英語面試技巧 - 你對上份工作喜歡什么和不喜歡什么？

 當(dāng)面試官問這個問題，他是想知道現(xiàn)在的這份工作中占大部分的是否你所喜歡的。他也是想明確你最喜歡做的是否是現(xiàn)在的工作職責(zé)。如果你喜歡的對于這份工作不重要，老板會覺得你在這個職位不會做的開心的。比如說，如果你真的不喜歡執(zhí)行細節(jié)，但這份工作需要一個細節(jié)導(dǎo)向的，那你不可能得到這份工作。

When an interviewer asks this question, s/he is trying to find out whether the things that you enjoy are an important part of this job. S/he also wants to determine whether the things you most enjoy doing are part of the responsibilities of the job you’re being considered for. If what you most enjoy doing is not important in this job, employers may decide that you won’t be happy in that position for long. For example, if you say that you really dislike executing details and the job requires someone who is detail oriented you may not get the job.

Answer Strategies

1.To answer this question well it’s important that you are clear about the responsibilities of the job so try to find out as much as you can about the job description before the interview.

正確回答這個問題，很重要的是你要很清晰的了解這個工作的主要職責(zé)，盡可能多地在面試前了解自己的工作職責(zé)描述。

2.If you are clear on the responsibilities, you can focus your answer on what’s most important in the job description. However, if you will hate doing most of the important parts of the job, you should consider not applying as you won’t be happy even if you get the job.

如果你對工作職責(zé)很清晰，你可以注重在工作職責(zé)中最重要的部分。但是，如果你并不喜歡這份工作的大部分內(nèi)容，你可以考慮不要申請，因為即便你得到這份工作，你也不會開心的。

3.If you are applying for the job, you probably do like the main responsibilities of the job. In this situation make sure to tell the interviewer what you enjoy. It’s important however to provide real examples of how you have enjoyed and succeeded in these tasks in the past. For example, “I know that working closely with a team to share goals is an important part of this job and I enjoy working in teams. In my previous job I was involved in a number of projects whereby we had to set goals, organize tasks, communicate closely and work together to finish producing a marketing brochure.

4.You can also acknowledge one or two things that are among your least favorite while emphasizing that you are willing to do them and can do them well. Be positive about these tasks pointing out that you can also learn a lot by doing them.

你可以指出在你過去工作中最不喜歡的一到兩個例子，同時強調(diào)你樂意做并且會做好。對這些任務(wù)抱有積極的態(tài)度，指出你可以從中學(xué)到東西。

5. DON’T – lie. If you really hate doing a particular task and this is a big part of the job, you should tell the interviewer. In other words, it’s probably not a job you’d enjoy.

切忌－撒謊。如果你確實討厭某一個特定的任務(wù)，而這個任務(wù)將是你應(yīng)聘這個工作的主要部分，你應(yīng)該如實告訴面試官。這可能并不是你喜歡的工作。
