先說(shuō)明一下這個(gè)是北美的職位,是一個(gè)叫executive management analyst的program,主要是培養(yǎng)神馬future leaders滴~~~
一面基本是是basic behavioral questions,題目如下:
HR姐姐直接忽略自我介紹,問(wèn)了why HSBC,why this program and what do you think about the rotating every 6 month?
第二個(gè)問(wèn)題,what‘s your past experience make you qualified for this program? 我吹了神馬leadership啊,multitasking啊~~~
第三個(gè)問(wèn)題,take initiative to a achieve a better goal
第四個(gè)問(wèn)題,tell me about a time when you impletement a new thing or develop a new method...
第五個(gè)問(wèn)題,tell me about your biggest accomplishments
第六個(gè)問(wèn)題,how to deal with conflict situation in a team
第七個(gè)問(wèn)題,mistakes i made to cause negative impact to a team!
