　　I graduated from Teachers College xx kindergarten teaching, 21 years old, loving and responsible, for the different stages of child care, individualized to target children.

　　我是一名即將畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生,我將于2010年7月畢業(yè)幼師專業(yè),根據(jù)我的自身情況,我認(rèn)為我對從事幼師也具有一定的優(yōu)勢.首先,就社會現(xiàn)狀而言,當(dāng)今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性,這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發(fā)展,從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向于母性化.所以,大力發(fā)展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作.另外,我對幼師行業(yè)具有很大的興趣.在校期間,我所學(xué)習(xí)的教育學(xué)與心理學(xué)的成績都非常突出,并且我具有普通話二級甲等證書.我認(rèn)為這些也是對幼師這一行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ).在思想上,我對現(xiàn)代幼兒教育方法也有一些自己的想法.當(dāng)今社會中大都是傳統(tǒng)意義上的幼兒園,其實(shí)質(zhì)就屬于寄托班,缺乏真正意義上的特色教育方式.雖然根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的國情和居民生活水平的差異使得我們必須面臨這樣的現(xiàn)實(shí),但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家長還是占很大的比例,所以特色幼兒教育是一項(xiàng)非常有發(fā)展前景的行業(yè).我所說的特色教育不是單純的`雙語教育和現(xiàn)在所流行的蒙式教育.我設(shè)想的教育方式是以發(fā)展兒童天性為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)幼兒興趣所選修的特定教育方法.如果園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需要,我會詳細(xì)的說明我的想法.

　　當(dāng)然,對于我從事幼師這個行業(yè)會有很多的困難,我自身也有很多的不足,我對特色教育的理解僅僅是我自己的一些粗淺的認(rèn)識,而且我缺乏工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),專業(yè)不對位.這些我都能夠清楚的看待,我相信我具有堅(jiān)定的意志,對于自身的不足,我會通過不懈的努力和在工作中的鍛煉、學(xué)習(xí)來彌補(bǔ),從而提高自身能力不斷完善自我.對于傳統(tǒng)教育的改革,雖然我不會起到關(guān)鍵性的作用,但我也希望能貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份力量,因?yàn)槲覒汛е鴮τ讕熓聵I(yè)的理想.
