今天第一次找工作面試，因?yàn)閷?dǎo)師不讓實(shí)習(xí)，所以以打醬油的狀態(tài)來到面試地點(diǎn)，本來預(yù)約是2點(diǎn)，我們1點(diǎn)多就到了，隨即領(lǐng)了排隊(duì)的號碼排隊(duì)，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經(jīng)驗(yàn)一、提早去排隊(duì))。
一面技術(shù)面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過關(guān)，基本上分為兩部分：語言，問的是c和c++的問題;項(xiàng)目。感覺自己語言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的static變量和非static的區(qū)別，然后給了一個程序題，找改錯。確實(shí)蒙了，很長時間找不到錯，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字符串會有個'/o'所以在動態(tài)分配內(nèi)存時，長度要+1，動態(tài)分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結(jié)束后要free動態(tài)分配的空間(這個很容易忘了)，倒轉(zhuǎn)字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來基礎(chǔ)還是不行，好的'習(xí)慣沒養(yǎng)成。然后是問項(xiàng)目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過。
接下來是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，愛好。優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)是主要的吧，面試官會即興提問，比如你說出一個缺點(diǎn)，他會說，舉個例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時候會有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個發(fā)言開題;第二個階段是辯論，這時候每個人只有一次發(fā)言機(jī)會，要注意聽別人和對方的觀點(diǎn)，做記錄，面試官可能會問你別人說了什么。第三個階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點(diǎn)，以及給我方人馬按表現(xiàn)排序，這個比較郁悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會問你的隊(duì)友對這個排序滿意否，以及會問被你排在后面的人有什么意見，之類，總之是各種為難人。
三面是性格測試，這個沒得準(zhǔn)備，一些題換著說法循環(huán)出現(xiàn)，讓你在3個問題里選一個最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測試，華為這個比較扯。

My name is——. There are 4 people in my family. My father is a Chemistryteacher. He teaches chemistry in senior high school. My mother is an English teacher. She teaches English in the university. I have a younger brother, he is a junior high school student and is preparing for the entrance exam.
I like to read English story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books is fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.
I hope to study both English and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.

I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.
I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.
