渣打電面經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享 IG WB SZ 過(guò)完了網(wǎng)申shortlisted之后三天左右收到了電面預(yù)約的通知。這次電面比較沒(méi)底，渣打的HR也變得和PG差不多了，對(duì)你舉的例子會(huì)窮追猛打，由于事先對(duì)例子準(zhǔn)備得不是十分充分，所以大部分都是臨場(chǎng)發(fā)揮，思路還可以，不過(guò)被問(wèn)了很多。順序就不是很記得了，HR大部分的問(wèn)題都是根據(jù)我的回答而進(jìn)行展開(kāi)，整個(gè)電面約45分鐘，大概有，1. self-intro, 2mins;2. what's your career path, why finance?3. difference btw a salesman and a financial consultant;4. have u noticed the current change of banking?5. what does WB do6. how to solve conflict in a team7. how to deal with unpopular ideas8. teamwork experiences9. relevant experience in holding an activity10. how to divide the assignment in a team.11. what a WB should cultivate to meet the standard12. why SCB, why WB13. about the qualification最后就叫我問(wèn)問(wèn)題，然后得知今年深圳WB只招3人...大概2周內(nèi)會(huì)有電面通知。大家加油啦~~積累RP!!希望可以繼續(xù)爆發(fā)！本文僅代表作者觀點(diǎn),與本站立場(chǎng)無(wú)關(guān).【渣打電面經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享 IG WB SZ】相關(guān)文章：
