　　1、自我介紹不要太短，更不要太長，重點(diǎn)要突出，要有中心思想。也就是在面試前，對(duì)應(yīng)聘的企業(yè)的文化、產(chǎn)品、崗位需要的技能做一定的了解，最好和面試考官見面時(shí)，根據(jù)自己的閱歷，對(duì)考官的傾向做一個(gè)判斷，然后組織好自己的語言，在介紹時(shí)，通過描述，塑造自己在別人心目中的.印象，比如應(yīng)聘文員，你需要判斷那個(gè)崗位需要的是細(xì)心、有熱情、文字功底強(qiáng)等等，你就需要在自我介紹中主要介紹你這方面的能力和成績，不要想著一個(gè)介紹從自己小學(xué)開始一直講到大學(xué)畢業(yè)。
