小學英語教師面試技巧
首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準備,把要講的內容的相關背景等知識了解到位,并把課的內容和這些背景結合起來,主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內容上來。
其次就是出發(fā)前的準備,一定要著裝合體,不要穿著臺前衛(wèi),畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。
在見到面試官時要表現(xiàn)的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太囂張,給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。
試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。
講課時的.音量特別重要,而且要有板書,然后就是注意設計的跟學生互動的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全,所以板書就是你的教課大綱,是有始有終的,最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。
試講完成以后還會有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的,教學側重點應該在哪里,如果學生出現(xiàn)了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等。

Ithink I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CDplayer, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in my lessons. I amgoing to use different teaching meathods to help children with differentlearning styles.
4.能否示范一下?
Canyou demonstrate one lesson?
Sure.If I teach days of the week, I will teach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle littlestar 的tune)
5.你覺得教小學生跟教中學生有什么不同?
Whatis the difference between teaching elementary school children and the juniorhigh school children?
well,when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/she has to uselots of songs, games, body language to help student learn English.The forms ofeach lesson should be different.
Teachingjunior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce somegrammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions withthe children.

Iwill try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned at school toreach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs are all good for littlekids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair workor independent work.Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There isnever one way to success.
