面試中如何巧妙回答離職的原因
So you were fired from your last job, and youre fretting about how to address it in your interview . In fact, given the job market slump and companies tightening their money belts, its quite understandable to be unemployed. If you have the right attitude and approach, being fired from your previous job wont hinder you too much. Here are some tips to get you through this possibly awkward encounter:
你丟了工作，不知道怎么在新工作的面試中談這個(gè)問題。實(shí)際上，由于不景氣的勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)和公司支出減少，被解雇并不是什么大事。下面有幾個(gè)小建議，可以幫你緩解這個(gè)尷尬的問題：
Dont burn your bridges: Even if youre leaving your job, be sure to leave gracefully. There may be a time when future employers might call back for a reference, so you definitely want to make sure theyll have good things to say about you.

Be honest: Your boss can easily find out the reason for your departure, so make sure youre truthful in your explanation. This doesnt mean you have to go into details, because its best to keep your answer short.
誠(chéng)實(shí)為上：你的上司很容易就能查到你離開前公司的原因，所以在回答相關(guān)問題時(shí)最好如實(shí)回答。但這并不表示你要將細(xì)節(jié)和盤托出，簡(jiǎn)單明了的解釋最好。
Dont be bitter: Dont be negative and bitter about your firing, because it will just be a red flag to your potential employer. Your interviewer might start worrying about your ability to get along with others.
不要抱怨不滿：不要對(duì)被解雇的事耿耿于懷，那會(huì)讓潛在雇主打低你的印象分。面試官會(huì)懷疑你與別人相處的能力。
Say what you learned from the experience: Focus on the positives of that experience and say what youve learned from it. For example, if you were unemployed for a time, make sure you explain how youve been productive with your time. Perhaps youve been taking classes, volunteering, or doing freelance projects.

Prepare your answer: Write down your answer and try to practice it so you wont be trying to figure out what to say during the interview.
