英語(yǔ)面試心得

Take a good look at the job description and relate your strengths to that.
你所描述的優(yōu)點(diǎn)要盡量與你所應(yīng)聘的職位相匹配。
“花更多時(shí)間”是一個(gè)比較危險(xiǎn)的答案，因?yàn)樗赡懿鹊侥承〩R的雷區(qū)：你的工作效率低�，F(xiàn)代工作方式中，很多人喜歡在高效的基礎(chǔ)上找樂于奉獻(xiàn)者，所以不要單純地拿“時(shí)間”作為衡量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
“好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”這樣的回答可以體現(xiàn)自己的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，但常常會(huì)讓人覺得aggressive(有攻擊性)。請(qǐng)注意答題的邏輯性，不吹噓，也不自負(fù)，但能讓面試官清楚，你，知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而且該優(yōu)點(diǎn)會(huì)為公司創(chuàng)造利益。

你不能說你沒有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問題。面試官希望你承認(rèn)弱點(diǎn)，因?yàn)檫@會(huì)使你更坦誠(chéng)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。可能的話，你可說出一項(xiàng)可能會(huì)給公司帶來(lái)好處的弱點(diǎn)，如：
“大多數(shù)時(shí)候，我太過堅(jiān)持，因?yàn)槲液芟Ｍ岩粋�(gè)工作完全搞定再停下來(lái)。這聽起來(lái)還不錯(cuò)，但是當(dāng)我在團(tuán)隊(duì)中工作的時(shí)候，我應(yīng)該保證總體利益最大化，應(yīng)該在合作中更加靈活。”

This is your chance to show how you are different from other candidates. Please include your personal skills and passion, which would be suited to the position. Try to think about this question from the perspective of the interviewer, and then you may get the answer.
這是你展示自己獨(dú)特性的好機(jī)會(huì)，最好能包含職業(yè)所需的技能和熱情，嘗試著從面試官的角度來(lái)思考公司的需求，而你的答案，則需要迎合需求。比較好的回答是：1. 我在這個(gè)行業(yè)工作很久了，所以，了解貴公司;2. 我適合這個(gè)崗位，擁有做好這個(gè)崗位所需要的工作能力。
