請(qǐng)假條(written request for leave)是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者必須掌握的常用應(yīng)用文之一，它包括請(qǐng)病假(note for sick leave)和請(qǐng)事假(leave of absence)。請(qǐng)假條是用于向老師或上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等因身體狀況不好或因某事請(qǐng)求準(zhǔn)假的場(chǎng)合。
英文請(qǐng)假條寫作需注意三點(diǎn)：
1.英文中請(qǐng)假條的.寫法和漢語(yǔ)請(qǐng)假條相同， 它一般由四部分組成，即時(shí)間、稱呼、正文和簽名。
