面試時(shí)如何做英文自我介紹
面試的第一步，一般都是做一個(gè)一分鐘的自我介紹，根據(jù)公司不同，有時(shí)候也會(huì)要求做一分半鐘、三分鐘、五分鐘的自我介紹;外企或與外語(課程)關(guān)聯(lián)度較大的公司會(huì)要求做英語(課程)自我介紹。 不少面試者不太重視自我介紹部分，除了像調(diào)查戶口似地“匯報(bào)”一下自己的姓名、專業(yè)、畢業(yè)院校/曾經(jīng)的工作單位之外，就再也說不出什么能吸引面試官的內(nèi)容了。其實(shí)，面試官需要知道的恰恰是你沒有說出來的那些信息，畢竟能從簡(jiǎn)歷上看到的內(nèi)容，面試官都已經(jīng)知道了。你要說的應(yīng)該是簡(jiǎn)歷中沒有寫出來或者沒有具體寫的事情。
英文面試自我介紹怎么做才精彩?
第一步：認(rèn)識(shí)自己。

仔細(xì)想想自己都有哪些特點(diǎn)，取得過哪些成就。面試自我介紹，需要簡(jiǎn)單提及自己取得過的'重大成就，以及獲得的主要資質(zhì)，比如某個(gè)證書。想要在一分鐘內(nèi)引起面試官的興趣，就必須一擊即中。最好的方式就是展示自己過去獲得過的成績(jī)，自己有什么樣的能力，從而可以為公司帶來什么樣好處。切記，公司不是慈善機(jī)構(gòu)，不會(huì)因?yàn)槟憧旖徊黄鸱孔饬�，上有老下有小就雇傭你，公司要看的是你能�?chuàng)造多大的價(jià)值和利益。
第二步：投其所好
Choose a personal anecdote that illustratesyour personality in a creative way. Employers want to hear about youraccomplishments, and a personalized story helps you stand out. The story shouldtake about 20 seconds to complete.
用有趣的方式講一個(gè)能體現(xiàn)個(gè)人特點(diǎn)的故事。雇主想要聽的是你取得的成績(jī)，個(gè)性化的故事能幫助你脫穎而出。個(gè)人故事的時(shí)間最好控制在20秒內(nèi)。講故事是讓你區(qū)別于其他求職者的好方法，故事的主題最好就是你在第一步中確定的自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。但你的故事必須要和應(yīng)聘公司的企業(yè)文化、應(yīng)聘的職位相關(guān)，這就是所謂的投其所好。你還要在故事中再一次突出你的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、溝通能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、開拓能力等等。記住，你的故事一定是你最想讓面試官記住的內(nèi)容，一定是對(duì)應(yīng)聘公司有利的事情，一定是你最得意的成績(jī)。
第三步：事先演練
Practice your speech with a timer to makesure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicitsuggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attentionto your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.
做一次計(jì)時(shí)的面試自我介紹演練，確保你的講話不會(huì)超過1分鐘。向你的家人朋友做一次模擬練習(xí)，并收集反饋意見。用攝像機(jī)拍下你做面試自我介紹的過程，注意自己講話是不是夠禮貌，說話的聲音是不是合適。記得微笑，還要吐字清晰。事先演練最大的作用其實(shí)是觀察自己的身體語言。有研究顯示，在日常溝通中，非語言性的表達(dá)占了七成。因此在一分鐘的面試自我介紹里，你需要觀察自己是否在說話時(shí)會(huì)有些不合適的小動(dòng)作，比如擼頭發(fā)，推鏡架，摸下巴等等。這些小動(dòng)作不僅會(huì)讓你看起來不專業(yè)，而且會(huì)分散聽眾的注意力。在面試自我介紹中，比較恰當(dāng)?shù)纳眢w語言是坐正，身體略向前傾，雙臂自然垂下或放在桌面上，正視面試官，面帶微笑，吐字清晰地完成自我介紹的內(nèi)容。

I hope i can make a good performance today. I’m confident that I can succeed.
Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2013, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I’m capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I’d like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I’m a good team player and I’m a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.
