)什么的，老老實(shí)實(shí)回答了一番。他又問(wèn)我為什么選擇“XX工程師”的職位，
我就說(shuō)按照性格、學(xué)識(shí)，這個(gè)職位比較合適，然后還適時(shí)地表示了一下我很向往明基（我沒(méi)
有說(shuō)“興趣”，因?yàn)槲掖_實(shí)對(duì)本專(zhuān)業(yè)不感興趣。明基對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)興趣的要求還挺高的。結(jié)果，可
能那位GG年輕，也沒(méi)有明白我隱含的意思。聽(tīng)我說(shuō)完，他還點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭，告訴我要再做一個(gè)測(cè)

是一個(gè)關(guān)于性格的測(cè)評(píng)，畫(huà)了幾個(gè)鉤，就完成了。然后被告知已經(jīng)是中午時(shí)間了，我可以去
吃個(gè)飯，再回來(lái)繼續(xù)面試。當(dāng)時(shí)很是興奮，覺(jué)得怎么稀里糊涂地就過(guò)了一關(guān)。找到了被我拉
去一起投簡(jiǎn)歷的MM（她投的是明基另一部門(mén)——營(yíng)銷(xiāo)部，要進(jìn)行三次面試），閑話(huà)并暢想了
一番。
哎，毀就毀在這休息吃飯時(shí)間里了。當(dāng)我暢想完畢，冷靜下來(lái)，忽然有點(diǎn)慌了。難道我真要
去那個(gè)人生地不熟的地方？大學(xué)被老爸老媽好說(shuō)歹說(shuō)得留了下來(lái)，工作了就不管他們了？我
開(kāi)始猶豫了，甚至有點(diǎn)恐懼。在等待二輪面試的時(shí)候，我心里不住的設(shè)想著還沒(méi)成立的事，
自己嚇唬自己。
面試開(kāi)始了，我明顯感到自己沉不住氣了，感到自己也許并不像原先想象的那樣向往明基。
這次面試我的是制造部的老總，如果真的進(jìn)去了，以后就是管我們的頭了。問(wèn)題很?chē)?yán)峻，可
我集中不了精力去面對(duì)它。我覺(jué)得這個(gè)臺(tái)灣老總的金戒指在我眼前晃來(lái)晃去，明顯干擾了我
答題思路。大概是我找借口吧。
這位老總提了奇怪的問(wèn)題，“你好像比較內(nèi)向，是不是本地人？”我說(shuō)是本地的。他又說(shuō)本
地人不是比較外向嗎？汗，這叫我怎么回答啊。性格難道由地形決定么？我說(shuō)：“嗯，家里
人都比較安靜，培養(yǎng)的”。他“哦”了一下，似乎有些不滿(mǎn)。然后他又詳細(xì)問(wèn)我有沒(méi)有參加
一些學(xué)科之類(lèi)的比賽。我說(shuō)沒(méi)有。心里想著學(xué)習(xí)都忙不過(guò)來(lái)呢，哪有時(shí)間參加活動(dòng)啊。沒(méi)看
班上那些參加比賽的，課都不能正常上，考試掛N門(mén)。老總窮追不舍：“學(xué)校有這類(lèi)活動(dòng)嗎
？是沒(méi)有還是你沒(méi)參加？”老實(shí)回答。老總繼續(xù)逼迫：“那為什么不參加？”汗，真要逼我
說(shuō)我不喜歡自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)啊。我就拐彎抹角說(shuō)當(dāng)時(shí)以為參賽的是要有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的，沒(méi)想到?jīng)]經(jīng)驗(yàn)的
也能參加。估計(jì)我說(shuō)的有點(diǎn)曲折，老總把他理解的又說(shuō)了一遍：“是你不知道有這么回事，
是吧？”他指的哪回事啊？我也不清楚，懶得再解釋了。想他語(yǔ)文水平比較爛，我再解釋也
無(wú)用。結(jié)果，這可能讓老總以為我比較消極，沒(méi)有積極向上的態(tài)度（其實(shí)我本來(lái)也比較消極
）。這估計(jì)是他們?nèi)蘸驜S我的又一原因。
被拷問(wèn)了這么些問(wèn)題，回答的也不怎樣，再加上心里的搖移不定，已經(jīng)無(wú)心戀戰(zhàn)了。沒(méi)想到
老總開(kāi)始盤(pán)問(wèn)英語(yǔ)了，哎，這英語(yǔ)信心早被六級(jí)挫傷了�！癐’am sorry”結(jié)束了面試。試
后無(wú)限追悔啊。也許他并不要求你英語(yǔ)很流利，但這種消極的態(tài)度確實(shí)不能搏得好感。
就這么與明基拜拜了。第一次有目標(biāo)，第一次主動(dòng)追求，結(jié)果敗在自己的性格上。有些不甘
心，但也只能認(rèn)命。現(xiàn)在也會(huì)去明基的網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)，看著熱鬧的網(wǎng)站變得冷清，以安慰自己，
也許不去更好呢。
明基選人，成績(jī)不是考核的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因?yàn)橹灰谇?0所大學(xué)的人成績(jī)方面的優(yōu)秀面差
異不大，“以誠(chéng)信為基礎(chǔ)，平實(shí)務(wù)本、追求卓越、關(guān)懷社會(huì)”的核心價(jià)值觀，才是公司真正
遴選人才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
