廣州PS全職補(bǔ)招-筆試面試全分享 拿到Offer了
很佩服寶潔的辦事效率。從2月中網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng),到3月中進(jìn)行托業(yè)筆試,第一次面試,RT筆試,到4月7號(hào)終面,直至12號(hào)給口頭Offer,真是快得驚人。單是這一點(diǎn),很多公司就已經(jīng)比不上了。白天網(wǎng)上和阿Wing妹妹聊天時(shí),談到面試的情況,于是趁還沒有把面試經(jīng)歷徹底忘干凈之前,整理出一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),和大家分享。也希望所以和阿Wing妹妹一樣努力在找工作的各位好運(yùn),尋得滿意的工作。

TOEIC 托業(yè)英語(yǔ)考試
時(shí)間:2010年3月20日下午2:00-4:30;
地點(diǎn):廣州,廣外藝綜合樓308;
內(nèi)容:和之前看到的2005年6月樣題基本類似,100道聽力題,100道閱讀題,必須用2B鉛筆涂寫答題紙。
注意事項(xiàng):整體感覺題目并不難,主要考察如何在商業(yè)環(huán)境中使用英語(yǔ),只有個(gè)別幾個(gè)問題需要多花些時(shí)間考慮,或者有些是模棱兩可。關(guān)鍵是如何長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保持注意力集中,答聽力題的中間,我就好幾次走神。所以,建議提前做一下樣題,了解題型和內(nèi)容,并做好應(yīng)對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間聽力的心理準(zhǔn)備。
第一次面試
時(shí)間:2010年3月24日星期三,1:00PM-1:40PM
地點(diǎn):廣州市中泰國(guó)際B塔,寶潔總部
面試部門:產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)部,第一次面試
面試官:潘浩經(jīng)理(Ray),口腔護(hù)理產(chǎn)品物流部門主管
面試者背景:國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)工程本科,港校工程碩士,實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不算豐富。
語(yǔ)言:普通話
風(fēng)格:刨根問底,緊張嚴(yán)肅。
內(nèi)容:典型的寶潔八大問題,個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷上的問題,向面試官提問。
1.介紹一下目前為止你感到最自豪,最有成就感的一件事情?是個(gè)人的項(xiàng)目還是團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的?有沒有遇到特別的困難?如果現(xiàn)在要你重新做一遍,你會(huì)采取什么不同的方法去做,會(huì)有哪些改變?
反思之處:有些不夠簡(jiǎn)潔;回答“不同的方法或改變”時(shí),我說“會(huì)做得更快更有效率,因?yàn)榉e累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)……”,感覺態(tài)度不夠積極。中間陳述時(shí)也有些忽略了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的細(xì)節(jié)信息,顯得有些個(gè)人主義。
2.介紹一下一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的例子,你發(fā)揮了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的`目標(biāo)?有沒有遇到?jīng)_突,你是怎么解決的?
反思之處:絮絮叨叨,沒有切中要點(diǎn);談到自己主動(dòng)擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)人,調(diào)動(dòng)大家的積極性,組織小組討論,確定項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)、架構(gòu)、時(shí)間表,明確分工;沒來得及說項(xiàng)目的結(jié)果。沖突問題,我談了關(guān)于“distribution channel”的分歧,一組選擇使用公司自己的團(tuán)隊(duì),一組選擇外包給第三方物流;我的解決方案是傾聽他們各自的理由,并按照數(shù)據(jù)做出選擇,兩者融合在一起。
3.介紹一個(gè)你同時(shí)要做很多事情,而且這些事情表面上是有沖突的情況下,你是如何排序,如何處理的?
反思之處:這個(gè)問題回答得不徹底,沒有講分析后的結(jié)果,也沒有闡述“表面看起來有沖突”。
4.在你的簡(jiǎn)歷中,你說曾經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)了物料配送系統(tǒng),將物料配送時(shí)間降低了50%左右,請(qǐng)問你是具體怎么做的?你這樣做肯定會(huì)增加倉(cāng)庫(kù)的負(fù)擔(dān),請(qǐng)問你怎么說服他們?這樣的改變,你是怎么說服老板的?
答:收集信息與反饋,了解生產(chǎn)部門的實(shí)際需要,考核倉(cāng)庫(kù)工作量——分析采取新的物料配送系統(tǒng)將節(jié)省的費(fèi)用,與現(xiàn)行制度浪費(fèi)的成本進(jìn)行分析,用事實(shí)說話——闡述新系統(tǒng)的好處和意義,說服執(zhí)行部門——階段性反饋和改進(jìn),評(píng)估成果。
反思之處:沒能很好地闡述執(zhí)行過程中遇到的反抗,以及不斷改進(jìn)的循環(huán);語(yǔ)言不夠簡(jiǎn)潔,介紹了太多背景信息,沒有提到團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,等。
5.我提問:
a)請(qǐng)問產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)部的培訓(xùn)是怎樣的?
