1. Tell me about yourself.
面試官常以這樣的問(wèn)題開始。記得,他們想要聽到的是你的工作技巧,不是個(gè)人生活。不要說(shuō):
"I was born in Beijing."
"I like to play computer games."
"I have two brothers."
告訴他們有關(guān)你職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展、你學(xué)到的東西或是你是如何獲得某些工作技巧的。
這個(gè)問(wèn)題主要考察求職者的個(gè)性是否符合公司的企業(yè)文化,所以回答的時(shí)候要盡量貼近這個(gè)公司的情況來(lái)推銷自己的特點(diǎn)。比如這個(gè)公司是屬于汽車行業(yè),那么你就該回答:
"Driving is my hobby. I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends."
總之是要找到自己跟這個(gè)公司的一個(gè)切合點(diǎn),讓面試官了解你充分適合這個(gè)環(huán)境。
2. What are your three greatest strengths?
回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候不可以含混不清,不可以只是簡(jiǎn)單回答:
"I am really organized, punctual and get along well with others."
簡(jiǎn)潔、精煉,找到這個(gè)公司所看重的特長(zhǎng),是回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。比如要應(yīng)聘金融行業(yè),可以說(shuō):
"I think my three strongest strengths are that I am detail-oriented, patient and cautious."
但是如果應(yīng)聘者是一個(gè)銷售精英,可以說(shuō):
"I think my strongest strengths are that I am aggressive, hard-working and communicative."
總之,需要考慮到應(yīng)聘公司及職務(wù)的需要來(lái)選擇表現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
3. What are your three greatest weaknesses?
能夠?yàn)楣驹鲋涤肋h(yuǎn)是老板的最愛(ài),老板都愿意找到一個(gè)了解、熱愛(ài)工作并能夠?yàn)楣緞?chuàng)造價(jià)值的員工。所以不要很誠(chéng)實(shí)地把自己的毛病暴露出來(lái),而是要有策略地選擇一些能夠?yàn)樽约杭臃值娜秉c(diǎn)。比如:
"I am a perfectionist and I pay very much attention to details. Sometimes I am quite captious."
4. Why are you interested in working for our company?
這個(gè)問(wèn)題主要考察應(yīng)聘者是否對(duì)這個(gè)工作進(jìn)行了了解,或者是否真正有興趣,所以需要圍繞整個(gè)公司的具體情況,讓面試官知道你很清楚這個(gè)公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,以及對(duì)這項(xiàng)工作非常積極。因此不要說(shuō):
"It seemed like a good career move." Or
"I haven't been able to find anything else interesting."
記得雇主們想知道你能帶給公司什么。而不是公司能帶給你什么。
如果能有一些實(shí)際問(wèn)題回答的話,就會(huì)有更大的加分,我們建議應(yīng)聘者可以這樣:
"I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by ..."但是前提是你必須真的對(duì)這家公司作了研究,同時(shí)也要注意,不要讓面試官覺(jué)得你是為了討好面試官而言過(guò)其實(shí),這樣只會(huì)適得其反。
5. Why did you leave your last job?
跳槽的原因可能是上一份工作非常糟糕,但是面試并不是適合抱怨的場(chǎng)合。千萬(wàn)不要對(duì)現(xiàn)有或是過(guò)去的雇主或同事進(jìn)行這樣的評(píng)論:
"I didn't agree with the company's direction."
"I got no recognition for my work."
"My boss was totally unreasonable."
我們建議要從自身發(fā)展的角度出發(fā)來(lái)回答:
"I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful."
總之,要讓面試官知道,以前的公司在你的眼中并非一錢不值,你是懷著感激來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)他們的。
6. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?
這個(gè)問(wèn)題是老板想知道你會(huì)不會(huì)像離開上一份工作那樣很快地離開這里,你可以這樣回答:
"As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities."這樣就告訴老板,你是希望同公司一起成長(zhǎng),不會(huì)輕易地離開。
7. Tell me about a time when you face difficulties.
聽到這個(gè)問(wèn)題,應(yīng)聘者可能會(huì)有些摸不透面試官到底想知道什么,而不知道怎么回答。其實(shí)這個(gè)時(shí)候他是想知道你過(guò)去的工作中有過(guò)什么特別的例子,來(lái)展示你有解決各項(xiàng)復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的能力。這時(shí),最好能提前準(zhǔn)備一張優(yōu)秀的“成績(jī)單”,上面清楚地表明你處理過(guò)的問(wèn)題的列表,告訴他你有能力解決任何困難,這一點(diǎn)至關(guān)重要。
8. Do you have any questions for me?
這也是一個(gè)面試中經(jīng)典的結(jié)束問(wèn)題,測(cè)試應(yīng)聘者是否真正對(duì)這份工作真正有興趣與熱愛(ài),此時(shí)應(yīng)該詢問(wèn)具體的問(wèn)題以顯示應(yīng)聘者非常了解該公司,對(duì)未來(lái)的工作有很多的期待和好主意,充分表示熱情。不要問(wèn)那些你早就該知道答案的問(wèn)題,諸如:
"What does your company do?"
"Could you tell me your name again?"
應(yīng)聘者一定要提前準(zhǔn)備很多有關(guān)這令公司具體情況的問(wèn)題,最好能夠涉及到他們業(yè)務(wù)上取得的成績(jī),比如說(shuō):
"I learned that your company has seen tremendous growth in recent years. I'm keen to know how you made such a success."
你需要表現(xiàn)出對(duì)這個(gè)公司濃厚的興趣,到了這時(shí),基本上一張聘書就到手了。
此外,不要問(wèn)薪水或是和假期相關(guān)的問(wèn)題:
"When do you give raises?"
"How much vacation time can I expect?"
在聽到了他們告訴你,"We'd like to offer you the job."才去問(wèn)此類的問(wèn)題。
