　　A job interview is incomplete without a question and answer session that has you doing the asking. You should be prepared with relevant questions about the company, the job at hand, and your potential future with the organization. Keep your interview on the right track and your foot out of your mouth by asking questions the right way.

Do Ask: What are the opportunities for advancement, and do you typically promote from within?

Dont Make Your Interviewer Uncomfortable
別讓面試官難堪
Dont Ask: Is there anything about me that would prevent me from getting this job?
不要這樣問：你覺得有什么缺點(diǎn)會(huì)讓我得不到這份工作？
Do Ask: What qualifications are you looking for in the person who fills this job?
應(yīng)該這樣問：你們覺得什么樣的人適合這個(gè)工作崗位？
Dont Be a Gossip
別太八卦
Dont Ask: I heard the CEO was involved in scandalous activity; is that true?
不要這樣問：我聽說你們的CEO現(xiàn)在丑聞纏身，是不是真的�。�
Do Ask: While researching your firm I learned that the company recently [fill in the blank]. Can you tell me a little bit more about this development?
應(yīng)該這樣問：在我對(duì)貴公司進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解的時(shí)候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)貴公司正身陷…，你能不能多給我一點(diǎn)關(guān)于這件事情的消息呢？
Dont Get Bogged Down in Details
別問得太細(xì)
Dont Ask: Can you break down my day in terms of hours spent doing A, B, C, D, etc.?
不要這樣問：你能不能把我每天要做的事按照一二三四地給我詳細(xì)說說？
Do Ask: Can you tell me what my average day would be like?
應(yīng)該這樣問：你能否給我介紹一下我的日常工作安排？
Dont Seem Greedy
別看上去貪婪成性
Dont Ask: What kinds of perks do you get around here?
不要這樣問：你們公司有什么福利？
Do Ask: What do you enjoy most about working here?

Dont Focus on the Negative
別關(guān)注負(fù)面問題
Dont Ask: Whats the worst part about this job?
不要這樣問：這份工作最糟糕的是什么？
Do Ask: Given my background and experience, what do you think will be the greatest challenge for me in the beginning?
應(yīng)該這樣問：根據(jù)我的背景和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，你認(rèn)為我剛開始從事這份工作會(huì)遇到的最大的挑戰(zhàn)是什么？
Dont Ask Frivolous Questions
別問沒必要的問題
Dont Ask: How many other applicants are you interviewing?
不要這樣問：你們一共面試了多少候選人？
Do Ask: How soon do you expect to make a decision?