b)請(qǐng)問你個(gè)人長(zhǎng)久留在寶潔的理由是什么?只說一點(diǎn)就好。
答:寶潔的文化,價(jià)值,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)作,等等,比較官方。
反思之處:面試官一聽到我第二個(gè)問題就很郁悶了,他忍不住直接問“今天上午我面了6個(gè)人,你是第七個(gè)問這個(gè)問題的。你們是不是都上網(wǎng)看面經(jīng)啊……”然后可能意識(shí)到自己態(tài)度有些不耐煩,還是話鋒一轉(zhuǎn),開始官腔了。教訓(xùn)就是,問問題要有新意,論壇上那些問爛了的題目就不要再拿出來糊弄面試官了。這肯定會(huì)影響他對(duì)我的印象,心里沒準(zhǔn)兒再說“又是一個(gè)不動(dòng)腦子的”……真是郁悶啊。
總結(jié):
寶潔的面試一貫以親切著稱,但我感覺挺嚴(yán)肅的,而且很多事情還沒來得及闡述清楚,就換題目了。面試官頻頻看時(shí)間,雖然估計(jì)是因?yàn)槊嬖嚦绦蛴羞@樣的要求,但是還是影響到我面試的心情和發(fā)揮,感覺他很趕時(shí)間。開場(chǎng)白也很官腔,只說了一句“你的經(jīng)歷很豐富啊,很不錯(cuò),還去了臺(tái)灣……”,根本沒有什么讓你進(jìn)入狀態(tài)的對(duì)話,直接就開始八大問了。所以,我得到的教訓(xùn)是——絕對(duì)不能一昧地相信論壇里前輩們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)之談,不同的面試官風(fēng)格會(huì)完全不同,還是要做好打一場(chǎng)硬仗,全力迎戰(zhàn)的準(zhǔn)備。
另一個(gè)最深刻的體會(huì)是自己的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,根本沒有想象中那么強(qiáng)。即使在腦子里過了好幾遍答案,真正從嘴里說出來卻可能是完全不同的樣子,所以,模擬面試時(shí)一定要真的開口,只記在腦子里或者紙上的效果會(huì)大打折扣的。

地點(diǎn):廣州市中泰國(guó)際B塔,寶潔總部
語(yǔ)言:English
注意事項(xiàng):找樣題練習(xí)一下,熟能生巧,總體來說不難,關(guān)鍵是控制好時(shí)間。
第二次面試
時(shí)間:2010年4月7日星期三,4:30PM-5:20PM,50分鐘
地點(diǎn):廣州市中泰國(guó)際B塔32F,寶潔總部
面試部門:產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)部,第二次面試/終面
面試官:三位男士,兩個(gè)中國(guó)人,一個(gè)德國(guó)人,均為PS高層,在寶潔工作多年
語(yǔ)言:English
風(fēng)格:刨根問底,節(jié)奏緊湊。一人負(fù)責(zé)主要提問;德國(guó)人最后才開始提問,非八大問范疇。
內(nèi)容:圍繞寶潔八大問題展開,個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷相關(guān)的問題,最后向面試官提問。
1.Introduce yourself (mine is very brief)
2.Share a case when you act as the leader and reach the results. Specify the actions you have taken. What’s the most difficult thing in this case? How do you work with others? (If the case has been used in your 1st interview, they would probably ask you to share a different one.)
Key words: leadership skills, team work spirit
3.Share a case when you have to manage many tasks at the same time? How do you prioritize things? How do you identify the most important one?
4.How do you handle conflicts? How do you persuade others?
5.Sorry that I could not remember other questions. Prepare following the 8 questions with as many details as possible, and then it won’t be a big issue in the interview.
6.What is your strongest technical skill? Only one area. (Asked by the German Manager)
Hint: Maybe because I have much engineering education, he would like to figure out my best subject. I said “Industrial Engineering”.
7.Have you applied other companies besides P&G? What would you consider when you choose an employer? What if you are not employed by P&G? (Asked by the German Manager)
Hint: I thought that they wanted to know your desire to join P&G and how much passion you had towards P&G. My answer was not a good one, I think. Because I said, “Yes, I did apply for other companies. And I got some positive responses as well. But P&G will definitely be my preferable employer. ” And I also said “If P&G rejects me, I will consider other companies.” Anyway, life will still go on even when you cannot join P&G. I am quite frank on this question.
8.Any questions you like to ask us?
Hint: Never copy others’ questions, especially those on BBS sharing. Try to ask something that you are really interested in and related to the job. I asked about long term strategy and distribution channels. But it seemed that both were confidential topics, so I only got rough answers.
Summary
1.Preparation is of critical important to any interview, especially for the detail oriented style of P&G. Learn the typical 8 questions carefully and ensure you are really familiar with your CV. Do not memorize the answers, since it makes your expression unnatural.
2.Integrity or honesty is a basic requirement. So do not lie or make up stories. But you can always package your past experiences in different ways. How to sell yourself effectively is always a must-gain skill.
3.Formal dressing is to show your respect to the interviewer and the company. So get the suit ready before the interview.
4.Present yourself actively by using eye contact and smile. During the interview, even when you are nervous, you should never show it. Try your best to communicate with the interviewers and let them know you better through the interview. But always bear in mind: you and the company are equal and this is a two-way selection process.
5.Be confident and always trust yourself. It is normal that people have different exposures and life tracks, so do not underestimate yourself. Everyone is unique and will sooner or later find a desirable employer. The company will choose the most suitable applicants rather than the best candidates.
無論最后結(jié)果如何,我都覺得申請(qǐng)寶潔是值得的。面試寶潔令我更加了解自己,知道自己欠缺的能力,還回顧了自己曾經(jīng)做過的很多事情,令我更有自信,對(duì)準(zhǔn)備其他公司的申請(qǐng)也非常有參考價(jià)值。幸運(yùn)的是,我最終拿到了offer。關(guān)鍵是一切都要靠自己爭(zhēng)取,大家加油吧!
