Not every professional is lucky enough to find their dream job immediately (or ever). This is why quitting has become a social norm over the last five years. In fact, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of quits has steadily risen by 57.7 percent since September 2009.

A: I understand. Why would you like to join our company?
B: I’m qualified for this position. And I’ve heard a lot of good things about your company.
A: Like what?
B: You take care of your employees. And your company offers good salaries and benefits.
A: that’s good to know. Why do you think you’re qualified for this position?
B: I’ve got over seven years’ experience working in this kind of position. I know I can do a good job in this position.

A: Well, you might be the person we’ve been looking for. Do you have any question?
B: Yes, if I were hired, when would you like me to start?
A: At the end of this month.
B: And how many accounts would I handle?
A: You’ll be supervising six brokers who manage a combined total of 310 accounts.
B: What kind of benefit package do you offer?
A: Two weeks of paid vacation in your first year of employment. You’re also eligible for medical and dental insurance. And we offer a generous retirement plan after 10 years of service. Do you have any other questions?
B: No, not at the moment.
