教師面試技巧
應(yīng)聘教師行業(yè),首先要看自己的專(zhuān)業(yè)，所謂專(zhuān)業(yè)要對(duì)口嘛。我現(xiàn)在是一名大學(xué)教師，從畢業(yè)到現(xiàn)在也經(jīng)歷過(guò)不少場(chǎng)的面試，所以面試技巧等經(jīng)驗(yàn)還是有的。下面就是針對(duì)教師面試發(fā)表一些自己的看法。
首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準(zhǔn)備，把要講的內(nèi)容的相關(guān)背景等知識(shí)了解到位，并把課的內(nèi)容和這些背景結(jié)合起來(lái)，主要是注意如何讓背景知識(shí)在吸引人的同時(shí)把人引導(dǎo)到課本的內(nèi)容上來(lái)。
其次就是出發(fā)前的準(zhǔn)備，一定要著裝合體，不要穿著臺(tái)前衛(wèi)，畢竟教師這個(gè)職位還是要講究矜持的。
在見(jiàn)到面試官時(shí)要表現(xiàn)的大方，不要太拘禁，也不要太囂張，給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。
試講時(shí)要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。
講課時(shí)的音量特別重要，而且要有板書(shū)，然后就是注意設(shè)計(jì)的跟學(xué)生互動(dòng)的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全，所以板書(shū)就是你的教課大綱，是有始有終的，最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。
試講完成以后還會(huì)有提問(wèn)基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的，教學(xué)側(cè)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該在哪里，如果學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了這樣或那樣的問(wèn)題你該如何等等。

Sure. If I teach days of the week, I will teach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle little star 的tune)

What is the difference between teaching elementary school children and the junior high school children?
well, when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/she has to use lots of songs, games, body language to help student learn English.The forms of each lesson should be different.
Teaching junior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce some grammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions with the children. bb2s.com

這兩道題的答案是一樣的,只不過(guò)問(wèn)的形式不一樣.
I will try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned at school to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs are all good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair work or independent work.Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.
最后，請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)備兩個(gè)臨時(shí)可以示范的游戲或是手指游戲finger play.回答時(shí)說(shuō)慢點(diǎn)就行了.沒(méi)事的.
