面試英文自我介紹：如何簡單簡潔快速地展示自己？
Everyone knows how to introduce themselves, right? Its just like those name tags organizers pass out at networking events, "Hello, my name is…" Unfortunately, a lot of job seekers have a tough time getting beyond that very basic introduction. Sure, they can chat about where they grew up or their favorite book or movie, but when it comes time to say something smart and relevant about their job search interests, it gets a littletricky.

While conventional wisdom used to dictate you prepare a two-minute "elevator pitch," most elevator rides dont last two minutes, and most peoples attention spans certainly dont.

Instead of the two-minute pitch, you should think about how to share relevant information about yourself quickly and succinctly so your target audience doesnt have time to start mentally planning out their grocery shopping list while theyre waiting for you to stop talking about yourself.
與其準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)兩分鐘的面試演講，你不如好好想想怎么快速有效的介紹自己的相關(guān)信息，這樣你的聽眾們才不至于一面等著你快點(diǎn)結(jié)束自我介紹，一面在腦子中構(gòu)想下班之后的購物清單。
If you cant introduce yourself to a potential contact in 30 seconds or less, you may miss some important opportunities to impress someone important.

To create an impressive pitch, know the answers to the following questions:
要做一個(gè)讓人眼前一亮的簡介，先了解下面的這些問題吧：
1. What is your goal or objective?
1.你的目標(biāo)或目的是什么?
2. What do you offer? Identify the skills and accomplishments that make you stand out from other people in your industry.
2.你的與眾不同之處在哪?列舉那些能讓你在同行業(yè)競爭者中脫穎而出的技能和成果。
3. What do you do? Include information about your goal or objective as it relates to your target audience.
3.你做的是什么?需要包含聽眾所感興趣的你的目標(biāo)或目的。
4. What problems do you solve? Every job description stems from a companys problem or specific need. Make sure you know how your contributions will make a difference for the organizations you target.
4.你解決了哪些問題?每個(gè)職業(yè)設(shè)立都是源于公司的某個(gè)困難或者專業(yè)需求。一定要知道你的貢獻(xiàn)如何能對這個(gè)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生重大的影響。
5. What results do you create? Think about your accomplishments in your current or past positions.

Use this format to plan your reply:

I work with (target audience) to (what problem do you solve). This is how (your results).

I collaborate with non-profit organizations that support womens causes to create, organize, and run fundraising events that raise money from previously untapped donor bases. Last year, we increased donations by more than 50 percent and broke all of our fundraising records.

Keep in mind: One trick to a successful pitch is to eliminate jargon or other language your target audience wont understand. This is especially important for career changers: dont rely on lingo from your previous career to appeal to new networking contacts. Focus your comments to appeal to your new audience and youll be much more successful impressing them with your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
切記：成功面試的訣竅在于不要使用聽眾不太理解的行話或者其他語言。這對改行的求職者來說更加重要：不要用你前一個(gè)職業(yè)領(lǐng)域的行話來迎合新的工作系統(tǒng)。你需要集中措辭來迎合新的聽眾，多介紹你的知識，技能和能力，才會更成功的給他們留下深刻的印象。
With a well-planned, succinct, targeted introduction, youll inspire additional conversation with your networking contacts. Prepare to ask for a formal meeting to share ideas and insights, but always be ready to detail your expertise in-depth and on the spot if someone asks. Always be ready to answer questions about how you accomplished your goals and solved problems in the past and to explain how those experiences make you a good fit for your targeted opportunity.
有了一個(gè)精心準(zhǔn)備、簡潔、目標(biāo)性強(qiáng)的自我介紹，你接下來就能和自己的面試官有著更多的交流機(jī)會。你也可以要求一個(gè)正式的會議來介紹自己的想法和觀察，但也要準(zhǔn)備當(dāng)有人提問時(shí)，你能夠把自己的專業(yè)更細(xì)化和深化進(jìn)行介紹。時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備好回答這些問題，如如何才能實(shí)現(xiàn)你的目標(biāo)，過去如何解決問題，以及這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)如何能讓你獲得機(jī)會成為我們提供職位的最佳人選等。
