　 開場：Ok，I am very glad to have such a wonderful chance to apply for the post of CSP in TXX company. Now I am going to get straight to the topic.

　　Good morning, teachers and my fellow students. My name is Paul. I've always been very interested in journalism, and have worked very hard at studying throughout my four years of college. Unfortunately, the more I've learned, the more I began to realize that I still don't know enough to do research by myself. I think I still need a lot more practical experience to make what I 've learned in the classroom more realistic. So I decided to pursue advanced study at the Columbia University, which I believe is the idea place for me to get what I need. I hope that I can do a good job in my pursuits.

　　老師、同學(xué)們早，我叫保羅。我一直對新聞學(xué)很感興趣，在我四年的大學(xué)生活中也一直很努力地在學(xué)習(xí)。但不幸的是，我學(xué)得越多，就越發(fā)了解到我所知道的仍然不足以獨(dú)立做研究。我想我還需要更多實(shí)際的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以使我在課堂上所學(xué)到的知識更為實(shí)際。因此我決定來哥倫比亞大學(xué)深造，我相信這是一所理想的學(xué)府，能讓我得到我所需要的東西，也希望我能做好我的研究工作。

　　This's my first time in America, and also my first time studying with so many foreign friends. I hope we will get along very well. My favorite hobby is basketball. I am hoping that I can find someone here that would like to play with me. Thank you.

　　First, thank you for giving me this opportunity for an interview. I’d like to briefly introduce myself. My name is XX, born in nantong. I will graduate from Schoow University in July,20xx, marjoring in biophysics. Master of Science(Bachelor of science,master’s degree)。

　　During the past three years, under the strict guidance of my tutor, I have learned systematically the theory of profession and got the basic manipulative skills about ELISA, real-time PCR, UV, ICP-MS、HPLC and so on. With the help of my supervisor , I have successfully finished the subject "molecular mechanism of liver damage caused by long-term exposure to CeCl3" and grasped some experimental skill, such as animal experiment, cell culture, DNA extraction and other molecular technique; abstraction, separation, .。.。.。

　　I have passed the CET band 6 test and tried my best to learn medical English and mastered a lot of professional vocabulary. I am good at listening, speaking, reading and writing.
