英語面試過程全面剖析
第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司，也會有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個中英互譯的項目，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時候，有關業(yè)務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務強項等。
如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了�？偛迷儐柕膯栴}一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關。
如何應對英語面試
首先，平時要注意訓練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個“Pardon”，那現(xiàn)場氣氛定會急轉(zhuǎn)直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發(fā)音要標準。在與外國boss面談的`過程中，發(fā)音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數(shù)時候一些細小的語法錯誤并不影響交際的進行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會導致冷場�？傊还茉趺礃�，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
-先期準備
主要是個人情況和業(yè)務方面。專業(yè)英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術語或解答一個技術問題。還可去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。
