There are different types of interview question:
1.Why do you want this job questions, such as:
“Why did you choose to work in this industry?”
“Why are you leaving your current job?”
“What are your key concerns about accepting a position in this company?”
1.面試問題有很多種：
“為什么選擇在這個(gè)行業(yè)工作？”
“為什么離開之前的單位？”
“在公司里選擇職位的首選考慮因素是什么？”
2.Questions about your last job, such as:
“What did you learn from your last job?”
“Tell me about your responsibilities in your last job”
“What did you like most about your last job?
2.關(guān)于上一個(gè)工作的問題：
“從上一份工作里你學(xué)到了什么？”
“上份工作中你的職責(zé)是什么？”
“上份工作你最喜歡哪一點(diǎn)？”
3.Questions about you, such as:
“What are your career goals?”
“Do you have a role model?”
“If you had five million dollars, how would you spend it?”

“你的整夜規(guī)劃是什么？”
“你有自己的榜樣嗎？”
“如果你有5百萬(wàn)，你會(huì)怎么花？”
4.Questions about your life, such as:
“Which of your accomplishments are you most proud of?”
“What are three key moments from the last five years and why”
“How have your life experiences changed you?”
4.關(guān)于你人生的問題：
“迄今你最驕傲的成就是什么？”
“過去5年中對(duì)你來說最重要三個(gè)時(shí)刻是什么，說說為什么。”
“你的人生經(jīng)歷如何改變了你？”
5.Questions about your aptitude, such as:
“Are you prepared torelocate?”
“What differentiates you from other candidates for this position?”
“Why are you right for this job?”
5.關(guān)于你才能的問題：
“你有沒有做好隨時(shí)出差的準(zhǔn)備？”
“你和其他應(yīng)聘者比起來，有什么特別之處嗎？”
“為什么你認(rèn)為你適合這個(gè)職位？”
6.Questions about your personal style, such as:
“How do you motivate yourself?”
“What is your leadership style?”
“What do you do when you disagree with colleagues?”
6.關(guān)于你個(gè)人特色的問題：
“你都如何催自己奮進(jìn)？”
“你作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，會(huì)有怎樣的風(fēng)格？”
“當(dāng)你和同事意見無(wú)法達(dá)到統(tǒng)一的時(shí)候，你會(huì)怎么做？”
7.Questions about your aspirations, such as:
“What position would you most want in this organisation?”
“What would be your ideal career; if money were not an issue?”
“What experiences are you looking for?”
7.關(guān)于你理想的問題：
“在我們企業(yè)里，你最想要的職位是什么？”
“如果報(bào)酬沒問題，你最理想的職業(yè)是什么？”
